Abstract

Penelitian “Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Geografis Fasilitas Umum Kota Mataram” dilatarbelakangi oleh belum adanya sistem yang menampung data informasi mengenai pemetaan fasilitas umum. Akibatnya sebagian masyarakat mengalami kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan dan menemukan lokasi dari fasilitas yang dicari. Selain itu, akses yang mudah sangat diperlukan oleh masyarakat. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai lokasi, petunjuk jalan dan memberikan informasi mengenai fasilitas terdekat dari lokasi sekarang. Sistem ini dibangun berbasisi web dengan Framework Codeigniter dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan HTML dan Twitter Bootstrap sebagai template. Selain itu, juga menggunakan Google Map API untuk menampilkan pemetaan fasilitas umum, rute, dan fasilitas terdekat. Dimana dalam tahap pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Pada tahap pengujian alpha, fungsi yang ada dalam sistem telah berjalan dengan baik tanpa ada kesalahan, sedangkan pada pengujian beta, rata – rata responden memberikan penilaian terhadap sistem dengan peryataan tampilan dan desain menarik dengan persentase 46,7% setuju, sistem mudah digunakan dengan persentase 66,7% setuju, sistem dapat membrikan informasi dengan persentase 73,7% setuju, informasi yang diberikan sudah lengkap dengan persentase 36,7% setuju dan apakah sistem bermanfaat dengan persentase 60% sangat setuju.

Abstract

he development of Information Technology allows faces that are one part of identity that has been widely be used as biometric based security system. This research is a process of designing and making of identification system which is able to detect of human attended. This system implements: viola-jones, eigenface and euclidean distance methods. Viola-jones method is employed as face detection. Eigenface method is used to reduce the face image and to get the weight value. The euclidean distance is impemented as a classification method. The accuracy of this system against 30 register subjects and 15 unregistered subjects is 84%. This accuracy is obtained after the addition of preprocessing process and adaptive training model on the system. Therefore, this research concluded that viola-jones method is very good as face detection, however need to be added face correction process. Meanwhile, eigenface and euclidean distance methods provide good results to recognize face when many training faces are given. The more variations faces of subject are, the higher accuracy is given.

Abstract

“Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (BPMP2T)” handles a centralized and integrated the investment and licensing services in West Lombok Regency. BPMP2T has publish 2.114 of permits in 2015, but there has been no media or system used to publish the information disclosure. To solves these problems, it needs a system that can give a visualization of the location where the license takes place on map and displaying informations about license. Therefor this research is about Geographic Information System (GIS) Licensing to support the needs. GIS Licensing System integrated with “Sistem Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (SPPT)”, it takes an architecture for integration between that systems. Therefore, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is used. Phases of system development using the waterfall method which is divided into five phases that is analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation. SIGP implemented on mobile applications and web applications by utilizing the service to run it functionality. Based on the test results, show that the system meets the functional requirements that have been set. The test results obtained proven that SIG Licensing and SPPT can be integrated with each other by utilizing the serice that have been built to run on SIGP functionality.

Abstract

The Technology of Master Plan is a something for planning over the next few years in a region. North Lombok Regency is a newly established district and requires the master plan to accelerate the development process especially in ITC section. Development of master plan in this region is difficult to do because the location of Government offices is spread, with a very wide area and hilly contours. To create a master plan in a region like this tool that is based on a digital map that allows viewing maps, routes, contours and distances between points on the map.The purpose of this research is to build a system that can give information about Government service locations, route, distance and elevation to determine the network infrastructure in every government service locations. This system is developed by CodeIgniter Framework and using PHP and HTML programming language, it is also using Google Maps API to display route, distance, and elevation. In this research using 5 steps as system development, that are defining system requirements, system planning, coding and implementation, testing and documentations. The user can determine the type of network in every government service locations that based on the result of the route, distance and elevation by using Google Maps API. This system is using black box and MOS for testing. The result of black box testing the function in the system has been running nicely and the result of MOS got 53,54% answers are agreed for this system.

Abstract

Keamanan sebuah informasi dalam sebuah jalur komunikasi merupakan salah satu aspek penting. Steganografi adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengamankan suatu informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan metode steganografi yang baik digunakan pada media teks. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik yang digunakan untuk menyisipkan pesan rahasia pada media teks adalah dengan melakukan pencocokan LSB (Least Significant Bit) dan menggunakan karakter non-breaking space sebagai penanda pesan. Untuk mengevaluasi kualitas file teks hasil steganografi dilakukan pengujian nilai Peak Signal to Noise Rasio (PSNR), perhitungan skor Jaro-Winkler distance, pengujian dengan angket kuesioner, dan perhitungan nilai rasio kapasitas. Hasil pengujian memberikan nilai PSNR dengan selisih yang kecil, skor Jaro-Winkler distance dengan skor rata-rata lebih dari 0,8, nilai rata-rata Mean Opinion Score (MOS) 2,36 dan 1,79 untuk setiap parameter uji, dan nilai rasio kapasitas yang dihasilkan kurang dari 1%. Oleh karena itu, metode ini memiliki kemampuan yang cukup baik dalam menyembunyikan pesan tetapi memiliki daya tampung yang tergolong kecil

Abstract

Color blindness is one of eye diseases that attack the eye's conical cells and making it difficult to see several colors. One way to detect color blindness in a person is using the Ishihara Test, in this test using the figure images that have any colors that can outwit the color blind. By using numbers in the Ishihara test can’t yet include some groups who can’t read the numbers, so that a new drawing is made of 2D shape that will be combined with an expert system in order to provide an initial diagnosis according to the expert. Expert systems lately can be developed on many devices, the most commonly used is a mobile application with the most popular Android operating system. In this research, there are several tests on the subject of partial color blindness and subject with a normal eye, with the result of Ishihara’s Test can reach 100% System with time limit only 15 seconds. Therefore this system has the fit of workflow and conclusion with Ishihara Test.

Abstract

Abstract - Searching for boarding house become harder because of the little number of media provide information about it. So that, this research is presented in order to provide information about boarding house . This research is about system that use to search the best boarding house around university of mataram using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) as deciding support system. SAW is a method that count up based on a certain integrity. The accounting system that SAW does based on criteria that already decided. Based on data collection had done, it is found that the criteria to search a boarding house such as facility, cost, and distance with criteria based on value of priority from the most important are cost, distance and facility. Web-based implementation of fuzzy logic with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for searching best boarding house around Mataram University had done, it can give 10 best boarding house alternative Which has adjusted with criteria that users wanted. Each function in Website has already run with Black Box as examining system method. Moreover, to examine the user’s satisfaction MOS is used, and it is gained value higher that 4 with good value indicates that respondent agree with application which already made. Abstract

Currently the Regional Secretariat of NTB have not specific applications which help to support the trip of the governance in conducting the business trip. The reason of the Regional Secretary of NTB wants to have a business trip information system because it still using a simple manual recording with the help of Micrososoft Exel and business trip reports are not able to provide detailed infotmation. To achieve this, required software development process in the form of an information system of business trip in the Regional Secretariat of NTB. The system was built by using CodeIgniter framework with PHP and HTML. The information system of the business trip in Secretary of NTB was made according to assigment letter, warrant official travel and warrant approval tasks. The business trip information system was expected to help the business trip section to create the assigment letter, warrant official travel and warrant approval tasks be better, and to help in the process of data search business trip. Based on the results of the test that have been done on the design of the official travel information system, that was tested to 30 respondents with the percentage of respondents statement of the employee was 44% who chose the statement agree, and 56% strongly agree that selecting statement. While, the percentage of respondents statement from the student with a different question was 53.3% who chose the statement agreed, and 46.7% strongly agree that selecting statement. Abstract

Komputasi merupakan pilar ketiga dalam dunia sains untuk mencahakan masalah secara tepat dan cepat. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu alternatif mudah dan murah dari komputasi paraley yang menggunakan library dan memanfaatkan memori dan prosesor terpisah dalam susunan komputer-komputer dalam jaringan.Komputasi paralel ini diusulkan sebagai pengganti penggunaan pemrograman tradisional dalam satu CPU yang instruksinya serial (tidak dapat dipecah). Komputasi paralel ini diaplikasikan pada penyelesaian permasalahan pada matriks besar seperti menghitung lel yang diusulkan dapat menyelesaiakan invers dan penyelsaian persamaan linear simultas serta eigen analisis. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa sistem komputasi dapat memecah persoalan diatas dengan tepat dan cepat dibandingkan dengan pemrograman standalone.

Abstract

Loka Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Radio Mataram office is technical implementation unit is in the Directorate General of Resources and Post and Information. This unit is in charge to implementing the monitoring and control in the field of radio frequency spectrum. This includes monitoring activities consisted of observation frequency band, radio station fixed service / mobile, radio broadcasting and television broadcasting. Currently, the reporting of data processing for monitoring activities is still done manually. To search for any deviation either center frequency deviation, bandwidth deviation nor search for legality of a station so the data must be analyzed one by one. While for the report generation and monitoring data recapitulation that has been processed will be sorted, then be transferred to ROL format (Report Online) as a report to the central office. Therefore, required a system that can process data computerized in order to obtain information about deviations. And required a system that can create reports and monitoring activities recapitulation per point location, per day, per week, per month, per three months, per six months and per year. The system is built by using CodeIgniter framework with the programming language PHP and HTML. The system was developed with six stages : data collecting, literature study, system design, coding / implementation, testing and reporting. Based on the test results that have been done on reporting system that were tested on 6 respondents of employees and 30 informatics students with the average percentage of the answer is 90.65% it the proposed system is already running well according to user needs.
