Al-Irsyad: The Counseling and Education Journal is scientific journal in education and counseling guidance that managed by The Bimbingan Konseling Islam Majors of Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Faculty of UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Al-Irsyad presents topics about development of counseling guidance profession as a teacher based on the four competence of a teacher. They are pedagogic, personal, social, and professional. Besides that, Al-Irsyad is also emphasize to the integration of islamic values. Al-Irsyad is published two times in a year. There are January-June edition and July-December edition. The first edition of Al-Irsyad was Vol.1, No.1, January-June Edition on 2012, but was not yet have p-ISSN and e-ISSN. Then, in Vol.5, No. 1, January-June Edition on 2015 was published in print with p-ISSN: 2088-8341. Further, Vol. 10, No.1, January-June 2020 Edition on 2020 edition publish OJS with e-ISSN: 2686-2859.

Abstract

The primary mission of the Prophet Muhammad. is preachedaqidah/monotheism to his people. Aqidah education cored growth, appreciationand practice of Islam in the real sense. Aqidah is a major foundation in theformation of the human person completely. Education that leads to the formationof private tauhid is the first thing to do, because it will underpin the stability ofthe whole human kepribdian. It is seen that Imam Bukhari put a special chapteron aqidah in his book. Abstract

Waqf as one of the charitable cause in the Islamic shariah is very useful for the welfare of society, for example, to the advancement of science and culture as well as other development interests are blessed by Allah SWT. Regarding the waqf property, in principle, which has diwakafkan waqf property can not be changed as stated in the hadith Rasul SAW. that the object should not be in perjualbelikan waqf, assigned or inherited.History Mujahid ulama agreed that the waqf property is not allowed to change it from what it professed the wakif exception in urgency due to the interest of the common goal. State waqf objects can not be used again as the wakif swore. Conditions change waqf objects arranged in KHI in line with what was raised the previous mujtahid Imam. as the sound of KHI Article 225 states are essentially the objects that have diwakafkan can notbe changed or other use and what is meant pledge endowments. Except with the first reason for not complying anymore with the purpose of waqf as professed by wakif, both because of the public interest. Provisions stipulated in article 225 above KHI whose purpose is to give a chance to change things endowments in urgency, in order of importance beneficiaries are greater than ever.Keywords: Fungsi Wakaf, Kompilasi Hukum Islam.

Abstract

Emotion is the feeling which felt by someone in facing specific situation.Semantically, someone who has the emotion is called as the doer. Emotions involve the change of facial expression, so that it can reflect one's emotions. The emotions of angry, sad, happy, scared, and other emotions are often expressed through facial expressions, hand gestures, body, or tone of voice. In BBM status, we always use emoticon to describe our feeling when we do something or feel something, we show our feeling through emoticon. Theuser in BBM use the emoticon when they make status in BBM, the user BBM want their friend in BBM know what they feel and the close friend can give response like the user want.Keywords: Emoticon, BBM

Abstract

Verbal communication is communication by using vebal symbols. Language verbal symbol is an impressive of human achieveness. There are rules for every language that are phonology, syntax, semanctc and pragmatic. Otherwise, nonverbal communication is a communication process that message is sent not using words. The example of nonverbal communication is body movement, body language, face expression, and eye contact, the using of clothes, hair cut, etc, symbols, and also the way of speaking such as, intonation, stress, voice quality, emotional style, and speaking style.Keywords: Komunikasi, Verbal, Nonverbal.

Abstract

Parameters of LIS (Line in Service) customers and sales Indihome the end of 2015 showed symptoms that customers are reluctant to migrate existing services to Indihome. One of the factors that affect customer retention is the brand equity. This study aims to determine the significance of brand equity influence on customer retention. The results showed that the overall contribution of the influence of the independent variables, namely:differentiation, relevance, esteem, and knowledge, are air-alike on the migratory behavior (customer retention) to Indihome was 60.3%. The remainder of the contribution is determined by factors other than the so-called predictor in this study. The study thus shows that both the variable relevance, differentiation, knowledge, and awards have significantlyinfluenced the migration service, with variable relevance seba-gai factors that most influence on customer retention. In connection with the results and discussion of this study, it is expected that their further studies to investigate other indicators (39.7%) affecting existing customers willing to migrate to Indihome. Based on the results of research of thisaddition, the company management needs to formulate strategic policies related variables relevance, differentiation, knowledge, and awards to increase the number of existing customers who are willing to migrate to Indihome.Keywords: Ekuitas Merek, Telkom, Pelanggan.

Abstract

Affinity Card can be used as an identification card associations, alumni associations and others. At this year PT. XXXX bank is targeting a credit card co- branding and affinity contribute 15% to the target of credit card transactions from 2:08 Million credit card of the total target credit card PT. Bank XXXX 2013. Acquisition of affinity credit card marketing on the month September 2014 the marketing area Terrain area amounts to 886 cards from all three universities that cooperate with the details of Affinity USU 236 cards, 305 cards from Affinity UNIMED and 345 of Affinity UNSYAH. XXXX Bank has undertaken various strategies in marketing their credit card but has yet to get maximum results, it is not certain what the cause. For the sake of getting the most-needed improvements in credit card marketing strategy is to understand what the perceptions, attitudes and motivation of potential customers. The results of writing that has been done, after going through the stage of data collection, data processing, data analysis and the final interpretation of the results of the analysis of the influence of Perception, Attitudes and Motivation Consumers AgainstInterests Product Use Credit Cards Affinity Bank XXXX-USU On Regional Marketing Regional Medan, the conclusions to be drawn together (simultaneously) variable Perceptions, Attitudes and Motivation significant effect on the dependent variable interest. Abstract

The pattern of this policy requires the placement of inventory at each location, and placement of such supplies require a good handling so that supplies can be optimal, meaning that it can meet the demands of existing demand without storage is too great which causes buildup in the warehouse which resulted in high cost savings and possibilities the greater the damage to the product. PT. Sentana Superpower Pratama (PT. SADP) is engaged in the domestic Agrochemical, with products such as fertilizers and pesticides. Products PT. SADP 90% is aimed at consumers of the companies of oil palm plantations. With a distribution system that exists today in the PT. SADP frequent delays in product availability branch warehouse, so sending fertilizer to customers late and cause complaints and claims from customers. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of distribution channels and physical distribution which consists of processing reservations, inventory control, handling of goods, warehousing and transportation of the Crown brand NPK fertilizer sales at PT. SADP. In this study, the population in question are all customers of PT. SADP status is still actively buying NPK fertilizer from time to time, these customers consist of oil palm plantation companies large and small plantations, its number is 985 customers. Methods to determine samples with Isaac formula and Michael with a sample of 212 samples. The results of writing is: independent variable that is processing the booking (X1), inventory control (X2), handling of goods (X3), warehousing (X4), and transport (X5) simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, namely the sale of NPK brand crown in PT. SADP. Partial testing of mind that the inventory control, ordering processing, handling of goods and transport significantly influence brand NPK fertilizer sales crown,and warehousing no significant effect on the brand NPK fertilizer sales crown.Keywords: Distribusi Fisik dan Penjualan Pupuk NPK.
