Abstract

This research entitles Analysis of the Effect of Work Environment and Compensation to the Work Satisfaction (A Study at the Department of Agriculture, Marine and Fishery of Kota Mataram).  It is aimed at analyzing the effect of physical work environment,  non-physical work environment and compensation to the work of the staffs at the Department of Agriculture, Marine and Fishery of Kota Mataram, both simultaneously and partially. This particular research is an associative research.  Those surveyed are 103 staffs in total who are employed as  civil servants at that particular department.  The sample of the research was selected using total sampling technique, in which it took all civil servants as respondents.  The instruments were examined using multiple linier regression analysis method, in which the software SPSS 20 was used to examine research hypothesis. The research reveals that ,(1)  physical. non-physical work environment and compensation partially effected the staffs’ work satisfaction significantly, (2)  physical. non-physical work environment and compensation simultaneously effected the staffs’ work satisfaction significantly, (3) physical work environment effected the staffs’ work satisfaction dominantly. Abstract

Every company aspires rapid growth in each business unit lived. One thing you can do is to pay attention to aspects of customer loyalty. The purpose of research is to analyze and prove the influence of Trust, Commitment Company, Communication, Conflict Management Customer Loyalty At PT. Bank Sinarmas branch office Mataram. This type of research is the study of causality. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling as many as 170 customers. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis model. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence of Confidence in Bank Sinarmas Customer Loyalty Branch Mataram. (2) There is a significant influence of the Company's commitment to Customer Loyalty Branch Bank Sinarmas Mataram. (3) There is a significant influence on the Communication on Bank Sinarmas Customer Loyalty Branch Mataram. (4) There is a significant influence of the Conflict Management to Customer Loyalty Branch Bank Sinarmas Mataram. For the management of Bank Sinarmas Branch Mataram, to improve customer loyalty is with the aspect of trust, Corporate Commitment, Communication and Conflict Management for all aspects of this significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Trust, Commitment Company, Communication, Conflict Management, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the influence of leadership on organization commitment and theperformance of Islamic Junior High School (MTs) teachers in boarding school in Mataram city. Thestudy populations consisted of 358 fully-employed teachers who worked in Islamic Junior HighSchools of Pondok Pesantren (Boarding Schools) in Mataram City. By using Slovin formula, theresearcher took 79 teachers as the study samples. The study employed a research instrument in theform of a questionnaire containing question related to the variables under investigation, i.e.leadership, organizational commitment and teacher performance. The data were analyzed by usingSPSS path analysis. The result of this study reported that there was positive and significant impactof leadership on organizational commitment and the Performance of the Islamic Junior High Schooltechers at the Pondok Pesantren being investigated in Mataram city. Result of the study suggest thatto improve the performance of the Islamic Junior High School teachers, school leaders are adviced tokeep exercising their leadership skills and commitment to her organization.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja, dan Analisis Jalur.

Abstract

This research was done to KPU Officers of Mataram City and aims to analyze theinfluencing variables toward work motivation that are leadership variable and workenvironment variable. This Research hypothesis was anticipated by a independent variableinfluencing by simultaneuosly and partially have an effect on to work motivation, andanticipated by a leadership variable have an effect on more dominant than work environmentvariable toward work motivation. This research use the appliance of data taken (instrument)in the form of questionaire laying open about leadership and work environment. So that datataken by good hence questionaire have to be up to standard of validity and reliability.Analysis technique used at this research is multiple linier regression analysis to know theaccurate independent variable influencing either through simultaneously and partially todependent variable. As for multiple linier regression model have to be up to standard ofpublic assumption of regression by conducting normality test heteroscedastisity test,multicolinearity test, and autocorrelation test. Pursuant to the result of F test analyze isproven by that independent variable in the form of leadership and work environment havethe influence which significant toward work motivation so that first hypothesis was accepted.While based on result of t test is proven by that independent variable by partially have aneffect on by significant toward dependent variable so that second hypothesis was accepted.Independent variable which is dominant influencing to the work motivation is leadershipvariable so that third hypothesis was accepted.Keywords : Leadership, Work Environment, and Motivation.

Abstract

 This research is aimed at determining the partially and simultaneously significant effect and dominant effect of variables of leadership style, organisation culture, and non-physical work environment on the work satisfaction of employees of Santo Antonius Catholic Hospital Karang Ujung Ampenan. This research is explanatory study with 89 samples selected  from 115 collected through questionnaiers  and analysed with multiple linear regression, f-test, t-test  and  R2 test. The research showed  that there is partially  and simultaneously significant  effect of leadership style, organisational culture and non-physical  work environment on the work satisfaction of Santo Antonius Catholic Hospital Karang Ujung Ampenan, and non physical work environment has the most dominant effect on the work satisfaction of Santo Antonius Catholic Hospital Karang Ujung Ampenan. Keywords :     leadership style, organisation culture, non-physical work environment, work satisfaction.

Abstract

This research examined the effect of spiritual quotient and emotional quotient toward employee competency and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of employees of public relations and protocol bureau of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This research is specifically aimed at determining the significance of the effect of spiritual quotient and emotional quotient on employee competency and OCB. The respondents were employees of public relations and protocol bureau of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This research used the path analysis with smartPLS program. The research showed that spiritual quotient and emotional quotient positively and significantly affect employee competency. Spiritual quotient, emotional quotient and employee competency positively and significantly affect the OCB. Spiritual quotient and emotional quotient positively and significantly affect the OCB throught employee competency. Keyword         :           Spiritual Quotient, Emotional Quotient, Employee Competency, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

PATEN is a form of the government response in responding to more complex demans and need of community. Nowdays, the sub-districts is required to be able to provide services for community proportionally based on the criteria and scope of sub-district level. Either in relation to licensing or non-licensing problems. On the other hand, the program face constraints that affect the ineffectiveness of the PATEN program. This research was focused on the anylisis of the effectiveness of PATEN implementation by the district government of West Lombok in the perspective of stakeholder. The data were collected through in-depth interview, documentation, and FGD. The research showed that the implementation of PATEN in West Lombok is not effective yet. This claim was based on the theory of the effectiveness proposed by Sharma in Tangkilisan (2005). Besides the finding in sub-districts showed that there were some factors causing the ineffectiveness of PATEN such as system, facilities, and human resources.  Keywords: PATEN, Effectiveness, factors of effectiveness, solutions for the effectiveness

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the effect of Reference Group, Family, Role and Status on the decision of Domestic Tourists in Choosing Tourist Hotel in Lombok.  This research is quantitative causality study. The population of this research are customers of Sheraton Hotel and Killa Hotel. The samples were 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS program.The research showed that reference group variable had positive and significant effect on the decision of domestic tourists in choosing Tourist hotel in Lombok, the family variable had positive and significant effect on the decision of domestic tourists in choosing Tourist hotel in Lombok, the role and status variable had positive and significant effect on the decision of domestic tourists in choosing Tourist hotel in Lombok. Keywords:Reference Group, Family, Role and Status, Decision of Domestic Tourists

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of competence, motivation and organizational support on the performance of financial officers at the Governmental Organization of East Lombok District. This research is an quantitative associative reseach, using primary and secondary data source. The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The population are all 224 employees of Finance Manager at the collection methodused in this research is census method. The data analysis was using multiple regression.The reseach showed that the competence had positive and significant effect on the performanc , motivation had positive and significant on the performancce, and organizational support had positive and significant on performance. It is suggested that employees improve their competence to be better such as improving the abilityto manage the work to be completed on time and that the organization of the district apparatus in East Lombok continue to provide motivation and passion to the financial officers. In addition, the organizational support provided by the district apparatus organization of East Lombok had been in the category of supporting. Thus each agency that has financial officers needs to maintain such supports as the opportunities for training, the opportunities to be promoted an to keep the work environment of financial officers at the regional apparatus organization in the goverment of East Lombok District. Then it is necessary to improve the performance of employees, to have initiative to finish job without having to wait for command from the boss and to dare to take decisions in accordance with the main tesk and function.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation, Organizational Support and Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted in the community self-reliance organization. This research is aimed at determining the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation of members of Community self-reliance organization of urban national program of community empowerment in Mataram. The population of this research are 556 from which 85 respondents were selected. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research showed that organizational commitment and work motivation subsequently affect positively and significantly the performance of members of Community self-reliance organization of urban national program of community empowerment in Mataram.Keywords: organizational commitment, work motivation, performance
