Abstract

Hospitals must conduct a medical record activities according to Permenkes NO.269 / MENKES / PER / III / 2008 about Medical Record, to achieve the purpose of medical record processing required 5 management elements are: man, money, material, machine, and method. The medical record processing that has been implemented at the Hospital TNI AU LANUD Roesmin Nurjadin that is coding, coding only done for BPJS patients whose conducted by the officer with education background of D3 nursing, it be impacted to the storage part is wrong save and cannot found patient medical record file because are not returned. The purpose of this research is to know the element of management in the processing of medical records at the Hospital TNI AU LANUD Roesmin Nurjadin. This research is done by Qualitative descriptive method, Qualitative approach, instrument of data collection of interview guidance, observation guidance, check list register, and stationery, number of informant 6 people with inductive way data analysis. The result of this research found that Mans elements only amounts to 2 people so that officers work concurrently and have never attended training, material element and machines elements of medical record processing not yet use SIMRS and tracer, while processing method elements follow existing habits and follow the policy of hospital that is POP organization. Abstract

Breast Milk (ASI) is indispensable during infant growth and development. WHO has recommended for exclusive breastfeeding for up to 6 months without providing complementary foods and continued for up to 2 years accompanied by complementary foods. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of exclusive breast feeding and maternal education on infant development. This study is quantitative analytic observational with cross sectional design with a large sample of 83 people. The sampling method used is proportional sampling. Data analysis was done unvaried and bivariate. Univariate analysis showed that most of the infants received exclusive breastfeeding as much as 46 people (55.4 percent), low education as many as 56 people (67.5 percent) and most normal development of 47 people (56.6 percent). The result of bivariate analysis of exclusive breastfeeding on infant development with chi square test obtained value of P value less than 0,000 means there is relation between exclusive breast feeding to infant development and bivariate analysis of mother education on infant development with chi square test obtained value of P value 0,012 meaning there is a relationship between maternal education on infant development. Abstract

Indonesia Health Demographic Survey (SDKI) Survey in 2012 shows the number of children aged (0 to 6 years) as much as 26.1 million, about 14.1 percent of the number of children experiencing developmental delays. There are several factors that influence the babys development such as parents curvature and mothers work. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of mothering environment and mothers work to baby development. The design of this study was cross sectional with a large sample of 151 people. Sampling method used systematically random sampling. The data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The results of the study were given by the majority of good parenting environment as much as 39.7 percent, mothers did not work as much as 60.9 percent, and the baby had normal development as much as 52.3 percent. The result of chi square test of relationship between parenting environment to infant development obtained value of Pvalue less than 0,005 that is less than 0,000 relation between mother job to infant development obtained value of Pvalue less than 0,005 that is 0,003. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the parenting environment and the mothers work on infant development. Keywords: parenting environment, mothers work, development

Abstract

 One of the program to improve the health of pregnant women is by holding Class of pregnant women, it’smeans to learn together about the health of pregnant women. In 2015 from 20 public health centers in Pekanbaru there are only 3.7 percent of pregnant womens classes, which should reach 80 percent of pregnant womens classes. This happens because many classes of pregnant women are formed by public health center but no mothers are participating in the class. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the utilization of the class of pregnant women. The design of this study is cross sectional with a large sample of 211 people. Sampling method used systematically random sampling. Data analysis was done by univariat and bivariate. The resultsr research was obtained by mothers who do not use the class of pregnant women as much as 163 people (77 percent). The result of bivariate analysis showed that P value less than 0,001 (OR: 10,6, C.I.95 percent: 3,864 to 29,124) meaning that there is a significant correlation between Support by Husband and Utilization of Maternal Class. The conclusion in this research that there is a relationship between support by husband with the utilization of pregnant mother class. Keyword:Support by Husben, Utilization, Pregnant.

Abstract

Installation Maintenance Infrastructure Hospital is an organization of a technical nature and coordinating the implementation of improving existing facilities and equipment in hospitals. This research is descriptive qualitative method, by the number of informants 5 persons, the Hospital Director, Head Installation Maintenance of facilities and infrastructure Hospital, Head of Civil Service, Technician two people. This research was conducted by conducting in-depth interviews and observation. Data processing is done by triangulation, triangulation methods and triangulation of data, the data obtained will be analyzed and explained in accordance with existing theories. The result research shows that the organization has been running well but not maximum, because of human resources for the Installation Maintenance Facility Hospital is still inadequate and placement of human resources have not been in their respective fields, Installation Maintenance costs for Hospital Infrastructure is not maximized, and to methods already well underway. It is expected to be in management, human resources in order to be empowered again, costs and methods reevalu ated, so that the overall maintenance system can work better. Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), adolescents are individuals who are undergoing a period of transition that gradually reaches sexual maturity, changes in the souls of children into adulthood. The changes that occurred at the time of Menarche caused young women to be embarrassed. Therefore, young women need to make adjustments in behavior. The adjustment cannot be done smoothly, especially if there is no support from parents, especially mothers. The role of the mother is very important in the process of growth and development of children, especially during adolescence. Teens begin to recognize the various sexual processes that are happening on the body and soul first through the mother. The design in this research is quantitative analytic, with the population of junior high school girls in Kecamatan Senapelan with total sampling technique, the number of samples 258 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed by computerization then analyzed univariat and bivariate using chiquare test. Univariate results in the knowing of girls who get mother support 49.2 percent and who do not get support as much as 57.8 percent, adolescents ready to face menarche 57.4 percent and not ready as much as 42.6 percent. The result of bivariate analysis showed that there was a correlation between mother support with adolescent readiness in facing menarche where p value value less than 0,05. Adolescents with maternal support are more prepared for menarche than those who do not get support. Keywords: Maternal support, readiness, menarche, adolescence

Abstract

Indonesias demographic and health surveys (SDKI) tahun2012 AKI (related to pregnancy, childbirth, and childbirth) amounted to 359 / 100,000 live births. This figure is still quite far from the target to be achieved in 2015. AKI in Riau Province in 2010 amounted to 109.9/100,000 live births, experiencing an increase in 2014 of 124.5/100,000 live births. The immediate causes associated with maternal death are complications in pregnancy, childbirth, and childbirth are not handled properly and on time. Maternal mortality during childbirth is usually caused by postpartum infections, this is due to lack of wound care. Objective of research To know relation of knowledge and attitude of mother about perineum wound care. This research uses quantitative research type. The research design used was cross sectional. The population in this research is all postpartum who live in work area RB Rosita which amounted to 50 people. Based on the analyst by using statistical test chi squer more than 0,05 it is known that p value of 0,02 for knowledge variable hence small value p value from 0,05  concluded that there is significant correlation between knowledge to perineum wound care. While statistic test results obtained P value less than 0.05 (P = 0.04) for attitude variable, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between postpartum attitude to perineal wound care. Abstract

Teens sexual behavior in dating is a manifestation of a sex drive from glancing the sensual part of couples to intercourse performed by teenagers. Sexual activity seems to have become a common thing done by adolescent dating. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of girl or boy friends to sexual behavior in adolescents at SMP Negeri 16 Sukajadi kecamatan Pekanbaru. The research used is quantitative analytic observational (cross sectional) with elements of independent and dependent variables. The population in this study is all students of class VII SMPN 16 Sukajadi District Pekanbaru. The sample is all students of class VII SMPN 16 Sukajadi District Pekanbaru. With a sample size of 186 respondents. Sampling was done in total sampling. The data used is the primary data by spreading the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate with chi-square test. The result of bivariate analysis got the result of p-value (0,000) lees than a = 0,05, that is there is relationship of girlfriend with premarital sex behavior in adolescent. The conclusion in this study is there is a relationship of girlfriend to pre-marital sex behavior in adolescents at SMP Negeri 16 Kec. Sukajadi Pekanbaru. Abstract

Performance has an important position in management and organization. One dimension in the performance benchmark is the use of time in work. The work time of the nurse is the pattern of working time utilization for the nursing activity in accordance with the main task and its function in accordance with the job description that is 80 percent. The purpose of this study is to describe the productivity of the nurses working time in the hospital. The method in this reseach is qualitative approach which conducted by observation participation to create a description of the working time usage. Data collection techniques use observation sheets and interview guides and document tracking. In this research, there are 6 informants namely Head of Nursing, Nursing Coordinator and 4 nurses. Data analysis using triangulation. Result, The forms of nurse activity consist of: productive nursing (direct and indirect), personal and non-productive activities. Show that the use of productive work time of nurse is 42,4 percent (that is direct activity 19,6 percent and indirect nursing activity 22,8 percent) and non productive 57,6 percent. Conclusion the productivity of nurse work time is not optimal and more dominated by non productive activities such as: talking outside the main task, watching TV, using gadgets or outdoors for other activities. Abstract

The accuracy in administering the diagnosis code was the important matter for medical recorder, quality of data was the most important thing for health information management of medical recorder. This study aims to know the coder competency for accuracy and precision of using ICD 10 at X Hospital in Pekanbaru. This study was a qualitative method with case study implementation from five informan. The result show that medical personnel (doctor) have never received a training about coding, doctors writing that hard and difficult to read, failure for making diagnoses code or procedures, doctor used an usual abbreviations that are not standard, theres still an officer who are not understand about the nomenclature and mastering anatomy phatology, facilities and infrastructure were supported for accuracy and precision of the existing code. The errors of coding always happen because there is a human error. The accuracy and precision in coding very influence against the cost of INA CBGs, medical and the committee did most of the work in the case of severity level III, while medical record had a role in monitoring or evaluation of coding implementation. If there are resumes that is not clearly case mix team check file needed medical record the result the diagnoses or coding for conformity.
