AbstractThis article is the result of qualitative research which focused on creativity, especiallycreativity Udjo Ngalagena in terms of personal, press, processes and products. The results showedthat the various potentials and support from the family, community and school (education) makesUdjo being personally creative. Personal creative and press factor gives strength to Udjo Ngalagenato continue and develop their creativity amid the challenges and conditions of the times. UdjoNgalagena succeeded in making angklung tradition into creative products in educational activities,production and performances regularly and formally at Saung Angklung Udjo (SAU) with referenceto the traditional values of Sunda. The existence and development of the SAU in Bandung, WestJava for almost a 50 years proves that Udjo Ngalagena succeeded in creating generations of creativeand successfully strengthen the local cultural existence.Keywords:. Management Of Activity Therapy In Activities Using Bra With Bobath Concept In Stroke Patients Hemiparesis Synthesis In Clinical Sasana Husada. Stroke is brain attack due to vascular injury that can damage the brain permanently because of neurologist disorder. The purpose of this intervention is to improve patient's ability to wear bras according to Occupation Therapy's view. The method that will be used to improve the patient ability who suffer from function disorder, movement, and control due to the lesion in the central nerve system is Bobath Concept. By giving eight times intervention, it can be seen that there is improvement postural control and less pain in the shoulder area when it moved. The result of this shows that there is no improvement yet in patient ability wearing bra because of fracture experienced by the patient.Keywords: Occupational Therapy, Stroke, Bras, Shoulder, Bobath Concept

Abstrak - Setiap orang yang bekerja akan menerima upah dari hasil kerjanya. Selama bekerja,setiap pekerja berhak mendapatkan perlindungan dari perusahaan (atau pemberi kerja) dari berbagairisiko yang mungkin terjadi, termasuk risiko menjadi tua. Risiko tersebut dapat dihindari ataupundikurangi dengan mengikutsertakan pekerja pada program pensiun baik yang dikelola olehperusahaan atau pun ikut dengan kesadaran sendiri.Program pensiun terbagi atas program pensiun iuran pasti dan program pensiun manfaat pasti.Penelitian ini akan menggunakan program pensiun manfaat pasti. Ada beberapa metode yangdigunakan untuk menghitung dana pensiun manfaat pasti. Diantaranya adalah metode Unit Credit,metode Aggregate cost, Entry Age Normal, Benefit Prorate dan lainnya. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode Entry Age Normal, yaitu perhitungan program pensiun yang menggunakanasumsi perhitungan aktuaria pada saat peserta mulai bekerja. Data yang digunakan adalah data daripara dosen tetap Program Vokasi UI dimana rentang usianya bervariasi dan tanggal mulai bekerjacenderung sama. Hasil perhitungan berupa Biaya Normal dan Kewajiban Aktuaria.Kata Kunci: Program Pensiun, manfaat, Entry Age Normal, biaya normal, kewajiban aktuaria.

Evaluation of services of Electronic Annual Tax Return is conducted to determine the quality of services ofElectronic Annual Tax Return. This is done by using the five Service Quality (SERVQUAL) dimensionswhich are tangibles, realibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The result of the research and analysis ofEvaluation of services of Electronic Annual Tax Return concluded that Taxpayers are satisfied with the qualityof Electronic Annual Tax Return. Advices given to the djponline.pajak.go.id websites is it should be moreattentive to the needs of the Taxpayers. Establishing a national economy that can grow suatainably and stable, requires the financial service sectors conducting its business in a well organized, fair, transparent and accountable manner, and be able to protect the consumer’s and public’s interests.Transparency, fairness, reliability, confidentiality, security of consumer’s data and/or information, fast, simple complaint handling and affordable dispute resolution cost become the principles of consumers protection in the financial services sector.The common motive to conduct an insurance fraud is economical reason, that is for obtaining a financial benefit/advantage. Broadly, a fraud in insurance can be classified into 3 (three) main dimensions: dimension of the subject i.e the fraudsters; dimension of time, ie. the time during the process of underwriting and the process of claim; dimension of behaviour that is opportunistic act (soft fraud) or planned fraud (hard fraud). The insurance consumer’s awareness concerning the financial services sector activities is needed, so that the insurance financial services sector can be conducted in a well organized, fair, transparent and accountable manner. ABSTRACT. This research is motivated by the thought that Hemodialysis Unit at ABC hospital whichopened in 2005 , is a unit that produces , but in the determination of rates of hemodialysis services have notbeen done in detail , which includes only the cost component of operating costs of direct material regardless ofpersonnel costs , telephone and general logistics costs . The issue is whether income rates that have not beencalculated in detail to cover the costs incurred by the unit or how hemodilisia Cost Recovery Rate ( CRR ) ofthe Hemodialysis Unit.This study is a qualitative study using secondary data from monthly reports of severalABC RS unit to calculate total revenue and total cost Haemodialysis Unit. Penghargaan atas quality criteria atau kriteria kualitas atas sebuah penelitian tidak hanya tergantungpada si peneliti, tetapi lebih pada pemahaman para pengujinya akan posisi peneliti tersebut dalam paradigma yang mana. Bukankah skripsi, tesis dan disertasi itu harus diuji? Usaha keras si peneliti mewujudkan kriteria kualitas penelitiannya akan sia-sia jika tidak nyandak dengan pemahaman para penguji. Seringkali penguji memaksakan kriteria kualitas dari paradigma penelitian yang dianutnya pada penelitian mahasiswa/kandidat yang diujinya padahal berasal dari paradigma yang berbeda. Jadi sejauh mana para penguji memiliki empati pada paradigma dan pendekatan penelitian yang dipakai peneliti merupakan agenda tersendiri dalam menegakkan kriteria kualitas atas sebuah riset.Kata Kunci : Quality criteria, paradigma penelitian, penelitian sosial

Penyebaran pendidikan berkualitas yang belum merata di Indonesia merupakan permasalahan pendidikan nasional yang harus diselesaikan. Pelaksanaan pendidikan berkualitas sebagian besar dilaksanakan di pulau Jawa, pada hal warga Negara Indonesia tersebar di seluruh wilayah Indonesia dari Sabang sampai Merauke. Semua warga Negara Indondesia tersebut ingin mendapatkan pendidikan berkualitas yang mudah diakses dengan biaya yang terjangkau. Salah satu solusi yang bisa digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut adalah e-learning. Namun demikian banyak faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam proses pembejaran jarak jauh atau dikenal dengan elearning, salah satu diantaranya adalah proses evaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Artikel ini membahas tentang proses evaluasi hasil pembelajaran dengan melakukan studi literatur beberapa artikel yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2007 – 2015 dengan memfokuskan pendapat para pakar terhadap pernyataan “apakah ujian on line (berbasis komputer) dapat menggantikan ujian tradisional (berbasis kertas)” melalui penyajian pro dan kontra ujian on line. Dari kajian ini ditemukan bahwa ada peluang untuk menggantikan ujian berbasis kertas dengan ujian berbasis komputer dengan memperhatikan unsur-unsur teknis seperti keamanan, kemudahan penggunaan dan kemampuan dasar pengguna komputer. Namun demikian, penggantian tersebut belum bisa diterapkan pada semua kondisi dan perlu memperhatikan tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan mengembangkan model evaluasi pencapaian kompetensi siswa dengan mengkombinasikan konsep penilaian berbasis kubik secara on line (Cubiks Online Asesessment) dengan mengkombinasi konsep keamanan informasi ganda.Kata kunci; evaluasi hasil pembajaran, elearning, ujian online dan ujian berbasis kertasSpreading the uneven quality education in Indonesia is a national educational problems to be solved. Implementation of quality education largely implemented in Java, in the case of Indonesian citizens spread all over Indonesia, from Sabang to Merauke. All citizens of the Indondesia want to receive a quality education that is easily accessible at reasonable costs. One solution that can be used to solve the problem is e-learning. However, many factors must be considered in the process of long-distance pembejaran known as elearning, one of which is the process of evaluating learning outcomes. This article discusses the process of evaluation of learning outcomes by studying literature several articles published between the years 2007 - 2015 with a focus on expert opinion to the statement "whether the test on line (computer-based) may replace the exam traditional (paper-based)" through the presentation of the pros and cons exam on line. From this study it was found that there are opportunities to replace paper-based exams to computer-based test with due regard to the technical elements such as security, ease of use and ability of computer users base. However, such reimbursement can not be applied to all conditions and the need to pay attention to the learning objectives that have been set. Therefore, further research is needed to develop a model to evaluate student achievement by combining the concept of competency-based assessment cubic online (Cubiks Online Asesessment) by combining multiple information security concepts.Keyword; evaluation of the results of learning, elearning, online exams and paper-based exams

AbstractThis study emphasizes the fulfillness of the audit objectives with performed by evaluating the audit procedures on accounts receivable of non-public company, both related to the audit objectives of detailed balance and the audit objectives of presentation and disclosure. Auditors perform audit procedures include tests of controls and test of detailed balance on accounts receivable account, to reach audit assurances that the audit objectives have been met so that the information and figures included in the presentation and disclosure in accordance with general acceptance standard in Indonesia. This study using the descriptive method which analyzes working papers of auditors that contains the audit procedures performed by the auditor. This study show that not all the audit objectives are met because the audit procedures are not all performed by the auditor. This has significant implications for the presentation of accounts receivable in the financial statements which are not in accordance with the accounting standards. Results of this study are expected to contribute knowledge of audit science.Keywords: account receivable, audit procedures, audit objectives

The Isolation DNA Chromosomal DNA from Local Isolate of Aeromonas hydrophila Bacteria from East Java Retno Sri Wahjuni; M. Gandul Atik Yuliani

Aeromoniasis is a bacterial disease caused by Aeromonas hydrophila that affects fish and shrimps in ponds and aquariums. This is an ulcer disease that causes petechiae in scales of fish and may be fatal. It can cause economic loss if it is not treated with medication accompanied with improved sanitation. It affects numerous freshwater fish farms in East Java. A previous study has characterized an antigenic protein derived from the outer membrane protein of A. hydrophila. In order to perform sequencing of the DNA coding for this protein, we first conducted a study for isolating DNA fragments of A. hydrophila via four stages: cultivation and harvesting of bacterial cells, cell lysis, DNA purification, and the concentration of chromosomal DNA. The results will be used as a predictive immunogenic determinant by the method by Kolaskar and Tongaonkar. Keywords: Aeromonas hydrophila, chromosomal DNA, immunogenic determinant
