Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the level of entrepreneurial ability in the process of changing a constraint or risk into profit or the success of the events that have been done, research methods using research with qualitative descriptive approach, where researchers want to explore phenomena - phenomena that can not be calculated and is descriptive. In general, the reasons for the risks of becoming an entrepreneur are divided into 5 sections: 1. No new experience, 2. No capital, 3. No courage, 4. No guiding person and 5. Fear of getting out of comfort zone. The above risks can be overcome with the level of entrepreneurial ability, the level of ability classified as follows: 1. Risk Averter (avoid the risk), 2. Comfort Risk Calculation Taker (people who calculate the risk should be less than the gain he earned), 3 Risk Calculation Taker (risk taking business with safe calculation) 4. Risk Manager (risk manager for him) 5. Risk Taker (Risk Taker). The conclusion that the level of ability of entrepreneurs can change the risk of becoming an entrepreneurial susceptible. Keywords: Entrepreneurs, Entrepreneurial, Transformation, Risk, SuccessTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Tingkat kemampuan dan transformasi wirausahawan didalam proses merubah suatu kendala atau risiko menjadi keuntungan atau kesukseskan dari peristiwa-peristiwa yang telah dilakukan, metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dimana peneliti ingin mengeksplor fenomena – fenomena yang tidak dapat dikuantifikasikan yang bersifat deskriptif. Secara umum alasan risiko untuk menjadi wirausahaan dibagi menjadi 5 bagian yaitu: 1.Tidak mempunyai pengalaman baru, 2. Tidak mempunyai modal, 3. Tidak mempunyai keberanian, 4. Tidak ada orang yang menuntun dan 5. Takut keluar dari zona nyaman. Risiko tersebut diatas dapat diatasi dengan tingkatan kemampuan dan Transformasi wirausahawan, untuk Tingkat kemampuan antara lain: 1. Risk Averter (menghindar dari risiko), 2. Comfort Risk Calculation Taker (orang yang menghitung risiko yang terjadi harus lebih kecil dari keuntungan yang ia peroleh), 3. Risk Calculation Taker (berani mengambil risiko usaha dengan perhitungan aman) 4. Risk Manager (manajer risiko bagi dirinya) 5. Risk Taker (Pengambil Risiko), serta Transformasi kewirausahaan yaitu 1.Pola pikir & paradigm, 2.Visioner (Kreatif & inovasi), 3.Owner, dan terakhir 4.Investor. Hasil kesimpulan bahwa tingkat kemampuan dan Transformasi wirausahwan dapat merubah risiko menjadi suskses berwirausaha. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa Tingkat kemampuan dan transformasi wirausahawan mempunyai korelasi perubahan risiko menjadi kesuksesan.Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan, Tingkat Kemampuan, Transformasi, Risiko, Kesuksesan

Abstract

The purpose of the study to determine the effect of the principal managerial capabilities and organizational climate on the performance of school teachers. The research used a descriptive quantitative data collection techniques with questionnaires. There is a positive effect of managerial ability principals on teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 13 Jakarta. There is a positive effect of organizational climate on the performance of Teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 13 Jakarta. There is a positive effect of managerial ability of principals and organizational climate on teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 13 Jakarta. While the results of the value of R2 (R Square) is 0.417. This shows that for 41.7% headmaster managerial capabilities and organizational climate jointly positive effect on teacher performance while the remaining 57.3% influenced by other factors that are not observed by the authors.Keywords: Managerial Ability Principals, Organizational Climate and Teacher Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Cooperative Mitra Tani Parahyangan, Tegalega Village, Warungkondang Sub-district, Cianjur District. The study was carried out in the area with the following considerations: First, the existence of possible problems to be investigated; Second, is the best producer and breeder of Horticulture Agribusiness in West Java; Third, one of the pilot projects of the successful implementation of OVOP in West Java, many received national awards and has a strong market network with partners outlets spread across JABODETABEK. This study aims to: (1) describe the implementation of the One Village One Product (OVOP) program implemented in Cooperative Mitra Tani Parahyangan Cianjur, (2) to describe the factors of Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats (threat), which is in Cooperative Mitra Tani Parahyangan Cianjur (3) to analyze development strategy applied by Cooperative Mitra Tani Parahyangan Cianjur in running One Village One Product (OVOP) program. For the first and second objectives of this study, we used a case study method with qualitative descriptive analysis to describe the implementation of One Village One Product (OVOP) program implemented in Cooperative Mitra Tani Parahyangan Cianjur, and the existing Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats factors. Abstract

Exchange rate is the price of a currency of a country that is measured or expressed in other currencies. Exchange rate or the exchange rate is a key for a country to trade with the outside world. Payment system performed well in the country and abroad would not want to be tied to the exchange rate or the exchange rate. Exchange rate system consists of several types, namely: Fixed Exchange Rate (Fixed Exchange Rate), a Floating Exchange Rate Controlled (Managed Floating Exchange Rate), Free Floating Exchange Rates (Free Floating Rate). UU No. 7/2011 on Currency has set the obligation to use rupiah on each transaction in Indonesia. Yet it is about 4 years passed, these rules can not run optimally. There are still some communities, especially in border areas, the use of foreign currency in the transaction. If allowed, then the public will continue to trade with foreign exchange and the impact is the weakening of the rupiah. Negative impact on our economy. Use of the rupiah currency as a means of transaction in the country is also to keep the rupiah sovereignty sovereignty of the Homeland at the same time. Rupiah is also a legal tender so it must be used in economic activities in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in order to realize social welfare for all the people of Indonesia, including in the forefront of Indonesia. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is aimed to examine the effect of the relationship between education, protein consumption, calorie consumption, wages rate or income and human development index of Indonesia. The study uses data on the Human Development Index of Indonesia of 1994-2013. The object of this research is the discussion on the effect of the relationship of variables of education, protein consumption, calorie consumption, wages rate or income and the human development index. The researcher uses the survey method with the correlation technique as a method of sampling. In the data collection process, the researcher uses secondary data of 1994-2013, which are obtained from BPS-Statistics Indonesia by using documentation technique. The calculation result of final equation of estimation is ? = 45,992 + 0,215 X1 + -0,264 X2 + 4,156 X3 + 0,321 X4. The determinant coefficient is 98.9 percent, and the remaining 1.1 percent is affected by other variables. It means that the contribution of variables of education, protein consumption, calorie consumption, and wages rate or income on the human development index is 98.9 percent, and the remaining 1.1 percent is contributed from other independent variables outside of the research model. Based on the results of research, the minimum regression coefficient on the Human Development Index is a variable of protein consumption, which is only -0.264. Therefore, the Government of Indonesia is expected to formulate the policy that allows high accessibility of notorious foods, which contains adequate protein and calories for Indonesian people. Keywords: Education Factors, Nutrition, Calorie Consumption, Level of Wages, and Index of Quality of Life (IMH/HDI).ABSTRAKTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antara pendidikan, konsumsi protein, konsumsi kalori, dan upah dengan indeks pembangunan manusia Indonesia. penelitian ini menggunakan data tentang Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Bangsa Indonesia dari tahun 1994-2013. Objek penelitian ini adalah pembahasan tentang pengaruh hubungan variabel pendidikan, konsumsi protein, konsumsi kalori, dan upah dengan indeks pembangunan manusia. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik korelasional. Untuk mendapatkan data peneliti menggunakan data skunder tahun 1994-2013, nilai yang diambil dari Biro Pusat Statistik dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil perhitungan persamaan akhir estimasi yaitu ?= 45,992 + 0,215 X1 + -0,264 X2 + 4,156 X3+ 0,321 X4. Koefisien desterminan sebesar 98,9 persen sisanya 1,1 persen karena pengaruh variabel lain. Ini artinya sumbangan variabel pendidikan, konsumsi protein, konsumsi kalori, dan upah terhadap peningkatan indeks pembangunan manusia sebesar 98,9 persen  dan sisanya 1,1 persen dari variabel bebas lainnya diluar model penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien regresi yang paling kecil terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia adalah variabel konsumsi protein sebesar -0,264. Maka dari itu diharapkan kepada Pemerintah Indonesia harus membuat kebijakan yang dapat memberikan hak yang layak bagi rakyat Indonesia agar dapat menikmati pangan yang bergizi seperti protein dan kalori.Kata kunci: Faktor Pendidikan, Gizi, Konsumsi Kalori, Upah, dan  Index Mutu Hidup (IMH/HDI)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Bl rate and exchange rate on inflation rate in Indonesia. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis shows that the proposed hypothesis is rejected if it does not take into account the time lag, in accordance with the results of data processing with SPSS. However, if the data processing considers the time lag, in as such the result of data processing with E Views, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.Based on the results of research and analysis discussed in chapter IV, it can be concluded as follows: there is significant effect of Bl Rate and floating exchange rate by Bank of Indonesia towards inflation rate. It is proved by sig 0.000 ? 0,05 and Fh 45,932, there is no significant effect of Bl Rate to inflation level. It is proved by sig 0,000 ? 0,05 and th 8,822, there is no significant effect of floating exchange rate by Bank Indonesia to inflation rate. This is evidenced by sig 0.116 and th 1.586. With E Views processing, it can be concluded that: there is significant effect of BI Rate on inflation rate. This is evidenced by sig 0.0219 ? 0.05 and th - 2.3369 and there is a significant effect of floating exchange rate by Bank of Indonesia on the inflation rate. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan sig 0,000 ? 0,05 dan Fh 45,932, terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan Bl Rate terhadap tingkat inflasi. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan sig 0,000 ? 0,05 dan th 8,822, terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan nilai tukar mengambang oleh Bank Indonesia terhadap tingkat inflasi. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan sig 0,116 dan th 1,586. Dengan pengolahan Eviews, dapat disimpulkan bahwa :terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan BI Rate terhadap tingkat inflasi . Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan sig 0,0219 ? 0,05 dan th - 2,3369 dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan nilai tukar mengambang oleh Bank Indonesia terhadap tingkat inflasi. Abstract

As committed and as one form of responsibility to the employees who will reach the the pre-purnabhakti, PT GMF Aeroasia provided training for about one week. The purpose of training in general is to to provide debriefing of by introducing the life choices when someday retired. This study used descriptive qualitative approach by reviewing the measured three aspects, namely; readiness of financial, physical, mental and emotional. Respondents were employees PT.GMF Aeroasia nearing pre-purnabhakti bath 23 to 56 people (a married couple). Abstract

ABSTRACT The main purpose of the research of the utilization of herbal extract waste into organic fertilizer is to reduce the storage cost of waste products accumulated without being utilized. Because scientific research has not been done especially in PT Mustika Ratu Tbk., the waste of herbal extracts waste is only thrown away, and only 10% for internal needs. The results of dregs about 300 kg/day, then this study wanted to prove whether the processed dregs of herbs can fertilize the soil or not. The second goal is that this waste can be converted into added value for the company that is the coaching program, the training of how to make fertilizer in the hope that can be utilized by the people surround PT Mustika Ratu like Ciracas, Cibubur and Cipayung, and the east Jakarta Government Park. The long-term goal is how the company and the society are interested to utilize a waste extract of herbal medicine into high economic value and reduce the impact of waste on society and the environment.Keyword: herbal extracts waste, inventory cost, empowerment ABSTRAK Tujuan utama dari penelitian pemanfaatan limbah ekstrak jamu menjadi pupuk organik adalah mengurangi biaya penyimpanan produk limbah yang terakumulasi tanpa dimanfaatkan. Oleh karena belum dilakukan penelitian secara ilmiah terutama di PT. Mustika Ratu, limbah ampas ekstrak jamu hanya dibuang percuma, dan hanya 10% untuk kebutuhan internal. Dari hasil ampas sekitar 300 kg/hari, peneliti ingin membuktikan dengan proses pengolahan lebih lanjut ampas jamu  dapat  menyuburkan tanah atau tidak. Tujuan kedua adalah limbah ini diharapkan bisa diubah menjadi suatu yang mempunyai nilai tambah bagi perusahaan, yaitu sebagai program pembinaan ,pembekalan, pelatihan pembuatan pupuk, dengan harapan bisa dimanfaatkan masyarakat sekitar Ciracas, Cibubur dan Cipayung serta taman pemerintah DKI Jakarta timur. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. In this study data obtained from questionnaires distributed to customers  This research uses multiple liniear analysis with SPSS 19.0 for windows software.The results of this study indicate that the variables tangibles (0,145), reliability (0,131),responsivness (0,196),assurance (0,227),and empaty ( 0,432) have a  positif effect on customer satisfaction. And empaty is the dominant free variable is a foury variable of 0.432 . Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
