Abstract

Learning leadershipthat combines self awareness, self regularly, and value based leadership becomes an answer to find out the figure of leader who is able to implement value system to their followers. The purposes of research are to examine how important is virtues of learning ladership and to examine multidimensionality of learning leaderhip. Result shows that learning leadership isa suitable type of leadership to implement the value system effectively for grow of sudents character. Abstract

Model Pembelajaran Kolaborasi untuk Meningkatkan Partisipasi Siswa, Keterampilan Sosial, dan Prestasi Belajar IPS. Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan (1) partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS, (2) keterampilan sosial siswa, (3) prestasi belajar IPS, dan (4) respon positif siswa terhadap penerapan pembelajaran kolaborasi. Prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri atas tiga siklus, dan setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian tindakan ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 2 Gresik, dengan subjek siswa kelas IXC berjumlah 32 orang terdiri atas 15 pria dan 17 wanita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kolaborasi dapat meningkatkan (1) partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS, (2) keterampilan sosial siswa, (3) prestasi belajar IPS, dan (4) respon positif siswa terhadap model pembelajaran kolaborasi.Kata kunci: pembelajaran kolaborasi, partisipasi siswa, keterampilan sosial,prestasi belajar

Abstract

Bali merupakan pulau penyumbang devisa pariwisata di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan oleh semakin berkembangnya pariwisata di Bali. Besarnya pendapatan dibidang pariwisata ternyata bukan jawaban terhadap masalah kemiskinan di Bali. Berdasarkan data yang dipaparkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali, angka kemiskinan di Bali adalah 4,14%. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut, pemerintah provinsi dan daerah dapat melakukan program-program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki masyarakat. Melalui program-program tersebut, masyarakat dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya secara mandiri dan mengurangi angka pengangguran.Hidden Canyon merupakan atraksi wisata yang terletak di desa Guwang, kabupaten Gianyar, Bali. Hidden Canyon telah berhasil berkembang menjadi salah satu objek wisata yang terkenal dan menjadi salah satu bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya dan tahapan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh desa Guwang melalui objek wisata Hidden Canyon. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Berdasarkan uraian di atas, diketahui bahwa pemerintah desa Guwang melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan cara meyerap tenaga kerja lokal untuk bergabung di dalam pengelolaan Hidden Canyon. Tahapan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan : pertama adalah tahap penyadaran dan pembentukan perilaku yang mana pada tahap ini masyarakat disadarkan akan kemampuan, sikap dan keterampilan yang dimiliki serta rencana dan harapan akan kondisi mereka yang lebih baik dan efektif. Kedua merupakan tahapan transformasi. Pada tahapan ini, pihak pengelola Hidden Canyon memberikan pelatihan berbahasa Inggris kepada tenaga kerja lokal. Tahapan ketiga, adalah tahapan peningkatan kemampuan intelektual, kecakapan keterampilan di mana terjadi peningkatan terhapad ketrampilan pekerja lokal.Kata kunci : Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Pengembangan Obyek Wisata

Abstract

Indonesia has the potential for disaster is high, so the intensity and effects gets serious attention from the government. Efforts mitigasipun done by involving many parties, including schools. Submission you information about the disaster and its mitigation is considered very effective if done through the school. However, the uncertainty of disaster mitigation in the curriculum become a problem for the schools, especially schools located in disaster-prone areas. In connection with that, to overcome the problem, the role of teachers of geography are considered to have a strategic role in integrating disaster by learning geography lesson, without disturbing the existing school curriculum. This condition requires creativity in teaching geography teacher. Creativity can be done in four simple steps: 1) preparing the material matrix of geography and disasters, 2) determine the learning model, 3) determine the strategies and methods of learning, and, 4) develop a draft implementation of learning. With these four steps, learning a disaster can integrate with a geography lesson to be implemented in a geography lesson at school. Keywords: Disaster-prone areas, the creativity of teachers, teaching geography

Abstract

Literary works are often interpreted as a medium for the distribution of artistic desires alone. In fact, such a worldview is a mirror of superficiality in understanding literature. Kadek Sonia Priscayanti's short story is one of literary works critical of gender issues, especially in women's bodies, through what women's bodies are viewed and how the body is treated socially and culturally. Semiotic method used to dissect this work with interpretation supported by critical theory about Antonio Gramscie dominance / hegemony, Derrida decontruction and Bourdieu Interpretatif Kontrukstif hence can be found there is depiction of marginalization, inferioritas woman and way of woman do resistance to condition of injustice that happened. At least, this work adds to the list of articles that are sensitive to gender issues and can be an inspiration for the development of the Gender Mainstreaming program in the School World through the aspirations of literary works.Keywords: marginalization, inferiority, resistance, Gender Mainstreaming

Abstract

AbstractResearch on the evaluation of teacher professionalism competence on geography and ips subjects in smp n 1 karimunjawa, mts safinatul huda karimunjawa and ma nu safinatul huda karimunjawa aims to know the level of professionalism of geography teacher and ips at karimunjawa island schools especially in smp n 1 karimunjawa, mts safinatul huda karimunjawa and ma nu safinatul huda karimunjawa and constraints faced by geography teachers and ips in building professional competence. The competency indicators used for this research are pedagogical, professional, personality and social competence. The result of professional competence of teacher of geography and ips in karimunjawa categorized as competent. Constraints faced by teachers to improve professional competence include lack of school infrastructure and media used for classroom learning. Suggestion in this research is that school is expected to improve facility to support teacher performance so as to achieve professional competence of geography teacher and ips to be better. Teachers are expected to be able to develop their performance and meet teacher standards by increasing knowledge insight in the field that is experienced through teacher education training.

Abstract

AbstrakKampung Biru Arema Malang adalah salah satu dari destinasi wisata baru yang ada di Kota Malang, destinasi wisata ini memberikan pemandangan dan panorama yang indah dari sudut kota. Di samping itu, beragamnya permasalahan sosial yang ada di desa wisata ini menjadi menarik untuk dikaji. Terlebih, karena tipologi profesi warga Kampung Biru Arema dalam memajukan desanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini memaparkan harmonisasi dari solidaritas mekanis yang berbasis moralitas antara individu dan individu dengan kelompok.Kata kunci: tipologi, profesi, destinasi wisata, solidaritas mekanis. AbstractKampung Biru Arema Malang is one of the new tourism destinations that bring a beauty panoramic view from the corner of the city. Various social problems can be studied from this education village. Researchers choose Kampung Biru Arema as the object of the research because the profession typology p that settled in there is quite diverse and interesting to be studied, this research used quantitative method. The research suggests that harmonization is meant by the mechanical solidarity based on morality consciousness between individuals and individuals with the groups.Keywords: typology, profession, tourism destination, mechanical solidarity.

Abstract

The Development of Geography Textbooks Model Of World Geography. Research and development aims to produce geography text book material natural resources for class XI SMA designed with the model book World Geography. The procedure of research and development conducted by Dick and Carey model of which is done through 8 stages. Results of field trials showed admissions to book products reached 80.42% (efficient). Referring to the category of product feasibility textbooks developed by the National Education Standards Agency (2006), the scores can be categorized efficiently. Abstract

The Indonesian people are faced with a situation 'uncertainty moral' (indeterminancy of moral), a gray line of morality, one point of moral ambiguity, or the Indonesian nation was deep in the valley "horror mundi", or terrorized by 'rites of violence ", and further erosion of a sense of caring on themselves and the environment. Under these conditions there is a wide range of pressing questions to be answered, either in the form of thought and even if possible with real action. The question is why the question of which moral crisis that could occur and what can be contributed by the youth (student) to the bawdy-marutnya this nation? Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi (PT) sebagai organisasi pembelajaran diharapkan menjadi sebuah organisasi motor penggerak perubahan dalam perbaikan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Peran PT dalam pendidikan merupakan usaha atau proses yang ditujukan untuk membina kualitas sumber daya manusia seutuhnya agar ia dapat melakukan perannya dalam kehidupan secara fungsional dan optimal. Dengan demikian sesuai hakikat pendidikan, PT pada intinya menolong di tengah-tengah kehidupan manusia dan dapat dirasakan manfaatnya bagi manusia.Melalui implementasi pada tatanan mikro, makro dan Lingkungan Eksternal, PT dapat melakukan berbagai langkah operasional. Artikel ini bertujuan membahas beberapa langkah strategis yang dapat dilakukan Perguruan Tinggi, dalam kaitannya sebagai Organisasi Pembelajaran.
