This research discusses the influence of promotion cost and margin level to increase the distribution of Murabahah Financing Fund at PT. BPRS Amanah Bangsa. The objective is to observe and to know empirically the effect of promotional costs and margin rates on increasing the distribution of murabahah financing funds at PT. BPRS Amanah Bangsa. Sampling is done by retrieving the promotional cost data and margin level as well as the volume of fund disbursement from 2013 to 2015 (36 months). Multiple linear regression is used as an analytical technique. The results showed that the cost of promotion and margin level both significantly affect the increase in the fund distribution of murabahah financing. From the results of regression analysis It is known that the promotion cost variable has a stronger influence than the margin level variable against the distribution of Murabahah financing funds.

One of the influential traditions of Islamic education is illumination. His influence stems from the Suhrawardi al-Maqtul with Hikmah al-Isyraq as a base of the foundation. From him, philosophy flourished in Persia, India-Pakistan, Syria, Anatolia, and Europe. His characters in addition to Suhrawardi is Syamsuddin Muhammad al-Syahrazuri, Sa'ad bin Manshur bin Kammunah, Quthb al-Din al-Syirazi, Shadr al-Din Dasytaqi, Ghiyas al-Din Mansur Dasytaki, Jalal al-Din Muhammad bin Sa'ad al-Din al-Dawwami, Mir Muhammad Baqir Damad, Shadr al-Din al-Syirazi or Mulla Sadra, Mulla Hadi Sabziwari, Seyyed Hossein Nasr, Henry Corbin and Sir Muhammad Iqbal. This paper through the library research tracks the influence of illumination in the thinking of Islamic education, which is seen in the concept of science, the methodology of achieving it, consisting of four phases, namely Tazkiyah al-Nafsi, as a stage that indicates that Education needs preparation. The illumination phase and the stage gained unlimited science which suggests that educators are not limited to teachers, but also of Allah and the apostle. The fourth stage is the stage that educators or learners must do, documenting the knowledge that has been taught or studied in written text. Although the illumination comes from various teachings that had evolved before Suhrawardi, this philosophy did not absorb the whole, as Suhrawardi criticized the teaching that became the source of his thinking.

Every child born into the world attaches to Human Rights. The state itself guarantees these rights, including children’s rights. Human rights to children are characterized by the guarantee of protection and fulfillment of children’s rights by the state. Maintenance of legal children is mandatory, because children who still need this care will get danger if they don’t get maintenance and care. In UU No. 35/2014 concerning Child Protection, in the Islamic view how Islamic provisions view it as a product of state law that doesn’t conflict with Shari’ah. The researcher was very interested in conducting this research to find out the effectiveness of the child protection law in relation to legal protection for children victims of violence perpetrated by parents. In this study it was found that, protection of children in the community in Sibolga Regency was in accordance with Maqashid Syariah such as: protection of religion, parents gave the right of religious education to their children; protection of the soul, parents are very concerned about their children, protection of reason, parents keep their minds by giving education to their children as intellectuality can develop; protection against nasab and protection of property, parents provide a living for their children and parents are able to control their children’s activities.

Most of the arguments of polygamy have only explained the reason for the ability, for example, "Polygamy is clearly a word in the Koran, therefore, the issue of polygamy is not disputed!", "Prophet SAW. And the majority of his companions are polygamous, and they are the main role models in practicing this religion ", where the answers like the above do not satisfy many parties, especially for women. There are at least two aspects that have not been accommodated in the above answer, to address very serious problems such as polygamy. First, the aspects of women's feelings and their rights have not been touched in the answers above. Second, the reasoning aspect of consideration of the situation and condition that is the study of jurisprudence method integrated with the study of the sharia Maqashid. The answers like the above are still limited textual reasoning which is a study usul fikih, where when viewed to the verse that allows polygamy alone, then the law that can be withdrawn from it is the legal polygamy of Mubah. But solving a legal problem using a Qur'anic verse alone regardless of other verses and does not consider the situation and psychological conditions of society, anthropological, cultural, and social.

This paper illustrates the real conditions of the Ojol drivers who are working on the streets, who are not worried about themselves, not even a few of them (who are Muslim) who have begun to forget the reading of the Qur'an and don't even understand it at all. We know that in the verse of Al-Qur'an on the letter Al-Muddatsir has been ordered by Allah SWT. that in reading the Qur'an it is sought to read it in a tartil. It gives a clue that we as Muslims who have Al-Qur'an guidelines must be able to read it properly and correctly. In harmony with the first revelation received by the Prophet Muhammad. in the cave of Hera 'is the letter Al-Alaq, paragraph (1) up to verse (5) which in the verses contains instructions to read. There is written "Iqra '" which means "reading". Based on the verses mentioned above, it is a suggestion for all the people of the Prophet Muhammad to always read and study. So with that suggestion it is very inappropriate for Muslims to remain in such conditions, because Muslims have guidelines, namely the Qur'an and Al-Hadith. Based on this, it is hoped that the existence of similar training and guidance for Ojol drivers in always reminding them of the holy book of the Koran, and slowly learning to understand the contents of the guidelines can also read Arabic writing.

This research is backed by the importance of conducting a search about the satisfaction and expectation of stakeholders on alumni Department of Islamic Broadcasting of the Faculty of Da'wah and communication of North Sumatera State Islamic University. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study is an alumnus of the Islamic Broadcasting Communications department FDK UIN SU. Sampling using probability sampling techniques is performed with methods simple random sampling. The data collection in this study is done by means of questionnaire techniques, Interviewer, and secondary data. Prior to conducting hypotheses, the earlier test for validity and reliability. The prerequisite test results show valid and reliable results. Testing hipthesis Using Test T and Test F. Based on the results of T test of several indicators of integrity, professional, leadership, technological ability, and foreign language ability can be concluded that has an influence on satisfaction Stakeholders. Based on test F results against several indicators of integrity, professional, leadership, technological ability, and foreign language ability can be concluded that together (simultaneous) affects stakeholder satisfaction.

This study aims to find out the Analysis of Trade, Exports, Imports on the Indonesia-India Trade Balance, Period 2013-2018. As independent variables in this study are Trade, Export and Import. While the dependent variable is the Trade Balance.The research uses the data analysis method used is associative / quantitative research which is analyzed by descriptive statistics in this test using the E-Views program. In addition to using descriptive statistical test tools also use the Classical Assumption test. The classic assumption test used includes normality test, multicollinearity test, linearity test and autocorrelation test. Meanwhile, the test of goodness of fit test uses an interpretation formula, namely interpretation of the R value (coefficient of determination), interpretation of the F test (Fisher) and interpretation of the t test.Meanwhile the data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Department of Commerce and BPS which are analyzed using quantitative methods with a descriptive approach and the study population is a report on Analysis of Trade, Exports, Imports on the Indonesia-India Trade Balance, 2013-2018.The results of this study conclude that the trade sector has a positive and significant effect on the trade balance, the export sector has a positive and insignificant effect on the trade balance, the import sector has a negative and significant effect on the trade balance.

UUD 1945 as the highest Indonesian constitution and consists of 16 chapters, 37 chapters, 194 paragraphs, 3 articles of transitional rules, and 2 additional rules. Legal political studies are a field of study reviewing both from the creation of new law and with the replacement of old law to achieve the purpose of the state. Act No. 13 of 2003 about employment is a result of the study of legal politics or a product of the Policy to address the employment problems in Indonesia. The method of research used is analytical diskriftif by reviewing legislation and normative review in the legal political level. From the results of the analysis of course Law No. 13 of 2003 on employment has a weakness among others are the highlights of article 52-54 of the work Agreement/contract of employment, article 64; 65; 66 about Outsourcing, sections 35 and 37 on recruitment and placement of work, section 78 on overtime, article 88-98 on the structure and scale of wages, article 108-115 on the company's regulation. Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini disini dimaksudkan (ditujukan) untuk menjadikan anak usia dini menjadi anak yang lebih bisa menjadi penerus bangsa dan berguna bagi masyarakat. Disini banyak cara pembelajaran anak usia dini yang dijelaskan oleg para peneliti-peneliti nasional dan internasional. Salah satu diantaranya adalah pembelajaran berbasis edutainment yang disana menjelaskan bahwa anak usia dini adalah pembelajaran yang menyenangkan juga tidak membosankan, maksud disini adalah agar anak usia dini tidak terlalu tegang dalam pembelajaran yang telah diajarkan oleh para pengajar. This research aims to analyses deeply the influence of CAR variable, NPF variable, FDR variable and BOPO variable to profitability. The profitability indicator is ROA variable. Quantitative data types in the form of monthly time-series data From The Financial Ratio Report of Sharia Commercial Bank and Sharia Business Unit published by Sharia Banking Directorate, Bank Indonesia and the Bank Licensing and Banking Information Department, Indonesia Financial Services Authority through Sharia Banking Statistics Bank Indonesia/Indonesia Financial Services Authority from January 2006 to December 2018. The results showed: (1) A regression model on the independent variable simultaneously affects the dependent variable, so that the independent variable regression model can be used to predict the dependent variable; and (2) The CAR variable and the FDR variable influential positive and significant toward ROA variable; NPF variable influential negative and significant toward ROA variable; BOPO variable influential negative and insignificant toward ROA variable.
