Abstract

Mengkomsumsi minyak jelantah dengan bilangan peroksida 20-40 meq/kg yang setara dengan minyak jelantah rumah tangga yang diberikan secara rutin menyebabkan kerusakan oksidatif, merangsang proses peradangan hati, perlemakan hati atau steatosis dan menyebabkan kerusakan oksidatif DNA sehingga perlu disosialisaikan kepada masyarakat. Makassar sebagai kota metropolitan memiliki potensi minyak jelantah sekiditnya 17.600 liter per hari dan kebanyakan direcycle menjadi minyak goreng bodong untuk diperjual belikan pada kisaran harga Rp 5.000 sampai Rp.7.000 per liter merupakan ancaman pada kualitas kesehatan masyarakat. Transformasi minyak jelantah menjadi biodiesel oleh CV. Garuda Energy Nusantara (Gen- Oil) baru mencapai 400 liter per hari atau setara 2.000 liter per hari biodiesel B-20 dengan kualitas performansi yang lebih unggul dibanding solar produk pertamina. Bila skema harga jual B-20 Gen-Oil Rp 5.000 per liter kepada nelayan dapat memberikan keuntungan setidaknya Rp.22.000.000 per bulan dan akan lebih besar lagi bilamana dijual dengan harga standar industri. Selain itu juga bahwa upaya Transformasi minyak jelantah menjadi biodiesel membuka peluang kerja baru dan transformasi minyak jelantah menjadi biodiesel dapat dilakukan dengan teknologi dan dalam skala industri rumah tangga.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to develop and implement Smart Card-based Smart Campus at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Bone. This application platform was developed using the standard Indonesian Smart Card Consortium (KSCI) with a smart card and reader chipset from PT Xirka Silicon Technology and PT. INTI. This application serves to receive, process, and visually display data sent by a card reader. Processing this data is very necessary so that the data collected can be used to facilitate the campus in recording student data electronically and use it for various campus interests. In addition, this application allows access to interoperability with applications on other campuses, for example with fellow KSCI member campuses or other campuses in this case the IAIN Bone campus. When this smart card system is running and stable, the system can be developed to enter various other applications such as ticketing, loyalty cards in various communities, and close loop payments. The implementation of community service was divided into 2 stages, namely the socialization stage about smart campus, especially smart cards and the Smart Card-based Smart Card application training phase on the IAIN Bone campus. The implementation of this activity received a positive response from the campus and has implemented two smart card systems in the campus of IAIN Bone.

Abstract

The application of digital technology can provide solutions to community problems, especially in the education sector. But there are still many teachers whose teaching abilities have not been supported by these digital technologies. SDN 14 Bonto-Bonto located in Pangkep Regency is the place for the digital learning training process as well as a form of community service carried out by the team of the Informatics Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University. This activity is also a venue for socialization and introduction of research results from lecturers and students. Digital learning models can be divided into 2 namely electronic based learning and internet based. Some digital learning methods taught include Augmented Reality, Mind Mapping, and Educational Games. Augmented Reality is a technology that involves overlaying computer graphics in the real world, where three-dimensional virtual worlds can be brought into real-world environments in real-time. Learning to use AR makes students' visual appeal in learning as well as educational games. Mind Mapping is a learning method in the form of visualizing ideas, thoughts or plans to form interconnected diagrams. With this method, students are trained to think structured and easy to solve problems. Mind mapping application itself has been widely available and can be downloaded for free. The training in developing digital learning media that is held is expected to help teachers and students understand the concepts while at the same time foster motivation in learning. This service activity also adds insight to teachers about new learning methods that can make the learning process more enjoyable.

Abstract

The Tanah Lemo and Ara village area are located in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency. This area is very possible to develop into the center of the Phinisi ship miniature manufacturing industry, considering that the land of Bulukumba is known to have a historical value that is strongly attached to the culture of panrita lopi (expert boat maker). The most famous potential in the District of Bonto Bahari is the Phinisi Shipbuilding industry. The phinisi ship industrial area in Bonto bahari district is currently located in Tanah Lemo Sub-District. Because of the proficiency of the Tanah Lemo community in making phinisi ship from generation to generation. Aside from being an effort to preserve culture, this miniature phinisi ship business commodity has bcome an economic potential due to increase the number of tourist visits which quite significant in recent years to Bulukumba district. The location of Lemo can be developed as the center of the Phinisi Ship Miniature industry in the District of Bonto Bahari, Bulukumba Regency. This problem seen with the condition of the coastal area and the manufacture of miniature ships that are still in the same condition, while there are other potentials that can support the development of Phinisi ship building, so that in the future this area can be more developed, development direction is needed. The results of the discussion for the future are the development of facilities and infrastructure, especially the road network as access from the Phinisi Shipbuilding site and towards Lemo-Lemo beach, development in the capture fisheries sector to help support the economy of the Tanah Lemo coastal area, development of the Phinisi Shipbuilding area, tourism development natural beach Lemo - Lemo. Promoting the potential of natural resources owned by the Tanah Lemo beach area, so that in the future the Tanah Lemo beach area can become a cultural and natural tourism area. And the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness, especially in the Tanah Lemo beach area.

Abstract

Smart campus refers to campus facilities which are supporting all activities of the academics in carrying out the obligations of the Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi using information technology as the backbone. STKIP Muhammadiyah Bone was chosen as a partner in the community service program. In order to welcome a transformation, the campus will direct its services with technology. Currently services such as student registration, attendance input is still done mannually, in the future it will be converted into an electronic system. However, in STKIP Muhammadiyah Bone, it has not applied smart campus system. The proposed solution is to make Smart cards socialization and training and database implementation. After thorough socialization and training which includes hardware, software, procedures and work procedures, furthermore, independent development is carried out by the campus itself. This activity was held for one day and went smoothly judging from the enthusiasm of the staff and students who participated in this activity and the installation of two smartcard systems in the rector and vice rector rooms.

Abstract

The problem occured in Labuang Baji Makassar Hospital as a newly formed hospital with health workers, especially nurses mostly comes from fresh graduates so their experience and skills of serving patients are still low. From the data that we obtained, complaints against the services of Labuang Baji Makassar Hospital are staff friendliness only reached 24% and slow service with a total of 21%. Quality services are the expectation of all patients who received health service. Even so, not all the hospital able to offer a service that desired. This is because of good quality health services can only be administered by the professional workers who have good knowledge and skills, so the patient can feel comfortable. The excellent service training method was involved the trainee partners. So, this training can be expected to improve the trainee become trainers to train other Labuang Baji Hospital staff. This training will be conducted by applying discourse methods, question and answer, group discussions, games, simulations and group presentation. One group pre-test and post-test was conducted with 16 participants to see the impact from the training, The results show that there awas an increased knowledge of the excellent service participants before the training and after the training. Before the training the level of knowledge of 9 people (56.3%) who were in high level, and after training increased to 93.8% or as many as 15 people. Based on the results of the analysis on excellent service training there was an increased in participants' knowledge about the concept of hospital services, customer satisfaction and loyalty, attitude and appearance of excellent service, verbal and non-verbal communication in health services, intelligence development, transportation assistance, satisfaction assistance. With the existence of excellent service training, it is expected that the training participants can apply the knowledge they have obtained in order to provide satisfying services for patients.

Abstract

Maps are presented to provide information in the form of boundaries, facilities, buildings, land use and roads. Regional boundaries are one element of the village map so that it needs to be mapped in detail as a document in development planning. Enrekang Regency, which has a majority of its elders as protected areas, is still very limited in the ownership of mapping documents. The community still does not have knowledge about this mapping so that the problem of regional boundaries, regional boundaries and land use limits is still a trigger for problems in the community. Participatory mapping is a method that is needed in order to provide spatial information so that the mapping process and the resulting map are aimed at the interests of the community. In this case, counseling and mentoring activities are the beginning of the development of competence and capacity for the community in making mapping documents in Enrekang District. It is expected that this community service activity will continue in partnership activities between Unhas and the Enrekang District Government, both in training, formal education in regional and city development master programs, and assistance in planning and implementing the development of Enrekang Regency, in line with the tridharma activities of higher education.

Abstract

Mode of transport waterway river tallo Makasar has been operated since long transports passengers, luggage and a motor vehicle, and the only access mode for the island lakkang people through tallo to kera-kera, the eastern and the southern of Makassar city. In the operation of waterway mode, the owner ignored the shipping safety of waterway. It was proven that there is not any other safety devices above the waterway mode. Shipping safety device is an absolutely thing must be required for sea transportation, rivers and lakes. Hence it is necessary to disseminate the importance of shipping safety device for the owner of the river tallo makassar to increase the quality of service of shipping safety for passengers mode independently in accordance with national and international regulations. The safety of the device is based on land transport minister regulation no. PM 25 years 2015, transportion safety standards on the river lakes and crossing. Disseminate gives users of security and safety and public service quality shipping safety for passengers in the river tallo makassar when sailing and the process of loading and unloading of passengers and a motor vehicle.

Abstract

LKSA prasejahtera is a group of mothers who have todlers with poor phisically growth due to their poor daily nutrition. Those children’s problems because of their parents have low income and cannot suport their family. Therefore, the purpose of our program is to help them build an UKM online in order to help them increase their income. This UKM-online is very suitable for their business because of affordable for them compare with the conventional business. These people in the LKSA group do not need rent a place to run their business anymore so they can save more money as we know that the price to rent a strategic place is very high. Howevert, they still can able to run their business and reach more people even they do not have a strategic place. So the website able to help any kind of business because of it provide more detail about their product to many people in unlimeted range. However, this method still needs an expertice in website development in order to build an UKM websites.There are, three type of web developer which are front-end developer, back-end developer,and full-stack developer. Each of web developer has a different function and duty. While, programming language that usually is used in website programming which are, HTML,CSS, Javascript, PHP,and Java. Therefore, the output of this program is expected to be the progress of the business by utilysing an ukm-website. So the underpriviliged people are extpected able to increse their income as well as able to run their business eficient and easy.While, people outside of the LKSA also can take benefit from this ukm-online, because their eficiency of time, place,and budget is also increase and that will make their life more easy and less stress.

Abstract

Currently wood raw material used for ivory or wooden ship frames is increasingly difficult to obtain because it has a special shape, where the wood for the ship's ivory must be taken from the tree in the form of curved beams, so that it is easily shaped according to the shape of the wooden ship that will be built. Some wooden ship craftsmen in South Sulawesi have faced this difficulty. One of them is a wooden ship craftsman who is part of a group of wooden ship craftsmen "TORANI" in Galesong Kota Village, Galesong District, Takalar. This group of craftsmen specifically produces fishing vessels with sizes of 10 GT to 30 GT. To overcome this problem, an alternative solution for wood ivory is needed. A study has found an alternative substitute for wood ivory, namely steel, with dimensions suitable for use on fishing vessels of 10 GT, 20 GT, and 30 GT. The dimensions of the steel ivory obtained are close to the wood ivory but with greater strength. To be able to apply the steel ivory to the wooden ship, the partner craftsmen need to be trained in its use, starting from pattern taking, making and installing steel ivory. The target of partner activities in this service activity is in the first stage of the process of applying steel ivory to wooden ships, which is capable of making steel ivory patterns. This pattern will later be used as the basis for making steel ivory on the wooden ships they built. The method of the activity carried out was training and mentoring for partner members to make steel ivory patterns in two stages as follows: The first stage was counseling and introduction to partners regarding steel ivory as a substitute for wood ivory; and the second stage is the practice and accompaniment of technology for making steel ivory patterns. The second stage includes guiding participants using equipment and equipment for making ivory patterns and guiding the practice of making steel ivory patterns taken from the shape of wooden ships by following the curves of the wooden ship's skin.
