Al-Irsyad: The Counseling and Education Journal is scientific journal in education and counseling guidance that managed by The Bimbingan Konseling Islam Majors of Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Faculty of UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Al-Irsyad presents topics about development of counseling guidance profession as a teacher based on the four competence of a teacher. They are pedagogic, personal, social, and professional. Besides that, Al-Irsyad is also emphasize to the integration of islamic values. Al-Irsyad is published two times in a year. There are January-June edition and July-December edition. The first edition of Al-Irsyad was Vol.1, No.1, January-June Edition on 2012, but was not yet have p-ISSN and e-ISSN. Then, in Vol.5, No. 1, January-June Edition on 2015 was published in print with p-ISSN: 2088-8341. Further, Vol. 10, No.1, January-June 2020 Edition on 2020 edition publish OJS with e-ISSN: 2686-2859.

Abstract

Broken home is a condition that is not harmonious family. One reason for thebroken home because of a divorce between a husband and wife. These conditions affecttheir children, such as lack of affection, do not get proper care and academic failure.However, in the field found a few students who have high academic achievement. Thepurpose of this study is comparing the factors that allow for differences in the academicachievement of children who come from a broken home. The research was conducted inSMK 2 Gunung Talang. The study used form of case studies. Capturing subjects in thisstudy using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data using Miles andHuberman interactive model. The conclusion of this study is the difference in academicachievement experienced by students is caused by a broken home: (1) the relationshipwith their parents; students with high achievement have good relationship, studentswith low achievement have not good enough in their relationship, (2) the relationshipwith their teachers; student with high achievement have good relationship, student lowachievement have not good enough in their relationship, (3) the relationship with theirfriends; students with high achievement have good relationship, students with lowachievement have not good enough in their relationship, (4) students attitude tothemselves and family; student with high achievement have good attitude with openbehavior, students with low achievement have introvert behavior, (5) ways of studentslearning; students with high achievement payfull attention on in learning and routineschedule, students with low achievement payless attention to the teachers explanation androutine in learning schedule.Keywords: Analysis, Students, Broken home.PENDAHULUAN

Abstract

The teacher is a profession in education who have ups and downs, the teachersconsidered sacred profession and proud. This was seen when proudly bermenantukan ateacher. However, this time the teacher allegedly as a profession marginalized. It isevident from the many generations that little aspire to be a teacher, because the teacherdoes not have a large income, such as doctors, engineers, pilots and so forth. Teachertaught his students that are beneficial and useful knowledge for the benefit of mankind,teacher personality has its own advantages. However, there are those who say theteacher's personality is difficult to find the levels and not easy to find the limit and it isalso hard to be defined thoroughly.Keywords: Kepribadian, Guru, Pendidikan.

Abstract

Family or household is a humanitarian system that the urgency based on theIslam. Family has become a necessity of relationship between the elements of the family.Relationship that occur within a family should be a harmonious relationship, cool, andcomfortable, filled with compassion, so that the family get some peace and tranquility. Toachieve calm and serene family can not be separated from the family element itself,which is called by Keluarga Sakinah. Ahmad Mustafa al-Maraghi has explained in tafsiral-Maraghi , sakinah is very closely related to the family that is in Al-Qur‟an ar-Rumverse 21 on sentence (Litaskunu Ilaiha) so that you feel at ease with him (husband andwife).Keywords: Pendidikan, Keluarga Sakinah, Tafsir al-Maraghi.

Abstract

Chairman of PT. Sinar Sosro Tanjung Morawa should maintain transactionalleadership and transformational leadership, since both can affect motivation andperformance of employees. The study of transformational leadership is more positiveeffect of increasing motivation and performance, but recall that effective leadership is acombination of both the leadership. This type of research is correlational study withcross sectional study approach that examines the independent variables and thedependent variables simultaneously at any given time. The population in this study wereall employees of the production of PT. Sinar Sosro Tanjung Morawa totaling 180employees, with a sampling probability sampling technique by using simple randomsampling with a total sample of 123 people. This study uses Path Analysis of Bayesianmethods, with the independent variables of transformational leadership andtransactional leadership, motivation and the dependent variable (Y1) and employeeperformance (Y2). The results of this study indicate bahwasannya the Y1 equation, thecoefficient of determination (R2) of its 11.5% influenced by variables transformationalleadership and transactional leadership. As well as in the equation Y2, the coefficient ofdetermination (R2) it is 24.3% influenced by transformational leadership, transactionalleadership and motivation. In testing of Bayesian methods obtained in the equation Y1which significantly affect motivation as an intervening variable is transformationalleadership and transactional leadership has little effect (not significant) and the equationY2 which significantly affect employees' performance is transformational leadership,transactional leadership and motivation as an intervening variable has little effect (notsignificant).Keywords: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Motivasidan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Cellular telecommunication is a cellular operator company which has grownrapidly amidst the tight competition among the cellular operator companies inIndonesia. Realizing that it is very crucial to keep the customers and to find morepotential customers, the company strives to upgrade network quality and adjust fare. Thecompany’s most potential customers are employees. The formulation of the problem wasto what extent the influence of network quality and simPATI’s fare on loyalty. The aimof this research was to know and to analyze the influence of network quality andsimPATI’s fare on loyalty. The research was descriPT.ive quantitative;. The data wereprocessed by using SPSS version 16 software. The hypothesis was tested by usingmultiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test in order to know the influence ofindependent variables on the dependent variables in the liability of 95% (α =0.05). Thedata were collected by questionnaires. The result of the research from the simultaneoustest showed that the network quality and simPATI’s fare had positive influence on loyalty.The variables of the network quality played an important role in determining the loyaltyof Aceh Singkil government employee, compared with the variables of simPATI’s fare.The variables of network quality and simPATI’s fare were able to explain their role ingiving the satisfaction of the pre-paid Telkomsel consumers 35,2% to the Aceh Singkilgovernment employees, and the rest (64,8%) was explained by the other variables whichwere not studied in this research. The conclusion of this research was that networkquality and simPATI’s fare had significant influence on the Aceh Singkil governmentemployees.Keywords: Kualitas, Tarif dan Loyalitas.

Abstract

Teachers are human resources that educators have an important function in therole agents of change to create a social and cultural changes in society. Al- FattahEducation Foundation Medan as one of the educational institutions to develop themselvesto improve the quality of human resources through activities that lead to the abilitythemselves to mastery of Science Technology (Science and Technology), which remainsgrounded to religious values with Islamic nuance. Each year the Education Foundationof Al-Fattah Medan had a problem with high turnover in teachers. In order for a highturnover rate can be resolved, then the organization Al-Fattah Education FoundationTerrain should establish policies that can make teachers managed to survive in theorganization. The purpose of this paper to determine the income of teachers to analyzethe relationship between turnover, to analyze the influence of organizational culture,leadership style, job satisfaction, compensation, and career on Turnover, and todetermine policies to raise money for a teacher in Al-Fattah Education FoundationMedan. The results obtained from this author suggests that the variable income (salary)consists of a sub-variable amount of salary (X1), Regulation Payroll (X2), and PrecisionTime Payroll (X3) influence Turnover in Education Foundation Al-Fattah Medan eitherpartially or simultaneously. Salary large amount of ability, Regulation Payroll andPayroll Timeliness teacher explains Turnover amounted to 82.4% while the remaining17.6%. Further variables Internal factors Turnover ie sub-variables CulturalOrganization (X1), Leadership Style (X2), job satisfaction (X3), Compensation (X4), andCareer (X5) affects Turnover Master in Education Foundation Al-Fattah Medan eitherpartially or simultaneously. Great ability Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, JobSatisfaction, Compensation, and Careers teacher explains Turnover amounted to 75.4%while the remaining 24.6% is explained by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Turnover, Yayasan Perguruan Al-Fattah Medan, Penghasilan Guru

Abstract

Hijab and jilbab the self-esteem of a woman's Women. Hijab previouslydefined a woman's Women should stay at home where their human rights areguaranteed and also show social prestige. In modern times the hijab can beinterpreted with a car that can protect women from the sight and impaired menwho intend evil. This is also the prestige of his time. The hijab is morefundamentally, that distinguishes a respectable woman and not dear or cheap.
