The increased interest in students in the field of Electronic Control is influenced by many factors, with family backgrounds, relationships, future expectations, development of science and technology and teachers. The implementation of the Community Service Program Based on Development of Foster Schools in Manba'ul Huda Dukuhseti, Pati Vocational School with the activities in the form of training and assistance in the use of electronic and computer software skills as additional knowledge in developing HR capabilities. Student Competency Improvement Training Related to Electronic and Computer Control Systems, namely programming and Arduino Uno application to create a led light control that can function according to a program made by each student. Indonesia has a large fishery resource, since most of the area covered by oceans. Therefore, the availability of national fish is enough to support the needs of the fish processing industry. The fishery potential can be a challenge for the people of the coastal area to convert it into a product that has economic value added. The potential of fishery resources in the coastal south, Village Sitiarjo, District Sumbermanjing Wetan, Malang district has not received empowerment program well. The majority of people in the region still lags behind economically. The Community Service Program was aimed to make economic empowerment of the target society of SME-based on fish meatballs production and drinking water depots. The implementation methods were carried out in several stages: data collection, planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and final evaluation. The model implemented was intensive training and assistance to obtain the maximum output corresponding to the objectives of the community service program. The results of this community service are to encourage the fish processing industry in the area to improve people's welfare and to overcome the problem of the water crisis in the target communities.

University of Islam Malang (UNISMA) as a public institution has a goal to be achieved. One of the goals that Unisma wants to achieve is to produce superior and qualified students. To achieve this goal, Unisma should apply new policies in terms of New Public Management (NPM). In NPM, Unisma should apply Absen Cap Driji / Absensi Sidik Jari (AbCD) machines as a solution to overcome student indiscipline. Need to know, so far the form of student indiscipline in Unisma has always increased every year.This form of indiscipline, among others; 1) Often come late, 2) Do not do assignments, 3) Often do not enter without reason, 4) D3C (Come, Sit, Listen, and underestimate the lecture. If the form of student indiscipline is unchecked, it is feared that students are increasingly out of control, affecting other students, even Unisma fails to achieve the goal of creating excellent and high quality students. So that AbCD machines are needed in order to implement NPM while minimizing student indiscipline. AbCD is an absent machine that uses fingerprints so as to reduce dishonesty done by students in terms of college attendance. AbCD replaces the previous presence system which is still manual and easily manipulated. This AbCD program is expected to provide benefits in the long term, those are: 1) To discipline Unisma students by applying AbCD machines, 2) To develop IT in Unisma so as not to be left behind, 3) To avoid conflicts between students and students, and students with lecturers at Unisma. The methods used in implementing AbCD machines are: 1) Pre-Program Analysis, 2) Location Survey, 3) Licensing Administration, 4) Procurement of Goods, 5) Material Preparation, 6) Recruitment of Facilitators and Participants, 7) Lecturer debriefing, 8 ) Student Counseling, 9) Utilization of AbCD, and 10) Evaluation. Which of the ten methods of implementation has been completed with the budget and implementation schedule.

People who are financially literate are people who have the attitudes, skills and knowledge to manage one's finances to meet financial goals that help achieve life goals. In fact, the majority of the citizens of 'Aisyiyah in Sukoharjo Regency have children who are extravagant or consumptive, like to follow trends, and are less able to prioritize their needs than their desires so that they cannot understand and apply financial literacy in life daily. Based on the conditions experienced by residents of Aisyiyah, Sukoharjo Regency, there is a need for financial education and outreach for adults to be able to be applied to their children. The education and socialization program provided is expected to reduce consumptive behavior in children and provide benefits to the residents of the community ‘Aisyiyah Sukoharjo Regency to develop knowledge and understanding of financial literacy education and the ability to manage finances well.

The teaching of English in Indonesia has been started from elementary school until university level because students are expected to have good knowledge of English as the international language. In order to compete with people all over the world, English learners should be able to use English both in written and spoken form. The teaching of English in SMAINUS has been conducted in a fun way supported by the innovative teacher and interactive technique. Consequently, students have positive perceptions toward English and are more motivated to improve their English. However, there is no any English club, especially on English Conversation Club (ECC) that can facilitate students to do speaking practice outside the class to improve their productive skill rapidly. Therefore, this program is the starting point of ECC in SMAINUS. This paper aims at exploiting students’ perceptions of ECC program to create English environment.

Financial management is one of the main aspects for the progress of a company. Accounting is a process or way of producing financial information that can be used to make a decision for its users. Implementation methods of Community Service activities is carried out using presentation methods, tutorial systems, and mentoring. The results of the training and mentoring activities for making Islamic banking mudharabah financing proposal aimed at residents of Malang City Kasin Village who are also perpetrators or owners of MSMEs, have been evaluated based on the response and the results of the practices carried out by the participants and assistance for 3 days. This evaluation of community service activities was carried out through a questionnaire and the results of feedback on questions in the questionnaire relating to training and mentoring materials for making bank credit proposal and the enthusiasm of the participants in each question and answer session. The level of understanding of the participants in understanding the material that has been delivered is grouped on a scale of 71% -80.99%, then the community service activities are declared "quite good" and there are 3 mudharabah financing proposals available from the results of mentoring activities

The language of use, mostly Indonesian, in the general public (lay on the subject of Indonesian grammar) is not optimal. This happens because the rules of Indonesian language are not yet good and effective. These discrepancies are often found in all fields, such as public spaces and administrative institutions (correspondence). This needs to be understood. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve it. One way of coaching and socializing about the use of Indonesian. Efforts to foster and develop Indonesian language, both in their position as national languages and languages, need to be increased, before the global era and free trade era as it is today. This replaces the position and function of the Indonesian language to become more stable so that the Indonesian language can become a means of modern communication and be able to place itself parallel with other modern languages in the world. Through the Tri Dharma program of Higher Education, Community Service, the fostering and dissemination of Indonesian language aims to provide insight and understanding of the use of Indonesian language that is good and right. In addition, a language development and assistance program is provided by the Language Board of the Ministry of Education and Culture. This needs to be done so that people can prioritize the use of Indonesian

Rattan craft is one of the regional superior products in Jepara. Because the products have high quality, they are able to compete in the international market. However, the presence of rattan handicrafts also experienced ups and downs, both at local, national and international trade. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the competitiveness of rattan craftsmen through a mentoring program from the service program at SME of Rotan Indah Jepara. The strategic value of the assisted partner is increasing competitiveness towards the export market through approaches to the application of appropriate science and technology, enhancing the quality and quantity of production, and strengthening institutional capacity. The achievement of the target shows the accuracy of the assistance method used. Several programs have been carried out, including strengthening production equipment and implementing appropriate technology, strengthening product capacity and quality, strengthening marketing capacity, and strengthening corporate governance, compiling accounting systems and computerized financial reporting. The results of this program show that all the targets can be realized. The impact and benefits of this service program are social changes, effectiveness and increased productivity, in the form of increased sales turnover, changes in better work patterns, increased production capacity due to changes in work patterns, systems and technology used. Another added value is shown to be significant savings from good management patterns and more efficient production processes.

Household waste is becoming a common problem in our society. The consumptive lifestyle that is not supported by a good awareness of waste management resulting in increased waste volume. It will give a bad impact on the environment. This community service activity was aimed to provide solutions to waste problems in Gedongarum Village. The programs arranged were: waste sorting through socialization and training activity of 4R concept (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Replace), and manufacturing of waste sorting facilities. The results of the evaluation showed that the awareness of the community to the importance of waste sorting and processing increased by 58.7% and the knowledge on waste management, increased by 76.05%. The effectiveness of the program's success amounted to 71.7%, while 86,9% of the respondents support the activities to be sustainable.
