Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Rasio Liquidity, Net Profit Margin dan Growth Of Company terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012-2016. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan sifat kausal. Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan, Liquidity, net profit margin dan growth of company berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio dengan hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 32% dari varian variabel dividend payout ratio yang dapat dijelaskan oleh Liquidity, net profit margin dan growth of company dan 68% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial net profit margin dan growth of company tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio dan Liquidity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

The firm value shows that the prosperity of stakeholders will increase, if the stock price is increased as well. The value of the company becomes very important because it reflects the company's performance which can affect investors' perceptions of the company. This research is meant to find out the influence of intangible asset, firm size, invesment opportunity set, profitability and corporate governance.The research population is consumption industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2016 periods.The sample in this study is manufacturing company according to the criteria established and there are 21 manufacturing companies and they have been selected by using purposive sampling. The statistic test instrument uses SPSS 23 version which is carried out to perform classic assumption test, multiple linear regressions analysis, and the hypothesis test. based on the result of normality test, multicolinearity test, heterocedasticity, and autocorrelation, some variables that deviate from the classic asssumption have not been found. the result of the hypothesis test shows that : (1) intangible asset is proven to affect the firm value; (2) Firm size is not proven to affect the firm value ; (3) invesment opportunity set is not proven to affect the firm value ; (4) profitability is not proven to affect the firm value ; (5) corporate governance is not proven to affect the firm value.

Abstract

Capital structure is permanent financing consisting of long-term debt, preferred stock and stockholders's equity. Companies in determining the capital structure needs to consider and pay attention to the many variables that influence directly for capital structure decisions will affect the condition and value of the company and to determine the company's ability to survive and thrive. The research is used a quantitative research approach. This type of research is used quantitative research and the nature of this research is causal relation research. The research samples is used purposive sampling technique consisting of 25 consumer goods companies. The research simultaneously showed that sales growth, current ratio, firm size, and return on assets had a significant effect on capital structure of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The research partially showed that sales growth did not have any significant effect on capital structure, current ratio and return on assets had negative and significant effect on capital structure, and firm size had positive and significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jam kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap stres kerja karyawan di Kantor Kecamatan Kapongan Situbondo. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada para karyawan kantor kecamatan kapongan situbondo. Teknik Analisa Data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji F (F-test) serta Uji t (t-Test). Penelitian ini terbagi kedalam dua variabel yaitu jam kerja (X1), disiplin kerja (X2)sedangkan untuk variabel terikat yaitu stres Kerja karyawan (Y). Berdasarkan hasil secara persial diketahui bahwa hasil thitung dan t tabel yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel jam kerja (X1) thitung (5,289) > ttabel (2,011). kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap stres kerja karyawan (Y), Hal ini juga diperkuat dengan nilai signifikan 0.000<0,05. Artinya variabel jam kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja karyawan pada Kantor Kecamatan Kapongan Situbondo. Sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja (X2) thitung (1,792) < ttabel (2,011), Hal ini juga diperkuat dengan nilai signifikan 0,080>0,05 artinya variabel Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stress kerja karyawan pada Kantor Kecamatan Kapongan Situbondo.

Abstract

This study’s main objective is to examine the effect of working capital turnover, return on equity, and firm size toward price book value in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. Working capital turnover is the proxy chosen from activity ratio. Return on equity is the proxy chosen from probability ratio. Firm size is based on total assets, with the nominal itself is in natural logarithms. Sample of research was determined by purposive sampling method to obtain 58 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the years 2013-2016. This study uses secondary data. Validity test of this study is done with multiple regression analysis and classic assumption test. The results of this study indicates that there is significant influence between the variables Working Capital Turnover, Return on Equity, and Firm Size toward Price Book Value.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of profitability, leverage, firm size, and independent board of commissioners on sustainability report disclosures in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange) for the period 2011-2015. The population of this research is that there are 41 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method of selecting samples in this study is based on purposive sampling with predetermined criteria. In this case, the samples studied were 7 companies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive verification method which consists: classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, correlation, a coefficient of determination, T-test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that profitability and leverage have a significant effect on sustainability report disclosure, but for company size and independent board of commissioners it does not affect the disclosure of sustainability report. The results of this study are expected to be used as guidelines, both by the management of the company by looking at the impact of sustainability report disclosures, for potential investors to see differences in financial conditions and positions that make sustainability reports so that investment can be decided appropriately and for lenders to provide an indication of the level of security of the company in fulfilling its obligations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Growing Asset, Company Size terhadap Structure Value Equity pada Property Company & Real Perdagangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2016. Adapun variabel (X1) Profitabilitas, (X2) Growing Asset, (X3) Company Size dan (Y) Structure Value Equity. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sifat hubungan antar variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Property Company dan Real Perdagangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sebanyak 42 perusahaan. Dari populasi tersebut terdapat 18 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan, diperoleh pengaruh signifikan terhadap Structure Value Equity, dengan hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 18,9%. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial, Profitabilitas, Growing Asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Structure Value Equity dan Company Size berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Structure Value Equity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi pelayanan perizinan investasi di kota Mataram dan faktor-faktor yang mendorong DPMPTSP untuk terus melakukan inovasi dalam pelayanan perizinan investasi tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan analisanya menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model Miles dan Huberman yaitu dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Jenis data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didaptkan dari hasil wawancara dan data sekunder didapatkan dari dokumen-dokumen yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan perizinan investasi yang dilakukan oleh DPMPTSP adalah mengadakan izin paket (paralel), izin Sehati, pelayanan berbasis digital Online Single Submission (OSS), dan mengadakan acara pada hari minggu OSS Goes To Car Free Day. Faktor-faktor yang mendorong DPMPTSP untuk terus melakukan inovasi diantaranya untuk transparansi pelayanan perizinan, mengurungi adanya pungutan liar, meningkatkan dan memberikan kemudahan akses pelayanan perizinan.

Abstract

Abstract Compensation is a complicated and classic problem that has plagued the industrial world. As is known that the provision of appropriate compensation which given by the company, is one of the main factors that influence the improvement of employee performance. In Indonesia, the issue of providing compensation has been regulated in the labor law. The government in this case the Ministry of Manpower always emphasizes to all companies operating in Indonesia, in order to obey and implement all provisions regulated by law. This research was conducted at a company located in Bekasi, precisely in Jababeka - Cikarang, which is at PT. Jaeil Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which compensation can increase employee performance, especially in the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research, in which the objects in this study amounted to 40 employees of the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression method. Meanwhile, data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that the value of R² is 0.486, meaning the percentage of the effect of compensation for employee performance is 48.6% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test show that the value of t count is greater than the value of t table (5.146> 2.048). This shows that the hypothesis used in this study is accepted, that is there is an effect of giving compensation to the performance of employees in the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia, so companies need to pay attention to employees by adjusting the compensation with the workload they bear according to the prevailing laws and regulations. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan pembiayaan syariah di Indonesia satu tahun sebelum yaitu tahun 2016 dan dua tahun setelah yaitu tahun 2017 dan 2018 diberlakukannya Surat Edaran Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No 48 Tahun 2016 tentang besaran Uang Muka Pembiayaan Kendaraan Bermotor Syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Wilcoxon match pair test. Dengan menggunakan alpha 5%, hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi rasio FAR, GR, dan MSMD berada di bawah alpha. Hal ini berarti terdapat perbedaan rasio FR, GR dan MSMD sebelum dan setelah adanya regulasi tersebut.
