Abstract

The research aimed to determine the effect of training plaiometrick double leg bound to increase leg muscle power. This research is a quasi experimental research (quasi-experimental) with the design of the Modified Control Group Pretest Posttest Design. The study population was a student of class VII student son football extracurricular participants SMP N 3 Singaraja school year 2012/2013, amounting to 96 people. The subjects of the training plaiometrick double leg bound numbered 96 people. Limb muscle power was measured with a standing broad jump test, then the data were analyzed by independent t-test at significance level (α) of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of independent t-test results obtained for variable leg muscle power, the results of the treatment group and the gaint score control group obtained the value thitung = 11.391 with a significance value of 0.000. Calculated significance value smaller than the value of α (Sig <0.05), thus the research hypothesis "plaiometrick double leg bound training effect on leg muscle power" acceptable. From the results of this study concluded that plaiometrick double leg bound training effect on limb muscle power class VII student son football extracurricular participants SMP N 3 Singaraja school year 2012/2013. Recommended for sports people (coaches, trainers, athletes and gym teacher) to use the plaiometrick double leg bound training as an alternative to improve leg muscle power.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dengan rasio kerja:istirahat 1:3 dan 1:5 terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan rancangan penelitian the non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur daya ledak otot tungkai adalah vertical power jump test dengan validitas tes 0,989 dan reliabilitas tes 0,977. Data dianalisis dengan uji anava satu jalur pada taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian ditemukan, 1) Pelatihan side jump sprint dengan rasio kerja:istirahat 1:3 berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. 2) Pelatihan side jump sprint dengan rasio kerja:istirahat 1:5 berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, 3) Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan yang signifikan dari pelatihan side jump sprint dengan rasio kerja:istirahat 1:3 meningkat sebesar 1,93 dan pelatihan side jump sprint dengan rasio kerja:istirahat 1:5 meningkat sebesar 3,39 terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Hasil uji LSD (Least Significant Difference) menunjukan bahwa, pelatihan side jump sprint dengan rasio kerja:istirahat 1:5 lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan side jump sprint dengan rasio kerja:istirahat 1:3 terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference sebesar 1,457. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pelatihan side jump sprint dengan rasio kerja:istirahat 1:3 dan 1:5 berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci : pelatihan side jump sprint, rasio kerja:istirahat 1:3 dan 1:5, daya ledak otot tungkai. This study aims was determined the effect of side jump sprint training with 1:3 resting:working ratio and 1:5 resting:working ratio on leg muscle power. Based on the data analysis found: 1) There is an effect of 1:3 resting:working ratio side jump sprint training on leg muscle power, 2) There is an effect of 1:5 resting:working ratio side jump sprint training on leg muscle power, 3) There is a significant difference on the increase of leg muscle power as the effect of using the 1:3 and 1:5 resting:working ratio side jump sprint training. 1:3 resting:working ratio of side jump sprint training increase 1,93 and 1:5 resting:working ratio of side jump sprint training increase 3,39. Results of LSD (Least Significant Difference) shows that, side jump sprint training with 1:5 resting:working ratio is better than side jump sprint training by 1:3 resting:working ratio to increased leg muscle power with mean difference by 1,457. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan lompat kijang dengan irama cepat dan lambat terhadap kelincahan. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimental sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi yaitu siswa kelas VIII SMP N 1 Seririt 178 orang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 orang yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen untuk mengukur kelincahan dilakukan dengan tes shuttle run. Data dianalisis dengan Uji-t Independent, ANAVA satu jalur dan uji LSD dengan taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Uji-t Independent pelatihan lompat kijang irama cepat dan kelompok kontrol yang menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan nilai thitung sebesar -5,566 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh peningkatan pelatihan lompat kijang irama cepat terhadap kelincahan. Uji-t Independent pelatihan lompat kijang irama lambat dan kelompok kontrol yang menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,004 dan nilai thitung sebesar -3,233 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh peningkatan pelatihan lompat kijang irama lambat terhadap kelincahan. Uji ANAVA one way yang menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 15,374 menunjukkan perbedaan pengaruh peningkatan pada pelatihan lompat kijang dengan irama cepat dan lambat terhadap kelincahan. Nilai mean difference dari kelompok perlakuan lompat kijang irama cepat terhadap kelompok kontrol berada pada nilai -2,99091. Nilai mean difference dari kelompok perlakuan lompat kijang irama cepat terhadap kelompok perlakuan lompat kijang irama lambat berada pada nilai -1.48545. Nilai mean difference dari kelompok perlakuan lompat kijang irama lambat terhadap kelompok kontrol berada pada nilai -1,50545. Hasil uji analisis deskriptif yang dilihat dari nilai mean, dimana kelompok kontrol memiliki nilai mean 23,25. Kelompok perlakuan lompat kijang irama cepat memiliki nilai mean 20,36. Kelompok perlakuan lompat kijang irama lambat memiliki nilai mean 21,85. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa: pelatihan lompat kijang irama cepat dan lambat memiliki pengaruh serta perbedaan pengaruh peningkatan terhadap kelincahan siswa putra kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Seririt tahun pelajaran 2013/2014, dimana kelompok perlakuan lompat kijang irama cepat memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar untuk peningkatan kelincahan.Kata Kunci : Kelincahan, Lompat Kijang This study was aimed to determine the effect of differences influences of jumpimg excercise training fast cadence and rhythm of the slow of the agility. The study based on a true experimental research design with the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Population were a son students of class VIII SMPN 1 Seririt, as much as 178 people. Sum of sampel as much as 33 people with simple random sampeling. Data were analyzed by Independent test, ANAVA one way test, and then data will proceed with least significant difference test at significance level 0,05 using SPSS 16,0. The result using Independent test of jumping exercise training fast cadence and control group -5,566 the mean is aimed to determine the effect and jumping excercise traning of jumpimg excercise training fast cadence of the agility and jumping excercise of rhythm of the slow -3,233 the mean is aimed to determine the effect and jumping excercise traning of jumpimg excercise training rhythm of the slow of the agility . The result using ANAVA one way test is 15,374 the mean is the effect of differences influences of jumpimg excercise training fast cadence and rhythm of the slow of the agility. The result using LSD, group of jumping excercise fast cadence to the control group (-2,99091, group of jumping excercise fast cadence to the jumping exercise rhythm of slow (-1,48545) and group of jumping exercise of rhythm of slow to the control group (-1,50545). The result description of analytion of mean of the group control is at value 23,25, jumping excercise fast cadence group is at value 20,36, jumping excercise rhythm of slow group is at value 21,85. From the analysis, it was concludes that the sit-up training 450, 900 and 1200 have a significant impact and influences the differences to agility for the a son students of class VIII SMPN 1 Seririt on academic year 2013/2014, in which jumping excercise training fast cadence group had the highest impact on improving agility.keyword : agility, jumping excercise

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan 30 second box drill dan 60 second box drill terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi) dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan continuous circuit terhadap vo2maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the randomized pretest postest control group design. Subjek penelitian 24 orang. vo2maks dengan tes MFT, dan Kekuatan otot tungkai di ukur dengan menggunakan tes back and leg dynamometer selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil ujit-independent variabel vo2maks diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,003, sedangkan kekuatan otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,000 sehingga hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan countinuous circuit terhadap vo2maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai” diterima. Hasil analisis data pada pelatihan continuous circuit untuk vo2maks terjadi peningkatan sebesar 5,75, sedangkan pelatihan continuous circuit untuk kekuatan otot tungkai terjadi peningkatan sebesar 51,00, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol juga terjadi peningkatan akibat diberikan pelatihan konvensional pada vo2maks terjadi peningkatan 21,00 dan pada kekuatan otot tungkai terjadi peningkatan 1,23. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Pelatihan continuous circuit berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan vo2maks pada siswa ekstrakulikuler bola basket smp negeri 4 singaraja. (2). Pelatihan continuous circuit berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Berdasarkan hasil diatas, disarankan agar guru olahraga, pelatih atau pembina olahraga serta atlet agar menggunakan pelatihan countinuous circuit sebagai salah satu alternatif pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan vo2maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai . Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan repetition sprint dan skipping rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler bolavoli SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar berjumlah 45 orang, dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 15 orang diberikan pelatihan repetition sprint, 15 orang diberikan pelatihan skipping rope, dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Hasil uji-t independent dari kelompok perlakuan repetition sprint dan skipping rope diperoleh hasil 5.623 dan signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti kedua pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Hasil uji F variabel power otot tungkai dari kelompok perlakuan didapat Fhitung sebesar 58,920 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan repetition sprint dan skipping rope terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, kelompok pelatihan repetition sprint lebih baik pengaruhnya sebesar 13.533 dibandingkan pelatihan skipping rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: pelatihan repetition sprint, skipping rope, power otot tungkai. This research aims to know the effect of repetition training sprint and skipping rope to increase leg muscle power. This type of research is experimental design with the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. The subject were 45 male student participants of volleyball extracurricular in SMAN 6 Denpasar school year 2015/2016, then divided into 3 groups using ordinal pairing techniques, which is 15 male students given repetition sprint training, 15 male students given training in rope skipping, and the last 15 male students as control group. Leg muscle power was measured by vertical jump test. The results of T Independent test from the treatment group of repetition sprint and skipping rope obtain 5.623 and the signification 0.000 which means that both of the training effect on increase leg muscle power. The test results of Fmeasure of one way ANOVA of leg muscle power between the treatment group was obtained 58.920 and the significance is 0.000, which means there is a difference between the effects of sprint training repetition and skipping rope to the leg muscle power. Based on the test results of LSD, the repetition sprint training group have better influence than skipping rope training to increase leg muscle power as much as 13.533. keyword : Key words: repetition training sprints, skipping rope training, leg muscle power.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya teknik ketepatan shooting. Bertujuan untuk menganalisa:(1)Penerapan pelatihan permainan pesta passing terhadap ketepatan shooting pada SSB Ganesha United Singaraja,(2)Penerapan pelatihan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting pada SSB Ganesha United Singaraja,(3)Perbedaan penerapan pelatihan permainan pesta passing dan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting pada SSB Ganesha United Singaraja. Jenis penelitian yaituPenelitian eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu ketepatan shooting di permainan sepak bola. Análisis data yang digunakan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian ini yaitupre-test kelompok control mean 7,93 median 8,00 modus 6. Post-test kelompok control mean 10,73 median 11modus 13. Gain kelompok control mean 0,2160 median 0,2300modus 0,20. Kelompok pesta passing pre-testrata-rata 8,07 median 8,00 modus 9 danpost-test mean 16,20 median 16,00modus 15. Gain skor metode pesta passing mean 0,6293 median 0,6400 modus 0,64. Kelompok metode empat penembakpre-test mean 7,93 median 8,00 modus 8. Skor post-test mean 13,07 median 14,00 modus 15.Rata-rata nilai tertinggi yaitu metode pesta passing, nilai terendah yaitu kelompok control. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dan pembahasan disimpulkan sebagai berikut:(1)Metode pelatihan pesta passing berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting pada SSB Ganesha United tahun 2017 sebesar 7,5%. (2)Metode pelatihan empat penembak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting pada SSB Ganesha United tahun 2017 sebesar 5,17%. (3)Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikansi antara metode pelatihan pesta passing dan metode pelatihan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting pada SSB Ganesha United tahun 2017 dengan selisih 2,33% dimana metode pelatihan pesta passing yang berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting. Kata Kunci : pelatihan pesta passing, empat penembak, ketepatan shooting This research is motivated by the low precision shooting technique. Aimed to analysis: (1) Implementation of passing party game training on the accuracy of shooting on SSB Ganesha United Singaraja, (2) Application of four shooter game training on the precision of shooting on SSB Ganesha United Singaraja, (3) Different application of game passing game training and game four shooter against the precision of shooting on SSB Ganesha United Singaraja. The type of research is experimental research. The data were collected using tests and measurements. The instrument used is the precision of shooting in the game of football. Analysis of data used inferential statistics (t-test). The results of this study are pre-test control group mean 7.93 median 8.00 mode 6. Post-test control group mean 10.73 median 11 mode 13. Based on the result of data analysis, and the discussion is summarized as follows: (1) The method of passing party training has an effect on the precision of shooting on SSB Ganesha United 2017 by 7.5%. (2) The training method of four shooters has an effect on the increase of shooting accuracy on SSB Ganesha United 2017 by 5.17%. This research aimed to determine the effect of interval training and hollow sprint run to lung vital capacity. This research was quasi-experimental with "The Non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design". The subjects were the  participants of extracurricular student football junior high school of Sila Candra Batubulan amounting 45 people. Lung vital capacity was measured by a spirometer. Data were analyzed by independent t-test, one way anova and further test (LSD) at the 0.05 significance level with SPSS 16.0. Based on independent t-test results of lung vital capacity variable for interval run training group and hollow sprint training group shared the significance of 0.000. one way anova test results of the two data paths from the training group significance value of 0.000 so the comparison test. Based on the test results obtained LSD mean difference of data interval run training group better than hollow sprint training group. From the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the interval run training and hollow sprint training effect on lung vital capacity, which interval run training is more significant effect on the increase of lung vital capacity of extracurricular football student participants junior high school of Sila Candra Batubulan academic year 2012/2013 .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pelatihan four players passing moving drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass) pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar, (2) Pelatihan five players star drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass) pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar, (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan four players passing moving drill dan pelatihan five players star drill terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass) pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperiment dengan desain “The Non-Randomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Design”. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar, berusia 13-15 tahun yang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan passing dengan menggunakan media dinding (Wall Pass) dari Nurhasan (2001). Analisis data menggunakan uji One Way Anova dilanjutkan mencari data yang lebih berpengaruh menggunakan uji LSD dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan four players passing moving drill dan five players star drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing chest pass. Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan four players passing moving drill dan pelatihan five players star drill terhadap keterampilan passing chest pass pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004, dimana pelatihan five players star drill lebih baik pengaruhnya dari pada four players passing moving drill terhadap keterampilan passing chest pass dilihat dari mean difference uji LSD yaitu sebesar 0,70000*. Bagi pembina olahraga, pelatih bola basket, guru penjas dan atlet serta pelaku olahraga lainya disarankan dapat menggunakan pelatihan four players passing moving drill dan pelatihan five players star drill sebagai salah satu latihan dalam meningkatkan teknik passing chest pass dalam permainan bola basket.Kata Kunci : pelatihan four players passing moving drill, pelatihan five players star drill, passing chest pass. The present study aims at determining: (1) the effect of four players passing moving drill on chest pass skill of participants in basketball extracurricular in SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar, (2) the effect of five players star drill on chest pass skill of participants in basketball extracurricular in SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar and (3) the difference in the effect of four players passing moving drill and five players star drill training on chest pass skill of participants in basketball extracurricular in SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar. This study was quasi-experimental designed with non-randomized control group pretest and posttest. The population of this study was 30 participants from basketball extracurricular who were in the age of 13-15. Passing skill test using wall pass by Nurhassan (2001) was used as the instrument of this study. The data were analyzed using One Way Annova and LSD Test with 5% significance value to examine the data which were more effective. The findings showed that four players passing moving drill and five players star drill were effective in improving passing chest pass skill. There was significant difference in the effect of four players passing moving drill and five players star drill training on chest pass skill of participants in basketball extracurricular in SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar. The significant value of 0.004 and LSD Test mean difference of 0.70000* prove that five players star drill was more effective than four players passing moving drill in improving passing chest pass skill. It is suggested for sports coaches, basketball coaches, sport teachers, athletes, and other sports players to apply four players passing moving drill and five players star drill training to improve passing chest pass technique in basketball games. keyword : four players passing moving drill practice, five players star drill practice, chest pass passing

Abstract

This study was aimed to identify the effect of interval running training with work ratio and recovery 1:1 and 1:2 toward the cardiovascular endurance. This study was an experimental study which was designed in the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. There were 36 samples for this study which were decided by simple random sampling technique. Cardiovascular endurance measured by MFT test. From the result of independent sample t-test toward the cardiovascular endurance, there was obtained the score of tmeasure was 10.837 and 5.569 with significance 0.000. The significance was < 0.05, meant that there was different effect from each group. Then an anova test was conducted. The result of anova test showed that the variable of cardiovascular endurance between the experimental group and control group obtained Fmeasure of 65.737 and significance 0.000. Because there was a different effect, so the researcher conducted Least Significant Different (LSD) test in order to determine which training have better effect toward the improvement of cardiovascular endurance. Could be concluded that interval running training with work ratio and recovery 1:1 and 1:2 was affecting improvement of the cardiovascular endurance, in which interval running training with work ratio and recovery 1:1 have better effect for the improvement of cardiovascular endurance. From this study it is recommended that this study can be used as reference in conducting the next training and study.
