Abstract

The object of research that will be made is to determine the receipt of village funds in the village of Kampung Melayu, namely Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) according to system rules. The purpose of previous research regarding research on determining recipients of rice social assistance to the poor in Kampung Melayu village with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method aims to determine prospective recipients of poor rice to complete practical decision making and have alternative choices for decision making in order to determine poor people who are entitled to receive rice social assistance for the poor (Raskin) in the village. Based on the criteria used to determine the decision to receive rice social assistance for the poor, namely the amount of income, marital status, number of dependents and age. The results of this study are shown for the village government to be able to determine the people who are entitled to receive social assistance for poor rice (Raskin)

Abstract

The design and development of the application display uses five areas to find out more about the needs and requirements of the user, so that it will be easy to learn and understand by the user himself. The research variables used in determining the ease of use of the application are the effectiveness and efficiency of using the application display and user satisfaction with the application display used. The sampling technique used here is purposive sampling, so the total sample used is 30 people. The research sample used is divided into 2 parts, namely, the general public and people who have an information technology educational background. The data in the study were collected by conducting interviews and questionnaires for the testing phase. Each method used is representative of the research variables. The test method used in this study is a cognitive walkthrough representing the effectiveness variable, heuristic evaluation representing the efficiency variable, and concurrent think aloud representing the user satisfaction variable.

Abstract

A bug is a system error that causes a mismatch between user expectations to actualization. Bugs often arise from programmatical mistakes, and a prompt resolution is mandatory so that the users’ business processes are assured. However, the author has noted a low efficiency of developers’ bug solving. After research, the cause is the lack of knowledge management, especially in bug tracking. This has resulted in the repetition of the error. The developers often made the same mistake that the others had encountered. The above has moved the author to build a bug tracking system (BTS) that can enhance the efficiency of bug solving. The author has developed the application using Django, MySQL, and Scrum. Scrum’s agile approaches enable dynamic and rapid development. In addition, BTS utilized a content-based filtering algorithm known as Cosine Similarity. This study results in the implementation of BTS with comprehensive capabilities. Users can manage bugs and compare them to others to find potential duplication into minimizing data redundancy. The author has implemented the BTS towards groups of developers. Through a user acceptance survey, the author finds 78.72% of system objectives achieved. The users find improvement in the quality and efficiency of their bug solving

Abstract

At this time the use of computer technology has grown rapidly and in society. Most people use it not only for commercial purposes, but also to get disease detection information quickly and efficiently with computer-based applications. The world cup optimization method aims to reduce noise by determining the kernel matrix and works by replacing the intensity value of each input image pixel with the average of the kernel weighted value for each neighboring pixel and the pixel itself. In the process of reducing the kernel size noise greatly affects the image quality results. This research has produced an application program to reduce noise with world cup optimization. The test image used in this study uses a color image. The image is input and displayed on the program

Abstract

The development of technology that is advancing rapidly today encourages the emergence of buying and selling processes that can be done online. The many conveniences that are felt in the process have made many people switch from buying and selling conventionally to buying and selling online. Clothing is one of the primary human needs that do not escape online sales. However, the obstacle experienced was when choosing the size, because when buying online the buyer could not try on the clothes, thus creating doubts in choosing the size of the clothes that matched the buyer's body size. Therefore, this study develops a smartphone-based application that is used to recommend clothing sizes. The stage that is passed to get the results, namely, the data training process will be carried out on the dataset used. Furthermore, it takes determinant variables that affect the size of a person's clothes, namely gender, weight, height, and body shape to be able to make predictions using previously trained datasets. The result of this study is a smartphone-based application that is useful for recommending clothing sizes. The test results using the Confusion Matrix for 21 test data taken randomly from 207 training data, showed an accuracy rate of 67%.

Abstract

Electrical energy is one of the most needed energy today. In this modern era, almost all human activities cannot be separated from the use of electricity. The only electricity supply company in Indonesia is the State Electricity Company or PT. PLN (Persero). PLN also has several obstacles. One of them is the very large amount of arrears to customers. This causes considerable losses for PLN. The electricity payment counter also experienced the same thing as experienced by PLN, as at PT Jaya Nuhgra Pratama. For this reason, this research was conducted by comparing two methods in the classification, namely decision tree and support vector machine to find out which method is the best in solving problems and to find out the factors that are the main causes of delays in electricity payments

Abstract

As the times move forward, technologies are following to develop with the times, especially internet technology. Nowadays, people can find out information about shopping center via the Internet. One of the best-known shopping centers in Bandung is Paris van Java resort lifestyle place. The person's consideration of going to the shopping center is based on the location and opinions of the person who once visited that shop. With a huge amount of opinion and an underlying amount of information that is of great value causes the information to become dangerous if the person misunderstood it. With all these problems, sentiment analysis one of the solution that can prevent the problems of these misunderstanding, in which sentiment analysis works to analyze each text to determine the level of positive or negative sentiment values. In this study, the sentiment analysis dataset goes first to the preprocessing stage, extraction of the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) feature then classified using the K-Nearest Neighbor method, The K-Nearest Neighbor method was chosen because this method is one method that can classify text and data, besides K-Nearest neighbor method has a good classification accuracy where the classification process is easy and quite simple in its implementation. With a system that built using TF-IDF Unigram and Euclidean Distance, the best accuracy value is 88.29%.

Abstract

Bankaltimtara is PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur and North Kalimantan operating under the trade name Bankaltimtara which has a banking application named DG Bankaltimtara. And intended for all Bankaltimtara customers who have savings. DG Bankaltimtara can be installed via smartphones, such as Android or IOS. That is, it is enough just to connect to the internet network and access DG Bankltimtara, especially users at the North Penajam Paser branch, so all banking matters can be easily completed in just a matter of minutes. There are several service features provided such as balance information, account mutation information, transfers between accounts and to other banks, payments, and purchases. With the DG Bankaltimtara application, it is necessary to identify problems to find out how satisfied the community or users are with the application. One method that can be used in evaluating is to use the PIECES Framework (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service) method. Based on the PIECES method which consists of Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service to measure the level of satisfaction with the use of the DG Bankaltimtara application, the North Penajam Paser branch can be seen from each of the existing variables, to see how much satisfaction the application user has. DG Bankaltimtara in the PIECES framework method is to produce an average value of the questionnaire results of 4.46 on the likert scale with very satisfied category

Abstract

PT PAL Indonesia is one of the state-owned enterprises engaged in the shipbuilding industry which has business advantages in shipbuilding and shipbuilding capabilities. Being a fairly large company, PT PAL gets opinions from the public regarding the performance and services provided. Therefore, a sentiment analysis was carried out on public opinion on Twitter social media using data that had been collected into a dataset and processed using Rapidminer tools. This study uses the Naïve Bayes, K-NN and Decision Tree methods to make comparisons by looking at the level of accuracy of the three methods used. The results of the study show that the Naïve Bayes method has an accuracy rate of 84.08% with class precision for pred. positive is 83.65%, pred. Neutral is 97.06%, pred. negative 100%, K-NN method is 83.38% with class precision for pred. positive is 83.05%, pred. Neutral is 96.43%, pred. negative 0.0% and the Decision Tree method is 81.09% with class precision for pred. positive is 81.09%, pred. Neutral is 0.0%, pred. negative 0.0%. The results of this study can show that the Naïve Bayes method has a higher accuracy rate than other methods used with an accuracy rate of 84.08%

Abstract

Selection of the right wireless router can maximize the performance of the internet network. Especially for a company whose business is very dependent on the internet network, choosing the right wireless router is an important factor. The purpose of this study is to implement one of the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) approaches, namely the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method in a decision support system for selecting wireless router devices to help individuals and companies determine the right wireless router and according to what the user wants. The TOPSIS method is used because it is practical in its use, and has simplicity in concept, efficiency in the computational process and the best alternative is obtained by paying attention to the distance of the closest positive ideal solution and the farthest negative ideal solution distance. The system is built with software development techniques using the Extreme Programming (XP) method which begins with the planning, design, coding and testing stages. The developed system has functions such as being able to manage alternative data, criteria data, weight data, alternative values for each criterion, perform calculations using the TOPSIS method and can display the best alternative results. The results of the black-box testing show that the developed system can function and run well. In addition, the results by calculating manually with the system show the same results.
