Abstract

This research is aimed to analize factors that affect the inventory of Sasirangan business in Banjarmasin. The factors analized in the research are: selling amount (X1), product amount (X2), price level (X3), product variety (X4), material purchase amount (X5), lead time (X6), and inventory amount (Y). For about 25 samples that meet the requirements will be taken by using the purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool that is used in this research is the multiple linear regression model; regression equations, that show the variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, simultaneously give significant effect to variable Y. This is shown in the test F result that the F calculation (11.244) is higher than the table F (2,66), and its probability value (2.947E-05) is lower than the value of alfa (? = 0,05). While the dominant factor that affects inventory amount of Sasirangan business in Banjarmasin is the selling amount (X1).Key words: selling amount, product amount, price level, product variety, material purchase amount, lead time, and inventory amount..

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of financial ratios of liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, activity ratio and profitability ratio on the financial performance at PT Astra International Tbk. The financial Ratios as an independent variable (X) consists of Liquidity Ratio (X1) which is analyzed bycurrent ratio, quick ratio and net working capital to total assets ratio, Solvency Ratio (X2) which is analyzed by total debt to assets ratio assets, total assets, debt to equity ratio and long-term debt to equity ratio; Activity Ratio (X3) which is analyzed by total asset turnover, working capital turnover and inventory turnover, and Probability Ratio (X4) which is analyzed by gross profit margin ratio, net profit margin ratio, operating ratio, rate of return on equity and rate of return on assets. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is a financial performance which is analyzed based on the net income (sales) (Y1), the net profit after tax (Y2), and the earning per share (Y3). The financial data of PT Astra International Tbk. used for this study were taken over five (5) years from 2010 - 2014. Analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS software version 20.0 was used as thedata analysis technique. The results showed that first hypothesis (H1), Liquidity Ratios had a significant effect on financial performance. A positive path coefficients of 0.289 with Tvalue 4.428 is bigger than Ttable or T (0.050; 5) = 2.776, meaning that the liquidity ratio significantly influences the financial performance. So the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, which means that the liquidity ratio has a significant effect on the financial performance. The second hypothesis (H2), Solvency Ratio hasa significant effect on financial performance. A positive path coefficient of 0.334 with Tvalue15.563 is bigger than Ttable or T (0,050; 5) = 2,776, meaning that the Solvency Ratio significantly influences the Financial Performance. So the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted, which means that the Solvency Ratio has a significant effect on the financial performance. The third hypothesis (H3), Activity Ratio has asignificant effect on the financial performance. A positive path coefficient of 0,034 with Tvalue0.486 is smaller than Ttable or T (0,050; 5) = 2,776, meaning that the ratio of activity does not have a significant influence on the financial performance. So the third hypothesis (H3) is rejected, which means that the Activity Ratio has no significant effect on the financial performance. The fourth hypothesis (H4), Profitability Ratio has a significant effect on the financial performance. A positive path coefficient of 0.778 with Tvalueof 6.003 is bigger than Ttable or T (0,050; 5) = 2,776, meaning that the Profitability Ratio significantly influences the financial performance. So the fourth hypothesis (H4) is accepted, which means that the profitability ratio have a significant effect on the financial performance.Keywords: Financial Ratios, Financial Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris mengenai dampak keberadaan obyek wisata Lok Laga Ria terhadap perekonomian keluarga pedagang kecil di sekitar obyek wisata di Kecamatan Haruyan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang kecil di sekitar obyek wisata Lok Laga Ria Kecamatan Haruyan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 76 orang dan yang dijadikan sampel penelitiannya dengan jumlah 64 orang. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel terikat (dependent variable) yang disimbol kan dengan (Y), yaitu perekonomian keluarga pedagang kecil yang indikatornya meliputi: peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga (Y1.1), peluang usaha dan kerja (Y1.2), dan perubahan mata pencaharian (Y1.3) dan variabel bebas (independent variable) yang disimbolkan dengan (X) , yaitu pengaruh obyek wisata Lok Laga Ria yang indikatornya meliputi: pelayanan wisata (X1.1), sarana transportasi (X1.2) dan keamanan (X1.3). Untuk menentukan ada tidaknya pengaruh dari variabel independen (X) terhadap variabel dependen (Y) digunakan model analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Obyek Wisata Lok Laga Ria (X) pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perekonomian Keluarga Pedagang Kecil disekitar Obyek Wisata di Kecamatan Haruyan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah (Y). Koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,912 yang berarti bahwa variabel independen : variabel pengaruh obyek wisata Lok Laga Ria (X) mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 91.2% terhadap variabel dependen : variabel perekonomian keluarga pedagang kecil di sekitar obyek wisata (Y), sedangkan sisanya adalah 8,8% diberikan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Hasil persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Y = 2,787 + 0,951X. Kata Kunci : obyek wisata, perekonomian keluarga, pedagang kecil

Abstract

Periodic Performance Assessment can be a clear parameter for employees. Some things that must be considered in the assessment process include: Objectivity assessment is preferred, not on the personality traits or character of a person but on how employees carry out their work. Employees generally argue that performance appraisals will not affect the compensation they earn. This is because based on the consideration that during this salary increase tends to be made equal and mass so there is no difference between outstanding employees and employees not achievers. Management has socialized the Company Rules, Standart Operation Procedure and each employee has known their job description, and this helps to clarify what activities should be done to the employee to achieve the job objectives. Performance appraisal results have not been followed up with guidance or training required by employees. Yet by looking at the results of these assessments it can be seen the strengths and weaknesses of each employee, and can make planning for training to improve the performance. Abstract

This study aims to obtain an empirical evidence about the effect of work motivation, leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and also to identity which variable has a dominant effect on employee job satisfaction at Djari-djari Art Of Refelexologi Banjarmasin. Population of this study were 36 people who were all employees. This study used a quantitative exploratory descriptive design . Analyzing data used the multiple regression Analysis. In testing hypothesis simultaneonsly, F test was used and T test was used in testing hypothesis patially. The result of this study showed that work motivation, leadership, and organizational culture simultaneonsly have an effect on employee job satisfaction . Whilepartially. Leadership has a dominant effect on employee job satispaction at Djari-djari Art Of Refeloxologi Banjarmasin. Key words : Work Motivation, Leadership, Organizational Culture. Job satisfaction.

Abstract

type of research is explanatory research that aims to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing and is also a conclusive research. The population of this study was overall Consumers who use the Convenience Store in Kecamatan BanjarmasinTimur, that as many as 118.429 people. The results of this study indicate that the results of validity and reliability of all the variables are significantly related and reliable. Classic assumption test consisting of Multicollinearity test, test heterocedastity, Autokolerasi test, normality test showed no irregularities. After linear regression analysis consisting of t-test and Anova it can be concluded that the Service Quality and Consumers Satisfaction as intervening simultaneously significant effect on Consumers Loyalty at Convenience Store in Kecamatan BanjarmasinTimur, The size of the effect can be seen from the coefficient terminated or R2 = 0.297.Keywords :Service Quality,Consumers Satisfaction, Consumers Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the performance of educators (lecturers), especially on the main task of implementing education and learning. In addition to educators of this research will also analyze the performance of education personnel (employees) in performing the task of serving students at STIMI Banjarmasin The hypothesis is Hypotesis I, The performance of educators (lecturers) is good, and Hypothesis II, the performance of educational staff (employees) on STIMI Banjarmasin is good. Through questionnaires submitted to respondents with indicators of learning with 5 items of questions, skills with 4 items of questions, assessment and workload with 2 items of questions, guidance and counseling with 2 items of questions, and learning resources with 2 items of questions, for educators (lecturers ) As many as 23 people. As for the education personnel (employees) as many as 8 people, with the indicator of responsibility with 3 items of questions, quality with 3 items of questions, quantity with 2 items of questions, and discipline with 2 question items. The results showed that for the performance of educators (lecturers) showed good results, while the performance of educational personnel (employees) showed good results.Keyword : lecturer performance, employees performance

Abstract

This research assign samples are 50% of the population of 70 people or a sample of 35 respondents on Rectorat Office Islamic of Kalimantan University Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin. Methods of Data collection in the researchers used is observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Each indicator made questionnaire respectively of 3 statement. Job Fit Person variables are 8 indicator to the questionnaire as many as 24 statement, Work Culture questionnaire contained 13 indicators with a total of 39 statements, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior as many as eight indicators with a questionnaire with 24 statements. Overall there are 87 statement questionnaire. Furthermore, linear regression analysis partial and simultaneous with Statistical Programe Social Sciencies (SPSS) software version 19.0. The result found that Person job fit is not significant and does not affect to Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Further work culture significantly influence to Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and as well as simultaneously Person job fit and work culture significantly influence to Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Abstract

This study Aimed to describe the Human Resources Development, Compensation,Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance Operator PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk.Sukorejo Pandaan, analyze the influence of Human Resources Development, Compensation,and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance Operator PT. HM SampoernaTbk. Sukorejo Pandaan, as well as identify and analyze between the variables of HumanResources Development, Compensation, and Organizational Commitment dominant influenceon employee performance Operator PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. Sukorejo Pandaan. Thepopulation in this study were employees of the operator PT. HM. Sampoerna Tbk, SukorejoPandaan total 670 employees. The number of samples in this study were 250 respondents. Thesampling technique used in the study is simple random sampling assuming a homogeneouspopulation. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. Theanalysis showed that the development of human resources, compensation and organizationalcommitment influence on the performance of employees of PT. HM. Sampoerna Tbk SukorejoPandaan, which means that the development of human resources properly implemented,supported with adequate compensation, and high organizational committed employees canimprove employee performance. Development of human resources more dominant influencethan compensation and organizational commitment to employee performance PT. HM.Sampoerna Tbk Sukorejo Pandaan. This suggests that the main thing to consider to improvethe performance of employees of PT. HM. Abstract

Research done on employees of the University of Islamic Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin about person job fit (PJFit) and the person organization fit (POFit) against organization citizenship behavior (OCB) and The employee performance.From a population of 105 employees the University of Islamic Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari, Banjarmasin, and by using the formula the census, then spread the now to as many as 105 people sample respondents.By using the software AMOS version 20.0 SEM model equations and use, so that research results obtained; The perception of the person job fit has no effect to the OCB and has no effect to the performance of employees.But the perception of the person job fit has effect to OCB and to on employee performance, if applied to the assumption that it is implemented properly in the process of recruitment of the employees in the form of the application of the jobs analysis, of the job description, and the job specification, as well as the assessment of the work or Jobs Evaluation.Furthermore the perception person organization fit significantly to effect the OCB and employee performance.Perception OCB significantly influential on performance of employees
