Abstract

Balaghah merupakan ilmu yang mengkaji keindahan bahasa al-Qur’an.  Oleh  pelajar bahasa Arab dianggap materi sulit karena beberapa hal, pertama, balaghah membahas mengenai hubungan kata dan ungkapan dengan situasi, lingkungan, dan makna, dalam balaghah ada makna haqiqi (makna denotatif) dan majazi (makna konotatif), ada hubungan ungkapan dengan perasaan, keindahan, dan imajinasi. Kedua, contoh-contoh yang tersaji dalam buku-buku balaghah diambil dari syair-syair arab, yang bahasanya terasa asing bagi pelajar dan cara memahaminya tidak seperti memahami kalimat biasa. Maka perlu ada  solusi untuk membantu mempermudahnya, diantaranya adalah perubahan metode pengajaran dan penyusunan buku balaghah dengan pendekatan konstraktif, atau dalam pengertian mudah memahami balaghah dengan kaca mata gaya bahasa Indonesia yang sudah dikenal pelajar sejak awal.

Abstract

Contemporary education has new paradigms, lifelong education and learning how to learn. To realize the two both paradigms, it is necessary to educate students in order to become self-directed learners. A self-directed learner has high capacity of Self-Directed Learning that contains self-teaching and personal autonomy. One side, self-teaching ability reduces his dependences to educators; other side personal autonomy ability increases his self-directed to learn. This article proposes alternative ideas of Self-Directed Learning, particularly on education methods to develop and capacity training of Self-Directed Learning in the perspective of education exegesis (tafsîr tarbawî) with al- Qur’an as the primer resource and of course evolved secondary resources, books of exegesis (kutub tafsîr) with some additional relevant literatures.

Abstract

The fundamental principle of Islam that is closely linked to the role of Islamic education to face the challenges of pluralism and multiculturalism is that Islam is a universal religion, that teaches to negate the coercion in religion. Islam, a doctrine that is widely open to being proven its truth. Islam affirms the natural diversity of human life. Islam has also a history that is very clearly associated with the compound life. Relate to the Islamic education in Indonesia that basically refers to the values of pluralism in the Qur'an and Hadith, this article offers an alternative learning that can be done in Islamic education.

Abstract

Dalam memperbincangkan pernikahan, tidak bisa lepas dari dua ranah yang melikupinya yakni, keyakinan dan hukum. Permasalahan nikah sirri adalah permasalahan yang sampai saat ini masih menarik untuk diperbincangkan karena masih maraknya praktek ini. hadits yang merupakan sumber hukum Islam kedua telah melarang secara jelas praktek nikah yang tidak dihadiri oleh wali, meski al-Qur’an tidak menyinggung hal ini namun dalil-dalil yuridis telah menguatkan larangan nikah sirri karena akan mengakibatkan ketidak-jelasan hubungan suami istri, selain itu keengganan untuk mencatatkan pernikahan yang menjadi faktor utama pelarangan nikah sirri. Namun dalam perspektif antropologi, nikah sirri tidak selamanya dilarang dengan mempertimbangkan eksistensi hadits serta keadaan sosiologi yang ada. Tulisan ini bertujuan supaya memberikan new meanings dalam memahami nikah sirri dengan menggunakan perspektif antropologi.

Abstract

The existence of information and communication in an education institution is a compulsosry. Because information functionate as connector between some sub organizations so it doesn’t isolate one another, but keeps as parts of main organization. Because of its important function, there are some experts who assume it as blood of organization, if the blood absence or doesn’t function the organization surely will die. It also with communication, it has significant in taking decision, applying policy for taking good result, solving the problems, and locating existing resources balance with the need and able to be taken advantage optimally.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman tentu memiliki dampak dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan umat Islam, termasuk dalam konteks keilmuan Islam. Studi tentang tujuan mendasar dari hukum Islam (maqashid al-syariah) dan produk hukum Islam (fiqh) tentu akan semakin dibutuhkan dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan hukum Islam yang semakin dihadapkan dengan fenomena yang tidak terjadi pada saat Nabi, masa teman, periode tabi'iin, atau periode tabi'in tabi. Menurut beberapa ulama ushul dan ulama fiqih Islam dari era sekarang (kontemporer) menganggap bahwa ada beberapa maqashid al-syari'ah dan hukum Islam (fiqh) yang harus ditinjau karena mereka kurang relevan jika diimplementasikan dalam konteks kehidupan Muslim hari ini. Salah satu ulama ushul fikih kontemporer adalah Jasser Auda. Hal utama yang mendasari mengapa Jasser Auda ingin meninjau maqashid al-sharia klasik, menurut Jasser Auda maqashid al-sharia klasik yang mencakup hifdz al-diin, hifdz al-nafs, hifdz al-aql, hifdz al-nasl, dan hifdz al-maal, masih cenderung terlalu umum, individual dan tidak mengandung nilai universal seperti prinsip keadilan dan kebebasan.

Abstract

In general, the pesantren boarding school specializing handle prioritize the education of children to read and write the Koran, which is the core element kiai, Mrs. housekeeper, teacher council, students, mosque, hostel, and learning curriculum Koran has become a sub-culture of its own. Because of the character education very early age how urgent it is to form a sub-culture of personal private life tough face reality era of modernization and globalization. In addition, many stakeholders stated that schools are educational institutions that can serve as a model character education in Indonesia. Two questions will be addressed in this paper is how the strategy and the pattern of character education implemented by schools to form a sub-culture and how the shape of the sub-culture. This study focuses attention on Nur Mamba'ul Hisan Satreyan Kanigoro Blitar.

Abstract

In contrast to early nineteen century when the school prohibition for indigenous people was executed, the early century of twenty started up the educational chance. Though the education permitted only for the children of priyayi, rich men, and plutocrat, also Dutch government functionary. The Queen Wilhelmina’s policy that politically determinates the discretion for the need of education came along with the time when Islamic education institution gradually founded and dispersed in Java and Sumatera. As it was influenced by colonial government stability, this article covers the education project of Dutch colonial government and institutional Islamic education, includes political Islamic education policy with its intention.

Abstract

National education has not succeeded to the principles of "education for all" as outlined in the constitution. Already mentioned in the constitution, that Article 28 C Paragraph (1) which states, Everyone has the right to develop themselves through the fulfillment of basic needs, are entitled to education and to benefit from science and technology, arts and culture, for improving the quality of life and for the welfare of the people humans. Unfortunately this does not yet have a constitutional right to equal every citizen.
