Abstract

Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas II Pekanbaru is a government office that concerns about healthy, especially about environment health. There is a problem in case of saving electronic data, also in analyzing daily data both for internal and external data. The office has some computers and other tools that are useful in saving electronic data. In fact, the data are still saved in available cupboards and it is not efficient for an important data that is analyzed for more than one time. In other words, it is not good for a data is needed to be analyzed continuously. Rational Data Base Management System (RDBMS) application is an online based saving data and it uses System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. Hopefully, the application will be very useful for employees Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru in managing their work.

Abstract

Museum Sang Nila Utama is a cultural museum which has 3,819 collections covering geology, biology, ethnography, archeology, historica, numism, philology, ceramics, art and technologics. This museum as one of the cultural center and tourism of Riau Malay. Visitors are usually from schools and local tourists. Current museum visits are declining, leading to a lack of museum services and yet no creative strategies to improve it. Plus the thought that the museum is ancient, boring and unkempt. To handle the problem, it needs promotion media in the form of creative media based on technology. Besides, there is still a lack of promotion media in the introduction of museum cultural objects. One of the needs of interactive media applications and technology-based promotions. Applications as a Mobile-based promotional media with Virtual Reality 3D objects tailored to the museum with various collections. This application uses research methods during the modeling process, VR, Mobile and users. This application is modeled using Blender and then processed its VR using Unity Engine. By making the Museum as one of tourist destination and culture of Riau Riau will bring many regional and foreign tourists. It is also to promote the calendar of Riau Province with the tagline "Riau Menyapa Dunia". Abstract

Multimedia aims to present information in the form of a fun, exciting, easy to understand and clear. Then by using interactive animation application as an information medium, Indonesian culture can be delivered using an easy and attractive way. Interactive multimedia learning model is very effective. This can be seen because of the many animated elements. This interactive multimedia learning model will make students do not get bored because students will feel how to play and learn with students will be quicker to capture in the learning takes place, especially to get to know art and culture in western Java. In this interactive animation applications also can increase children's knowledge in order to know more about art and culture located in western Java. Abstract

Some areas that are still discussed from a computer science research for a data security is the use of LSB steganography (Least Significant Bit) cryptography algorithm. Delivery of text and video data without being equipped with a security system from the LSB steganography algorithm can eliminate messages to be inserted into the video. The use of the LSB steganography algorithm can improve the security of messages to be sliced and sent to the recipients of messages. This analysis aims to improve text and video security by inserting text into video, then shuffling video so that the video can not be seen.

Abstract

Information systems become an important part in all areas of life, one of which is a hospital that uses information systems as a support for business processes. The level of user acceptance of the information system in the hospital needs to be reviewed and analyzed as a way to improve service because the main factors that play an important role are users. This study analyzes the factors that influence the acceptance of users of information using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). This study uses employee data as a sample, 30 respondents used to test the validity and reliability, from the number of 1436 employees used 112 respondents and the questionnaire returned was 94 questionnaires. Determination of the number of respondents based on Slovin formula shows the number used is 94 respondents. The research methodology includes literature study, determination of research variables, data collection and observation, hypothesis determination, instrument development, questionnaire distribution, data processing and analysis of results. In the development of instruments found 6 variables with 32 indicators, and 35 question items. Based on the validity test found 5 indicators that are not used and Cronbach's alpha value of 0.912 which means that the value is greater than 0.6 so that the instrument is reliable. Research shows that the correlation of the final results shows that the significance level is below 0.05 and shows that the independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable, so it can be concluded that user acceptance of the technology in Sidoarjo Regional General Hospital is good.

Abstract

This paper presents a comparative analysis of three digital forensics toolkit for data recovery scenario that has been deleted. Toolkit used is Puran File Recovery, Glary Undelete and Recuva Data Recovery. Their ability to restore deleted data has been tested and analyzed in a USB flash drive. The results of the comparison show that this third toolkit can work well in terms of finding the data that has been deleted or in recovering the deleted data.

Abstract

Generally, the database access of a website lies in the user login. When the login data is not accompanied by security techniques, it is very easily accessible by other parties. One effort that can be done to solve the problem is to encode the login data of website users based on cryptographic technique algorithm. Triangle Chain Cipher (TCC) is one of the classic cryptographic algorithms that encode data doubly and generate keys randomly along the plain. The process of encryption and decryption are interdependent to be one of the advantages of this algorithm. This algorithm will be more effective when combined with the Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) operation mode that is widely used in modern cryptographic algorithms today. The feedback mechanism between the blocks in this mode of operation is the operating advantage. This study describes how to combine the mode of operation of block chaining cipher with triangle chain cipher algorithm so that cipher data login website generated more random and difficult to find its original meaning.

Abstract

Job performance is one of the needs in a company. The demand for these needs aims to foster consumer confidence in the services provided. In service business activities such as the sale and service of professional motorbikes, mechanical work is needed. In determining the best mechanic, there are many criteria that the mechanic must fulfill. These criteria include efforts to overcome problems, years of service, education and discipline. The selection of the best motorcycle mechanics is done to help improve the mechanical workability to be better than before. To assist with the determination or selection in determining someone who deserves to be the best motorcycle mechanic, a decision support system is needed. In this study a case will be raised which is looking for the best alternative based on the criteria that have been determined by using the Multi Objective Optimization Method On The Base Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). The research was conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute, then ranking process was carried out which would determine the optimal alternative, namely Yamaha Alfascorfii motorcycle mechanics.

Abstract

Prediction of students 'understanding of the subject is important to know the extent to which the students' understanding of the subjects presented by educators when teaching and learning activities and to determine the ability of educators in delivering subjects. Artificial Neural Network to predict the level of students' understanding of subjects using backpropagation learning algorithm uses several variables: Knowledge, skills / abilities, assessment and workload and guidance and counseling. Backpropagation learning algorithm is applied to train eight indicators to predict the level of students' understanding of the subjects. The test results obtained by the student's understanding level prediction accuracy rate of 90% with a 6-5-1 architecture.

Abstract

The task of the student is one of the assessment of student learning outcomes, the students who do not collect the task due to forgetting or not knowing the duty of the lecturer is very detrimental to the students. The tasks collected with the softcopy type sometimes troubled the students in collecting and also making it difficult for the lecturers to make all student assignments. By utilizing technology in supporting the lectures, mobile applications that are built to help students and lecturers in the lecture. Applications are built consisting of two sides, the first web application that will be used lecturers concerned in managing student tasks. Second, mobile-based applications that will be paired to student mobile devices that will interact with lecturers.
