Abstract

Glass reflection image displays unclear or suboptimal visuals, such as overlapping images that blend with overlapping displays, so objects in images that have information and should be able to be processed for advanced research in the field of image processing or computer graphics do not give the impression so that research can be done. Improvement of overlapping images can be separated by displaying one of the image objects, the method that can be used is the Contras Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) method. CLAHE can improve the color and appearance of objects that are not clear on the image. Images that experience cases such as glass reflection images can be increased in contrast values to separate or accentuate one of the objects contained in the image using the Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) method.Keywords: Digital Image, Glass Reflection, Contrast, CLAHE, YIQ.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi semua manusia karena tanpa kesehatan yang baik, maka setiap manusia akan sulit dalam melaksanakan aktivitasnya sehari-hari. Kesehatan adalah keadaan sehat, baik secara fisik, mental, spritual maupun sosial yang memungkinkan setiap orang untuk hidup produktif secara sosial dan ekonomis. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pemanfaatan Algoritma Clushtering Dalam Mengelompokkan Jumlah Desa/Kelurahan Yang Memiliki Sarana Kesehatan Menurut Provinsi Dengan K-Means. Sumber data penelitian ini dikumpulkan berdasarkan dokumen-dokumen keterangan Jumlah Desa/Kelurahan Yang Memiliki Sarana Kesehatan yang dihasilkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Nasional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data dari tahun 2008-2014 yang terdiri dari 34 provinsi. Variable yang digunakan (6) jumlah populasi dari tahun 2008-2014. Data akan diolah dengan melakukan clushtering dalam 3 clushter yaitu clusther tingkat sarana kesehatan  tinggi, clusther tingkat sarana kesehatan  sedang dan rendah. Centroid data untuk cluster tingkat populasi tinggi 245, 624, 1434, 1038, 2264, 1223, Centroid data untuk cluster tingkat populasisedang 53, 89, 203, 271, 691, 212, dan Centroid data untuk cluster tingkat populasi rendah 7, 1, 9, 50, 0, 23. Sehingga diperoleh  penilaian berdasarkan indeks Desa/Kelurahan Yang Memiliki Sarana Kesehatan dengan 4 provinsi tingkat sarana kesehatan tinggi yaitu Sumatera Utara, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, 14 provinsi tingkat sarana kesehatan sedang, dan 16 provinsi lainnya termasuk tingkat sarana kesehatan rendah. Hal ini dapat menjadi masukan kepada pemerintah, provinsi yang menjadi perhatian lebih pada Desa/Kelurahan Yang Memiliki Sarana Kesehatan berdasarkan cluster yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

Security of data stored on computers is now an absolute requirement, because every data has a high enough value for the user, reader and owner of the data itself. To prevent misuse of the data by other parties, data security is needed. Data security is the protection of data in a system against unauthorized authorization, modification, or destruction. The science that explains the ways of securing data is known as cryptography, while the steps in cryptography are called critical algorithms. At this time, there are many cryptographic algorithms whose keys are weak especially the symmetric key algorithm because they only have one key, the key for encryption is the same as the decryption key so it needs to be modified so that the cryptanalysts are confused in accessing important data. The cryptographic method of Word Auto Key Encryption (WAKE) is one method that has been used to secure data where in this case the writer wants to maximize the encryption key and description of the WAKE algorithm that has been processed through key formation. One way is to apply the algebraic pascal triangle method to maximize the encryption key and description of the WAKE algorithm, utilizing the numbers contained in the columns and rows of the pascal triangle to make shifts on the encryption key and the description of the WAKE algorithm.Keywords: Cryptography, WAKE, pascal

Abstract

The allocation of workers is very much needed by the company. But in reality the company is difficult to place employees in every allocation. But with the development of existing technology, it can be minimized by calculating the cost of each worker and each allocation by utilizing existing data and extraction to generate new knowledge. Implementation of operational research techniques using hungarian methods and tested using a system or application as a decision tree to assign some decent workers to be placed on existing jobs within the company. The extension process can show the group of employee data that fall into the category of workers and the allocation so as to optimize the costs that are out by the company. So PT.Ira Widya Utama Medan can be a reference to take decisions in assigning and allocating employees next.

Abstract

Technology is developing very rapidly along with the needs of the community in obtaining information quickly. Chat application as a communication tool that can help communicate without any time restrictions and is free from obstacles. But in communicating through chat applications can not be free or free in communicating in general. Where the chat application has a predetermined number of bits, so that in sending video on the chat application can not be at once but in several times the transmission. The solution to this problem is how the video can be compressed in order to speed up the process of sending and storing video files. compression on video files is done by reducing the size of the video by the process of reducing the bits in the video, but does not eliminate the data information in it. In this study, the algorithm used is Levenstein, using this method, the compression results from the Levenstein value have different results from each value, and the compression results will be advantageous in sending and transferring video files.Keywords: Video Compression, Levenstein Algorithm, Chatting Application

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that the ship's eligibility in making the voyage to avoid the occurrence of marine accidents that are fatal because it is not worthy to ship in the voyage and finish it by using a decision-making system approach. This auxiliary system serves to record the ship's eligible ship physical and administrative results prior to the voyage. The auxiliary system in this study was built within the optimization framework designed to solve the ship's eligibility issues in making the voyage. The test of ship's eligibility in making good and optimal shipping to avoid fatal accidents is not possible without using a good and real-time data management system. With the auxiliary system, data processing and feasibility parameters become faster and produce decisions with a high degree of accuracy. Through this research, we are able to improve the quality of ship's eligibility in shipping well in strategic and operational aspects. The research was conducted by using survey method, model development and decision making advisory system. Expected results are in the form of prototype and a vessel assistive aerial system in carrying out a cruise that can be implemented to overcome and reduce the number of marine accidents in the voyage.

Abstract

Cryptography is used to protect the contents of information from anyone except those who have the authority or secret key to open information that has been encoded. Along with the development of technology and computers, the increase in computer crime has also increased, especially in image manipulation. There are many ways that people use to manipulate images that have a detrimental effect on others.The originality of a digital image is the authenticity of the image in terms of colors, shapes, objects and information without the slightest change from the other party. Nowadays many digital images circulating on the internet have been manipulated and even images have been used for material fraud in the competition, so we need a method that can detect the image is genuine or fake. In this study, the authors used the MD2 and MD4 methods to detect the originality of digital images, by using this method an image that is still doubtful of its authenticity can be found out that the image is authentic or fake. Abstract

At present the use of computer device technology has grown rapidly among the people. Most people use it not  only for commercial purposes, but also to get information on disease detection quickly and efficiently with computer-based applications that can help the general public to find out the causes and symptoms of the disease. For this reason, a system is designed to be able to imitate the expertise of an expert in answering questions and solving a problem in accordance with the knowledge of an expert who is incorporated into a computer system. The development of artificial intelligence technology that has happened has enabled the expert system to be applied to its use in detecting diseases by using programming languages. One of them is in providing information about various problems, especially hepatitis. The expert system method used is a Variable Centered Intelligent Rule System (VCIRS) used to handle uncertainty in diagnosing hepatitis. With the facilities provided to the user, it allows the user to use this system according to their individual needs. Users are given easy information about the symptoms of hepatitis, and their prevention. Abstract

The process of selecting the North Sumatra Ambassador Language Finalists at the North Sumatra Language Hall is still subjective in that the assessment may not be based on established criteria or without looking objectively so that the selection process is carried out less precisely and the resulting decision is less satisfactory for the participants of the Ambassador Finalists North Sumatra Language. In this study, the authors used a decision support system with the Promethee II method to find the value of weights and criteria, and to find the final score or to find the finalist ranking of the North Sumatra Language Ambassador. Thus the Decision Support System is needed in order to help the North Sumatra Language Office in determining the Finalists of the North Sumatra Language Ambassador. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to build a decision support system application for the selection of North Sumatra Language Ambassador Finalists using the Promethee II method so that it can help and facilitate the North Sumatra Language Hall in making a decision to choose the North Sumatra Language Ambassador and the resulting decision is satisfactory.Keywords: Decision Support System, Language Ambassadors, Promethee Method ii

Abstract

This study aims to utilize Clushtering Algorithm in grouping the number of people who have health complaints with the K-means algorithm in Indonesia. The source of this research data was collected based on the documents of the provincial population which had health complaints produced by the National Statistics Agency. The data used in this study are data from 2013-2017 consisting of 34 provinces. The method used in this research is K-means Algorithm. Data will be processed by clushtering in 3 clushter, namely clusther high health complaints, clusther moderate and low health complaints. Centroid data for high population level clusters 37.48, Centroid data for moderate population level clusters 27.08, and Centroid data for low population level clusters 14.89. So that obtained an assessment based on the population index that has health complaints with 7 provinces of high health complaints, namely Central Java, Yogyakarta, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, South Kalimantan, Gorontalo, 18 provinces of moderate health complaints, and 9 other provinces including low health complaints. This can be an input to the government to give more attention to residents in each region who have high health complaints through improving public health services so that the Indonesian population becomes healthier without health complaints.Keywords: data mining, health complaints, clustering, K-means, Indonesian residents
