Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on work quality at KSP Sehati Makmur Abadi. This study uses quantitative data and primary data through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data collection method used in this research is using saturated sampling with a population of 30 respondents. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis test, t test, and f test. with the help of a computer program. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely Job Compensation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have an influence on the dependent variable, namely Quality of Work (Y) with the results of multiple regression analysis test Y = 4.527 + 0.284 X1 + 0.641 X2. The results of the work compensation t test with the results of t arithmetic > t table 2.183 > 1.703 which means that Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, the t-test of job satisfaction is 5.453 > 1.703 which means Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, and the f test results are 38.300 > 3, 34 which means Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. So it can be concluded that job compensation and job satisfaction affect the quality of work at KSP Sehati Makmur Abadi. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kualitas Kerja Di KSP Sehati Makmur Abadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan populasi sebanyak 30 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji analisi regresi berganda, uji t, dan uji f. dengan bantuan program komputer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas yaitu Kompensi Kerja (X1) dan Kepuasa Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Kualitas Kerja (Y) dengan hasil uji analisis regresi berganda Y = 4,527 + 0,284 X1 + 0,641 X2. Hasil uji t kompensasi kerja dengan hasil t hitung > t tabel 2,183 > 1,703 yang dapat diartikan bahwa Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima, uji t kepuasan kerja sebesar 5,453 > 1,703 yang berarti Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima, dan uji f didapat hasil 38,300 > 3,34 yang berarti Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa  kompensasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kerja di KSP Sehati Makmur Abadi.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price, promotion, and place both together, and each variable on purchasing decisions. The data used comes from PT Air Kristal Lestari Balikpapan which produces DC brand bottled water. The population of this study were 85 customers, so that the sample taken was 68 respondents. The research was conducted both qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative research was conducted using observation and interviews, while quantitative methods were conducted by testing validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the F statistical test obtained F count 2.781 and F table 2.515 with a significance of 0.034. This means that all independent variables have a joint influence on the dependent variable. The results of the T statistical test (partial) obtained a significance of > 0.05 where the t count on the variables of product quality, promotion, and place is greater than the t table of 1.998. This means that the variables of product quality, promotion, and place each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.  AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, promosi, dan tempat baik secara bersama-sama, maupun tiap variabelnya terhadap keputusan pembelian. Data yang digunakan berasal dari PT Air Kristal Lestari Balikpapan yang memproduksi AMDK merek DC. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 85 pelanggan, sehingga sampel yang diambil adalah 68 responden. Penelitian dilakukan baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan metode kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menguji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji statistik F diperoleh F hitung 2,781 dan F tabel sebesar 2,515 dengan signifikansi 0,034. Hal ini berarti bahwa seluruh variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh secara bersama- sama terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil uji statistik T (parsial) diperoleh signifikansi >0,05 dimana t hitung pada variabel kualitas produk, promosi, dan tempat lebih besar daripada t tabel 1,998. Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel kualitas produk, promosi, dan tempat masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and motivation on the work discipline of Kspps Khidmatul Ummah employees. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is all 50 employees of Kspps khidmatul ummah. The source of the data for this research is primary data using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. assumption test.1.128 < 2.01290 and a significant value of 0.265 > 0.05, and testing the motivation variable has a significant partial effect on work discipline Kspps Khidmatul Ummah of 15.333 > 2.01290 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, and simultaneous testing shows the magnitude of the calculated F value with significant level of F count > F table 164.464 > 3.20 and significance 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that motivation and supervision have a significant effect on the work discipline of Kapps Khidmatul UmmahAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan dan motivasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Kspps Khidmatul Ummah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua jumlah pegawai Kspps khidmatul ummah yang berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pengujian menunjukkan Pengawasan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai dengan tHitung 1.128 < tTabel 2,01290 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,265 > 0,05, dan pengujian variabel Motivasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap disipllin kerja Kspps Khidmatul Ummah sebesar 15.333 >  2,01290 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05,  serta pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan besaran nilai F hitung dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar F hitung > F tabel 164.464 > 3,20 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja Kspps Khidmatul Ummah.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to examine the application of social entrepreneurship and marketing strategies to the competitiveness of the CV bakery business. Galuh Sari. The research method used is a qualitative method. The data collection technique used in this study was in-depth interviews with informants, and then the results were compared with several previous researchers as supporting variables in this study. The results showed that social entrepreneurship has been applied to CV. Galuh Sari by holding entrepreneurship training. The marketing strategy has been applied to CV. Galuh Sari by doing marketing through social media and has innovated in its bakery products. Thus, the hypothesis is H3 is accepted. So, it can be concluded that social entrepreneurship and marketing strategies affect the competitiveness of CV. Galuh Sari.Keywords: Social Entrepreneurship, Marketing Strategy, Competitiveness.AbstrakPenelitian ini ditujukan untuk meneliti penerapan kewirausahaan sosial dan strategi pemasaran terhadap daya saing pada usaha roti CV. Galuh Sari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang kemudian hasilnya dibandingkan dengan beberapa peneliti terdahulu sebagai pendukung variabel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kewirausahaan sosial telah diterapkan pada CV. Galuh Sari dengan mengadakan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Strategi pemasaran telah diterapkan pada CV. Galuh Sari dengan melakukan pemasaran melalui media sosial dan telah berinovasi pada produk rotinya. Dengan demikian hipotesisnya adalah H3 diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kewirausahaan sosial dan strategi pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap daya daing pada CV. Galuh Sari.

Abstract

AbstractIn a work environment or organization, of course there is a culture or habit that is formed from the policies of the company's management or the people who are part of an organization. And in an organization is closely related to discipline which will affect a person's performance, from the performance of a person who will determine the good or bad of an organization. Therefore, the authors are interested in examining how much influence work culture and discipline have on employee performance and how work culture and discipline affect performance within an organization. This research was conducted at PT. Bumi Boga Laksmi is located in the Gunung Putri area, Bogor. The method used is quantitative, namely a systematic method based on the relationship between two independent variables and one dependent variable which is a correlation to describe something that occurs, using descriptive analysis methods, inferential analysis, namely validity and reliability tests, correlation and regression tests, and classical assumption test. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that work culture has an influence on employee performance, discipline has an influence on employee performance. With the hope that through this research the author can contribute to PT. Bumi Boga Laksmi and useful for readers for further development.AbstrakDalam suatu lingkungan kerja atau organisasi tentu terdapat suatu budaya atau kebiasaan yang terbentuk dari kebijakan-kebijakan manajemen perusahaan atau orang-orang yang menjadi bagian dalam suatu organisasi tersebut. Dan dalam suatu organisasi erat kaitannya dengan kedisiplinan yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja seseorang, dari kinerja seseorang yang akan menentukan baik buruknya suatu organisasi. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk meneliti seberapa besar pengaruhnya budaya kerja dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan bagaimana cara budaya kerja dan kedisiplinan mempengaruhi kinerja di dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bumi Boga Laksmi  yang berada di kawasan Gunung Putri, Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif yaitu metode yang bersifat sistematis yang berdasarkan hubungan antar dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat yang menjadi korelasi untuk mendeskripsikan sesuatu hasil yang terjadi, dengan menggunakan metode analisis dekriptif, analisis inferentif yaitu uji validitas dan relibilitas, uji korelasi dan regresi, dan uji asumsi klasik. Dari hasil yang telah didapat maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kedisiplinan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan harapan agar melalui penelitian ini penulis dapat berkontribusi kepada PT. Bumi Boga Laksmi dan berguna bagi para pembaca untuk selanjutnya dapat dikemabangkan.

Abstract

Ruko Botania in Batam Center is an area where the author's activities are carried out. It should be noted that MSMEs in Indonesia have a very important impact on the role of the economy, Mr.Ong's Bangka Pangsit Noodle MSME is a business engaged in the culinary food sector. This UMKM was opened in 2010 at Botania Garden. The concept of digital marketing originates from the internet and search engines on websites. Creating an Instagram account for the promotion of Mie Pangsit Ayam Bangka Mr.Ong in the form of a product photo that has been designed to include Instagram and a Whatsapp number, and a Facebook contact as well as a Google Maps link which will make it easier for consumers if they want to visit the place of business directly. the instastory feature is also used so that the account's followers can find out the latest info from Mie Pangsit Bangka Mr.Ong, namely @miepangsitbangka.mrong. The purpose of implementing digital marketing for Mr. Ong's Bangka Pangsit Noodle business is so that this business can be better known by the people of Batam. Apart from that, creating social media accounts is also free. Social media will make it easier to interact with customers.

Abstract

One of the biggest FMCG companies in the country is Unilever Indonesia, which has already operated in Indonesia for more than 80 years. They have established their leadership in the Indonesian market since they have huge penetration even in the rural areas, and they have designed logistical and supply chain systems, especially in general and traditional trade and markets. However, since the 2010s, Unilever has faced huge competition, especially from local competitors in particular the home care, beauty, and personal care business categories. In the span of 10 years, their market share declined by almost 3.5%, while other small local manufacturers increased it by almost 7%. The study aims to identify the current product communication and claim regulatory and compliance review discussion called Local Claim Forum (LCF) flaws and loopholes, including the improvement area, propose the improvement plan for the LCF process, and propose the implementation timeline for the LCF process. The data analysis method(s) used are qualitative data analysis using thematic analysis. The study found that 1) effective communication is the main part to be improved in the socialization framework. 2) Knowledge and information documentation are the main concerns that need to be addressed in the externalization framework. 3) IT utilization and digital cloud storage are the main action plans for improving the Combination Framework. 4) LCF guidelines and additional training are needed to improve the internalization framework of the process.

Abstract

Recruiting can have the biggest impact on revenue in expanding organizations. Optimus Consulting is a local based start-up company in human resource offers executive search, recruitment process outsourcing, end-to-end mass hiring such as Management Trainee hiring program, and digital recruitment platform that helps recruiter to manage and monitor hiring process. The goal of the research is to develop a successful approach for recruiting and selecting the sales team in order to boost sales revenue. Throught a qualitative data analysis, the study found that sales team recruitment process are essential and will impact directly to the performance and the achievement of the particular sales. To address with the opportunities, Optimus should focus on improving the current recruitment process into new recruitment process with some new steps are adding into it. Some of the steps are technical assessment, simulation (case study and role play), background checking and medical check up. By addressing these opportunities, Optimus can effectively find the right sales talent to strengthen the sales team in order to increase the sales revenue and achieve its yearly target
