<![CDATA[“The practice of Islamic teachings would be more argumentative if based on religious texts, such as the hadith of the Prophet. The use of veils among Muslim women is allegedly based on a hadith about the veil of al-Bukhārī. This paper discusses the quality of the mat hadith, without neglecting the results of criticism sanad. Based on research conducted, sanad hadith narrated al-Bukhārī is qualified valid. Although the history of al-Bukhārī is valid, both redactional and substantial, it does not indicate the existence of a veil for Muslim women.” ]]>

<![CDATA[“Joseph Schacht is a legal historian who gives many benefits of science, either about the development of the history of Islamic Law or about the sunnah of the Prophet. His works dominated Fikih (Islamic Law), the main work of The Origins Of Muhammadan Jurisprudence and An Introduction to Islamic Law. His project of criticism of Islamic law has cast doubt on the crucial role of contributing hadith to the development of Islamic Law. In fact, he specifically argues that the hadith in essence contains only those that are ethical and few are legal. He also denied the existence of an important role of hadith against the development of an important Islamic Law.”]]>

<![CDATA[“In its development to the present, the authenticity of tradition is often questioned. Much criticism is directed to the hadith, and some even reject it. That even though it has so long complemented the source of Islamic teachings (Qur'an), Hadith if it still needs to be tested its validity and validity. One of several causes is in addition to the absence of a firm guarantee of its validity, as well as the delay in writing the hadith itself. So it is very likely alleged transmission of many hadiths are false.” ]]>

<![CDATA[“Islamic societies generally practice fadilah charity in certain months. Indeed in Islam it is strongly recommended to implement fadhilah charity (virtue of charity). But in carrying out fadilah charity must be based on the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet. Hadith of the Prophet who became the foundation of worship is certainly must be qualified sahih and hasan. Some scholars there are those who think that the Hadith can be practiced in the matter of fadilah charity. But his naivete status is not too daif. The point is the quality of his sanad or narration Hadith no one is charged with munkar and the equivalent of it.”]]>
