Abstract

Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahuikecerdasan emosional dan kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran TIK kelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Pariaman memilikihubunganyang positifdan signifikan.Jenispenelitianiniadalahkuantitatifdenganmenggunakanmetodepenelitian korelasional.Instrumenyang digunakan dalammengumpulkan dataadalah kuesioner modelskalaLikert.Analisadatadilakukandenganmenggunakan programpada komputer yakniMs.Excel2007.Adapunpopulasidaripenelitian XI SMA Negeri 4 Pariaman sebanyak 269 orang dengan sampel 161 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian,diperoleh koefisien kecerdasan emosional dan kepercayaan diriterhadap hasil belajarTIK sebesar16,8%.Dariujianalisis data didapatkanbahwadata normaldanlinier.Hasilpengujianpada taraf signifikansiα0,05(tarafkepercayaan90%)didapatkannilaiFhitung=17danFtabel =1,30sehinggadiperolehFhitung>Ftabel (17 >1,30).Dengandemikianhipotesis ketigaditerima,yangberartibahwaterdapatkontribusiyangyangpositifdan signifikankecerdasan emosional dankepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajarTIK siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 4 Pariaman.KataKunci:kecerdasan emosional,kepercayaan diri, hasil belajar

Abstract

The study was based on issues found in research that is the irrational fear when dealing with people, it arises because of the lack of confidence of students. Problems can be formulated as follows: (1) How confident students before and after the service group in the experimental group? (2) How confident students before and after the service in the control group? (3) How is the effectiveness of group counseling services to the increasing confidence of students? The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services to the increasing confidence of students. Places studies in SMA 1 Angkola Timur. A population of 294, the samples taken in the experimental group that is class XI-3 10 and a control group of class XI IPS-4 amounted to 10 the total number of samples 20. Researchers providing counseling services group four times. The method used was Quasi Experimental Desaign with nonequivalent control group design shape desaign. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS program version 20 by using the Wilcoxon signed rank test and one sample kolmogrov Smirnov test. Researcher research results obtained in the experimental group was 81.03 84.11 in the control group. Test the hypothesis produce the experimental class Z on pretest-posttest with a value of -2.087 and signed pretest-posttest valued 0.05. While in the control class Z on pretest-posttest with a value of -2.805 and signed pretest-posttest worth 0.05. At posttest posttest control experiment and signed (2-tailed) 983 experimental group and the control group 999.In conclusion increased significantly between pretest and posttest experiment as well as the pretest and posttest control. But research experimental group was higher than the control group. Suggestions researcher for the school is that certainly encourages group counseling to all students.Keywords: Confidence, Guidance group

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas I SD Negeri 0104 Sibuhuan Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016, dikarenakan adanya permasalahan yaitu hasil belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia khususnya membaca nyaring masih rendah. Melalui media pias-pias kata permasalahan ini dicoba untuk diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan membaca nyaring melalui penggunaan media pias-pias kata pada siswa kelas 1 SD Negeri 0105 Sibuhuan. Prosedur penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus langkah-langkah dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan tindakan (acting), pengamatan (observing) dan refleksi (reflecting). Pada tahap observasi observer dan peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap aktivitas siswa dan guru dalam proses pembelajaran melalui penggunaan media pias-pias kata pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saat proses penbelajaran berlangsung tercipta pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa (student centered) hal ini terlihat dari ketertarikan siswa pada kondisi awal 35,00 % menjadi 60,00% pada siklus I meningkkat 25,00% dan menjadi 75,00% pada siklus II meningkat 15,00%. Pada indikator partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dari siklus I 65,65% menjadi 91,30 % pada siklus II meningkat 25,65%, dari pengamatan performance siswa dalam membaca nyaring pada siklus I 60,00% menjadi 90,00% pada siklus II meningkat 30,00% dan dari hasil kuisioner siswa 72,50% pada siklus I menjadi 92,50% pada siklus II meningkat 20,00%.

Abstract

From the results of operations to be carried, an increase ang big enough, especially the second meeting of the findings in the experimental group there weresignificant increases between posttest results. To test the hypothesis used by the formula Wilcoxon signed rank test using SPSS version 20 o'clock Wilcoxon test was used to analyze the results of observations from the two data are different or not. Average variable to overcome learning difficulties amounted to 150.00 (experimental group), while 131.60 (control group) have seen a very significant difference. It is advisable for teachers to provide insight to students in overcominglearning difficulties. For further research, is expected to make research on overcoming the difficulties of student learning through other methods.

Abstract

The study was based on the creativity of the student's learning problems, school environment and the general problems of this study were defined as follows: (1) What is the guidance and counseling? (2) How does the teacher guidance and counseling efforts in enhancing creativity belajarm students in SMK Negeri 1 Batang Angkola? (3) What are the guidance and counseling teacher effort in improving students' creativity? (4) What is the result of efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in improving student learning creativity? , The goal is to obtain a picture of the increase in creativity for students at SMK Negeri 1 Batang Angkola through Guidance Services Group. The method used is qualitative research case studies (case studies). In the case study, which examined more narrow unit but profound. The steps in this research: First, the formulation of the objectives to be achieved clearly. The second stage of the approach to be used Third, the collection of data required in accordance with the draft that has been provided. Fourth, the data that has been collected reconstruction study units organized into coherent and integrated well and intact. Fifth, prepareresearch reports by avoiding personal bias of the researcher. The findings of this research are: guidance and counseling teacher effort in improving students' creativity is very good because with meningktaknya creativity of students in order to follow subjects. Based on the above findings, it was concluded that efforts BK teachers in improving student learning creativity can be said to be good. Similar studies should be done with a background of different contexts in order to compare the findings of this research.Key word: guidance and counseling, learning creativity.

Abstract

The study was based on students' learning problems are still low. The research problem is How to overcome the difficulties of student learning. Which is formulated as follows: (1) How is the role of guidance and counseling teachers in addressing students' learning difficulties? (2) How are guidance and counseling teachers in addressing students' learning difficulties? (3) What are the constraints and the results obtained guidance and counseling teachers in addressing students' learning difficulties?The purpose of this study, (1) To determine the role of the teacher guidance in overcoming the difficulties belalar students. (2) In order for the teacher seeks to guide students in overcoming learning difficulties. (3) In order for teachers to overcome obstacles and overcome difficulties mendapatka results in student learning. in the academic year 2014-2015. Informants in this study are principals, teachers and student guidance and counseling.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis research method is defined as the natural and naturalistic because of research done on the natural conditions and the study was conducted at the natural objects. And processing the data used is interview.Based on the results of research done in SMP Negeri 7 Padangsidimpuan to address students' learning difficulties can be summarized as follows: (1). Students are more motivated and focused on learning. After the teacher guidance and counseling made various efforts to overcome the difficulties of learning the obtained results learned that the role of guidance and counseling teacher is very motivating students to study harder. Through guidance and counseling made students become more enthusiastic about learning to success. (2). Students feel more attention through guidance and counseling by teacher guidance and counseling to students who are having trouble learning, then students will feel attention as -siswa other students. And after they guided Oleg guidance and counseling teacher, eventually arise determination to learn and improve their learning outcomes. (3). Value and increase achievement. Guidance counseling bimbingandan that teachers in addressing students' learning difficulties is quite effective and capable of causing considerable changes both on student learning outcomes. And make students become motivated to change the way learning is better than before. It can be seen from the results of interviews conducted by researchers with bimningan and counseling teachers and students in school.

Abstract

Perpustakaan menjadi wadah interaksi antar manusia, dimana perpustakaan sebagai lembaga yang menyediakan kebutuhan manusia (pemustaka) dalam hal informasi, sedangkan pustakawan sebagai individu yang melayani kebutuhan individu (pemustaka) lain.Pustakawan merupakan profesi yang dituntut untuk menghadapi pemustaka yang beranekaragam, mulai dari keberagamanusia, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat ekonomi dan lain-lain. Untuk dapat melayani kebutukan informasi mereka, penting bagi pustakawan untuk memiliki pengetahuan psikologi.Dengan pengetahuan psikologi tersebut pustakawan dapat mengenal kepribadian pemustaka, sehingga nantinya dapatmemprediksi dan memperkirakan kebutuhan informasi mereka.Salah satu dasar utama dalam memberikan layanan perpustakaan adalah ketersedian koleksi perpustakaan.Jenis koleksi perpustakaan tergantung pada pengembangan koleksi perpustakaan itu sendiri.Untuk jenis layanan yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik dari pemustaka itu sendiri terdapat beberapa pilihan yang dapat dilakukan oleh perpustakaan.Pertama, layanan audio visual.Layanan audio visual merupakan layanan yang memberikan peminjaman atau pengembalian koleksi audio visual kepada pemustaka. Kedua, layanan story telling. Story telling atau mendongeng merupakan salah satu komponen dasar layanan yang terdapat di perpustakaan umum.Ketiga, pemberian NOTICE atau petunjuk-petunjukuntuk menginformasikan lokasi dan informasi tertentu pada pemustaka.Layanan ini sangat membantu pemustaka yang memiliki karakter pendiam dan malu untuk bertanya. Sesuai dengan penjelasan pada konsep kepribadian, temperamen dan gaya belajar sebelumnya beberapa individu merasa lebih nyaman untuk mencari informasi sendiri daripada bertanya kepada orang lain.Kata kunci:Psikologi Pustakawan, Karakteristik Pemustaka,User Oriented

Abstract

Setiap proses pasti selalu meliputi tiga kegaiatan utama yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Demikian pula yang terjadi dengan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Seorang guru diharuskan melakukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Proses perencanaan pembelajaran yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang guru meliputi kegiatan utama sebagai berikut: 1) membuat program tahunan; 2) membuat silabus; 3) membuat program semester; 4) membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran;dan membuat program ulangan/evaluasi. Dari kelima unsur tersebut di atas, silabus dan RPP merupakan persiapan paling minimal seorang guru ketika hendak mengajar. Berdasar kepada hasil analisa pada tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 di SD Negeri 0102 Barumun, muncul permasalahan rendahnya guru yang membuat perencanaan pembelajaran khususnya penyusunan silabus dan RPP. Untuk meneliti lemahnya kinerja guru dalam hal tersebut, dilakukanlah penelitian untuk melihat sejauhmana langkah supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam penyusunan silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran. Supervisi akademik secara berkelanjutan terbukti secara ilmiah dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP di SD Negeri 0102 Barumun. Ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya jumlah silabus guru yang baik dari 31% menjadi 83% setelah supervise akademik. Selain itu jumlah RPP yang berkualitas baik juga meningkat dari 31% menjadi 89%

Abstract

This study was an experimental study using information services. The purpose of this is to mengetahu penelitian peningkatan self-concept and development through information services. The subjects in this study were all students of class X SMK Clothing N.3 Padangsidimpuan Academic Year 2015-2016 which totaled 98 students. The sample used in this study is claster random sampling technique. Samples are drawn throughout the class XClothing-2 totaling 30 people. The result of this determination is determined by a researcher and teacher at the school tersebut. Metode BK in this research is quantitative method, while the data collection techniques by using a questionnaire that is given to the student experiment class 2 times by providing information services treated 3 times the meeting until all finished indicators discussed. Data analysis technique using computer assistance SPSS version 20. The results of the study in the experimental class before carried on treatment (pre-test) as much as in 2168, while after the treatment (posttest) into 2641. It can be concluded that the implementation of information services can increase  self-concept and development
