Abstract

Dar El-Amir Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic boarding school that has been established since 2008 with a total of 140 students over time, a problem arose. Problems that are often encountered are related to the management of student data, teacher data, employee data, homeroom data and report cards which are still conventional, namely by writing using this paper, it can result in the emergence of larger duplicate data and damage to good data such as blurry writing or missing data. To solve these problems, an integrated academic information system must be made in order to facilitate data management and can be web mobile, meaning that it can be used on any device such as a laptop or mobile phone. This study uses the waterfall technique, this technique can be interpreted like a waterfall because there are stages that must be passed. The effect of studies that have been carried out by applying the waterfall technique shows that this academic information system can be useful for the management of student data, teacher data, tu staff data, homeroom data and report cards so as to make the data management process faster, more efficient and effective and help in the process dissemination of information related to the academic activities of Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

PT. Bell Flavors & Fragrances Indonesia, which is a private company in the field of distributors of chemicals and products, namely, Flavors, Fragrances, Botanicals, Ingredient Specialties. The current transaction process at PT. Bell Flavors & Fragrances Indonesia by inputting data into Microsoft Excel which before being input into Microsoft Excel is written manually on HVS paper, it takes quite a lot of time and causes errors in recording and there is no QR Code to view item details. The extreme programming method is used to solve problems that occur with the planning, design, coding, and testing stages. Produce a warehouse information system by implementing a QR Code to view the details of goods made using the PHP programming language, using Unified Modeling Language (UML) object-oriented analysis such as Use Case diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Activity diagrams and Class diagrams and tested using Black Box testing, testing White Box and questionnaire testing.

Abstract

Lately, many students in Indonesia have difficulty knowing their interests and future goals, resulting in problems in determining which majors to choose. For that we need an efficient and sophisticated problem solving. MYC (Make Your Choice) is a web-based application that can help provide a choice to the user based on the interests or habits of the user. This application is made with the PHP 7 programming language, using the Laravel framework with DBMS MySQL 10 and the Fuzzy logic method which aims to assist in the selection of major decisions according to interests and talents based on test results or available questions, in order to facilitate counseling between students and teachers or guardians. the student. The design of this system will use the Waterfall process model, then in the visualization of the model using Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. Based on the results of use and testing, this application runs very well. The results of using this application students or new students can see potential college opportunities and business opportunities and reduce the potential for errors in the selection of majors. The features available in this application include information from each department, job opportunities and business opportunities and also print election results.

Abstract

Standard operating procedures for submitting leave and permits and unclear mechanisms for recording and checking data that have not been assisted by an information system. In making a web-based Application for Leave and Employee Permit Applications for PT. Bumi Arasy Consultant, it is made with HTML, PHP and also MySql procedures which will provide efficiency and effectiveness for the company in processing and storing data in an orderly manner so that it is easier to get the information that will be needed.The purpose of this article and writing is to study, analyze, design, compile and implement a web-based information system at PT. Bumi Arasy Consultant that will support internal business processes within the Human Resource Department (HRD) Division.The software that we will develop in making this application is using HTML or what we usually call Hypertext Markup Language, which is the most basic language for the web scripting process and is Client Side which allows displaying information in the form of text, graphics, and also for attaching between web interfaces. In addition, to store and process data, we will use a programming language with PHP and MySQL database.The result of the process of developing a leave application information system is a web-based application program that can provide an overview and faster for submitting leave and employee permits for PT. Bumi Throne Consultindo. The results of the application of this method will simplify the administrative process and also be more organized in making reports on leave and employee permits, as well as providing handling for storing archives in an adequate container.

Abstract

This review meant to portray execution of learning results report composing of professional understudies on Educational plan 2013 utilizing the web-based report composing programming. This examination was elucidating exploratory review, which was essential for the exploration improvement by utilizing Sharma's model. Information gathered by perception and poll. Abstract

To check the specifications of a software, it is necessary to have a test and validation is something that is needed when testing the software. The inappropriateness of the data input process is caused by the validation process that is not optimal, one of the consequences is that the data addition process fails. Therefore, the application can cause harm to the user. Therefore, improving the quality of accurate validation is very necessary. When the testing process finds an error that was not previously known, then the test can be said to be a good test. One of them is the Black Box testing method, in this test the author chose the iEquivalence Partition testing method. Equivalence Partition is a technique used to reduce the number of test cases that exist at the time of testing. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the authors conclude that this software can be used properly, after repairing the errors that have been found. However, this test is not perfect, because it is only done by using a few samples. From the results of this test, it is expected that the application can be used according to user needs.

Abstract

After the process of making software needs to be done a useful testing stage to ensure that the software (Software) is in accordance with the needs of the user. POS is an application used to make sales transactions. In this study, the test was conducted on four modules: the first is the inventory module, in this module there are features for the manager of goods data, stock of goods, and the price of goods, The second is the purchase module where this feature will manage every transaction of goods purchased to the supplier or manufacturer, the third is the sales module or POS, this feature is designed to manage every sales transaction to the customer or end user, and the last is the report module, where every transaction both sales and purchases and inventory data (items, stock,  the price) will be recorded in detail in it. Each of these modules is arranged thus completing one cycle of business processes. Because of the complexity of the arrangement of logic forming sales transactions, the process of calculating the price of sales and calculating the value of stock goods causes losses for business people who use invalid systems. As for a case in true testing it's when we find a previously undisclosed error. The research phase begins by analyzing each function on the system to be tested, creating a testing scenario for the database structure that has been created, making documentation from the test results and the researcher concludes. From the results of the tests that have been done, it was concluded that this software is worth using.

Abstract

In an application, a test is needed, to find out whether the application has errors or needs to be developed to be better. The Black Box Testing technique has been widely applied by researchers to test an application program that is appropriate or not. The software that will be tested is the best employee selection system application, and consists of a menu that will be inputted about employee data, as well as employee performance while in the company. The best employee selection system application is tested by Black Box testing. The purpose of testing this application is to see if the program performs every function we expect without looking at the source code of the software. The type of black box testing method used in this research is Equivalence Partitions. The Equivalence Partitions method is a test based on filling out each form in the best employee selection system, on each input menu will be tested and made into groups based on whether its function is valid or invalid.

Abstract

In the Jakarta area, there are countless boarding house businesses. For newcomers who are having difficulty finding information about boarding houses, it will be very useful in determining the desired boarding house both from the difference in price, location, available facilities, and room availability. By using technology and information in a business in addition to getting convenience in managing the business that is run and can be used to develop the business that is run so that it will be better and will not be eroded by technological developments today. By using an information system with an easy access method that is run through a website or cellphone for managing boarding houses or viewing rented houses in the Jakarta area. With the PHP programming language and using the Mysql database, it is hoped that it will make it easier for those who want to access this information. So that you no longer have to use the survey method to the desired place or rent.

Abstract

The imbalance in the number of workers and customer demand is a problem that must be faced by business actors today. With a chatbot, it can help business people handle thousands of chats from customers who want to ask about sales products. Chatbots can also save on operational costs and provide 24/7 active service. Indirectly this can provide customer connection to the store. Therefore, this study will discuss the Application of the Auto Reply Chatbot on Telegram to the Development of a Shoe Sales Business Using Artificial Intelligence Markup Language. This system involves a shoe sales information system website as a medium to provide services to customers related to sales information. And a chatbot that implements an AIML (Artificial Intelligence Markup Language) system as a virtual assistant that connects customers and information from the database. Where this chatbot will respond to conversations submitted by customers, besides that it can also retrieve data in the form of information in sales data. The system which is designed using the Javascript, PHP, Python, PDO, and MySQL programming languages as the database.System testing will show that the sales information system website is functioning properly in managing (Create, Read, Update, Delete) customer data, stock of goods, goods sold and other data, while the Chatbot test shows that the program can respond via the Telegram application, starting from messages asking for stock, item prices or requesting information from the database.
