Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang pengelolaan PKBM Ash-Shoddiq Desa Pagerwangi Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif sendiri berfokus pada unsur-unsur yang mengandung makna subjektif, definitif, serta deskripsi suatu telitian berdasarkan skema atau kerangka fikir peneliti. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah tiga orang narasumber yang terdiri dari Sumber Informasi, yaitu ketua sekaligus pemilik PKBM yaitu Dadang Lutfiansyah, M.Pd. serta dua orang masyarakat sekitar PKBM yang dapat memberikan data. Sebagai penguat perolehan data lapangan, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi secara online dan langsung terjun ke lapangan terhadap pengelola objek telitian, serta media sosial para objek pada bulan April 2021. Serta menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan data yang diperoleh mengenai: Pengelolaan PKBM meliputi tahapan-tahapan manajerial meliputi langkah: Perencanaan (Planning), Pengorganisasian (Organizing), Pelaksanaan (Motivating), Pembinaan (Conforming), Penilaian (Evaluating), Pengembangan (Developing). Program yang dilaksanakan oleh PKBM antara lain Life Skill Kewirausahaan Kecimpring, Keaksaraan Fungsional, Kesetaraan, PAUD, TBM, Pembinaan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Majelis Talim, TPA, dan Rumah Tahfidz. PKBM belum melakukan akreditasi, dikarenakan baru meluluskan 3 angkatan program pendidikan kesetaraan. Permasalahan yang terdapat di PKBM yaitu kurangnya sarana dan prasarana lembaga (kurangnya ruang kelas, ruang pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, luas tanah yang sempit) hal tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya pembiayaan, tidak sebanding dengan letak lokasi lembaga PKBM yang berada di tengah-tengah tempat wisata punclut ramai dikunjungi oleh para wisatawan lokal maupun luar Bandung.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan & Pusat Kegiatan Belajar MasyarakatAbstractThis study aims to describe and analyze the management of PKBM Ash-Shoddiq, Pagerwangi Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. This research was conducted using a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach itself focuses on elements that contain subjective, definitive meanings, as well as descriptions of a research based on the researcher's schema or frame of mind. Sources of data from this study were three sources consisting of Information Sources, namely the chairman and owner of PKBM, namely Dadang Lutfiansyah, M.Pd. as well as two people around the PKBM who can provide data. To strengthen field data acquisition, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation techniques online and went directly to the research object managers, as well as the social media of the objects in April 2021. And used purposive sampling technique. The results showed the data obtained regarding: PKBM management includes managerial stages including the steps: Planning (Planning), Organizing (Organizing), Implementation (Motivating),Coaching (Comforming), Assessment (Evaluating), Development (Developing). Programs implemented by PKBM include Kecimpring Entrepreneurship Life Skills, Functional Literacy, Equality, PAUD, TBM, Youth and Sports Development, Women's Empowerment, Talim Council, TPA, and Tahfidz House. PKBM has not yet carried out accreditation, because it has only graduated 3 batches of equality education programs. The problems in PKBM are the lack of institutional facilities and infrastructure (lack of classrooms, teaching rooms and education personnel, narrow land area), this is due to a lack of funding, not comparable to the location of the PKBM institution which is in the middle of a busy tourist spot. visited by local and outside tourists.Keyword: Management & Learning centers

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the online learning process at NonformalPAUD (Study on PlayGroup (Kober) Nurul Anwar Tawang District of Tasikmalaya City). This research uses a qualitative approach to obtain in-depth data, a data that contains meaning. Researchers conducted observations and looked for descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from respondents who were tapped via phone and WhatpApp to collect data from Nonformal PAUD Tutors, Managers and Parents. Based on the results of research that the Online Learning Process in PAUD Nonformal Nurul Anwar Play Group is carried out through three stages of learning planning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. The online learning process using the WhatsApp application that is incorporated in the WhatsApp Group, Tutors carry out the preparation of learning planning that makes a Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH) and a weekly learning implementation plan (RPPM). Tutors carry out online learning activities that are carried out include learning opening activities, core learning activities, learning conclusions. Furthermore, tutors carry out online learning evaluation stages that contain assessments of the results of children's activities sent through video, photos, and voicenotes and are used as the basis for daily, weekly, monthly, and end-of-semester assessments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh data yyang menyebutkan bahwa  peserta didik Paket C PKBM Sumber Arum Dayeuh Kolot Kabupaten Bandung yang dapat mengoprasikan komputer berada di angka 60%, sedangkan untuk melaksanakan ANBK peserta didik harus dapat mengoperasikan komputer secra penuh  atau harus sebanyak 100%. Teori yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini diantaranya Teori Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM), Teori pelatihan, teori keterampilan Komputer. Metode yang digunakan mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskritif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Lokasi penelitian di PKBM Sumber Arum, yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini satu orang pengelola, satu orang tutor dan lima orang warga belajar dari paket C di PKBM Sumber Arum yang dipilih secara random.Hasil penelitian mengenai upaya pengelola dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komputer warga belajar paket C dalam menghadapi ujian daring yaitu dapat dikatakan bahwa pengelola sudah melakukan proses pelaksanaan keterampilan komputer dengan baik sehingga hasil yang diperoleh dari keterampilan komputer juga baik. Hal ini  dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan keterampilan komputer peserta didik paket C PKBM Sumber Arum yang sudah siap untuk mengikuti ujian daring.

Abstract

One of the public educational institutions that have a role in shaping the character of the nation's successor is Islamic boarding school. One of the efforts of Islamic boarding schools in creating quality generations who have good personalities is by holding an honesty canteen. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the honesty canteen in the formation of the honest character of students in Islamic boarding schools. The theory used in this research is honesty canteen theory, honest character theory, boarding school theory as part of public education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. In this study the instruments used were questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The main reason for using this instrument is to collect data on the extent of the role of the honesty canteen in the formation of the honest character of students in Islamic boarding schools and make conclusions about it by direct field observation. The research population is the residents of the Miftahul Huda Cimahi Islamic boarding school and the samples are two honesty canteen managers, two santri administrators, and ten santri. The results show that the honest character formed through the honesty canteen is to convey purchasing information to the canteen manager according to the circumstances, not to manipulate purchase data, and to dare to admit mistakes. The conclusion of this study is that the honesty canteen has an important role in the formation of honest character in students, in this case it can be seen in the formation of the honest character of students in making purchases in the honesty canteen.

Abstract

The research reveals how the strategy of “Bina Kelurga Balita” cadre (BKB) in optimizing the function of family education at BKB Amarilis Lembang, Jawa Barat. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation studies, and literature studies. The selection of research informants used purposive sampling technique. Research informants were the chairman of BKB, BKB cadres, and members of BKB. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model includes the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation/data display, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the research on the strategy used by BKB cadres, namely the bottom up strategy through counseling, BKB cadres provide guidance to BKB members regarding parenting by using a participatory approach. Activity planning is carried out by carrying out the identification of needs and potentials, formulation of objectives, selection of program targets. The material presented is about child development because parents feel that child development is very important in optimizing children's potential.

Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang berkembang sangat pesat telah membawa banyak perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Pendidikan dewasa ini harus dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang ada termasuk diantaranya perubahan kebiasaan karena keadaan dunia yang sedang mengalami pandemi covid 19. Merdeka Belajar dan Kampus Merdeka merupakan salah satu kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nadiem Anwar Makarim untuk merespon perubahan tersebut. Salah satu program yang terdapat di program MBKM adalah proyek di desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis berdasarkan kajian literatur atau riset kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian mengatakan bahwa proyek di desa menjadi salah satu sarana penguatan karakter mahasiswa. Sebagai calon pemimpin masa depan, mahasiswa ditantang untuk keluar dari zona nyamannya dan berlatih menghadirkan solusi dari problem yang ditemuinya di desa. Diharapkan dengan adanya program MBKM ini juga dapat membantu mewujudkan desa-desa mandiri di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh perubahhan sistem pembelajaran dari yang awal mulanya tatap muka menjadi daring. Perubahan ini mempengaruhi kepada kinerja pamong belajar khususnya pamong belajar di Bandung raya yang kemudian berpengaruh pula keterlibatan kerja dari pamong belajar selama menjalankan program kegiatannya ditengah kondisi yang seba tidak memungkinkan pada saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara resiliensi dengan job involvement pada pamong belajar di Bandung Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel data sebanyak 63 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang postif serta kuat antara variable resiliensi dan job involvement pada pamong belajar. Pada masing-masing variable pamong belajar di Bandung raya memiliki skor nilai yang tinggi sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pamong belajar di Bandung raya memiliki resiliensi yang tinggi juga Job involvement yang tinggi adapun aspek lain diuji untuk melihat factor lain yang mempengaruhi resiliensi dan job involvement yang tinggi pada pamong belajar.

Abstract

In generally, most of the training and mentoring of teachers is temporary. More intense and sustainable efforts are needed so that the teacher's abilities can continue to be developed. These efforts can be carried out by involving alumni who are already working as teachers. This continuous organization and quality assurance is also the responsibility of the Study Program in improving the quality of graduates and users. In addition, this is a way out that benefits various parties in improving the quality of human resources. The method used is a participatory method with alumni who are participants in the activity. Mentoring is carried out individually and in groups through mentoring techniques which are divided into concept delivery and preparation of literacy and numeracy-based assessments. As a result, alumni who work as teachers have proven their ability to develop an assessment prototype in the form of multiple choice questions based on literacy and numeracy. Mentoring pays attention to the structure of the content with a duration of 32 hours of lessons. The assistance provided also proves the ability of collaboration between study programs and alumni to ensure sustainable quality of human resources.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah salah satu upaya untuk memberikan kekuatan kepada masyarakat agar menjadi lebih mandiri dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelestarian indang yang ada di Korong Kuliek, Nagari Sungai Buluh Timur. Selain itu juga artikel ini berusaha melihat bagaimana minat masyarakat terhadap Indang di Korong Kuliek, Nagari Sungai Buluh Timur. Dalam artikel ini menggunakan studi literatur yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan `data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelolah bahan penelitian (Zed, 2008:3). Hasil kajian menjelaskan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelestarian budaya indang memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat. Dengan lestarinya indang di Korong Kuliek Nagari Sungai Buluh Timur maka budaya yang dimiliki daerah setempat akan terus terjaga. Hal terpenting dalam pemberdayaan ini adalah partisipasi aparat desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan masyarakat setempat. Karena pada dasarnya masyarakat sangat memegang peran penting dalam pelestarian indang ini.

Abstract

The background of this research is limited employment opportunities and the decline in people’s income. Especially in the community in the village of Padalarang, West Bandung Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out about sewing skills training in increasing people’s income. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation. The research subjects were one manager, one instructor and three training perticipans, the Mekarsari Padalarang Course and Training Institute (LKP). The results of this study indicate that sewing training is one way to develop community creativity in increasing income. The discussion explains how sewing training at the Mekarsari Training Course Institute (LKP) teaches good, neat sewing and creates competent graduates for sustainability in the world of work. In conclusion, it can be concluded that sewing training held by the Mekarsari Padalarang Course and Training Institute is very necessary to increase the economic income of the community, sewing training is one of the accesses that becomes an economic source to help meet daily needs.
