<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the discrimination found in Tere-Liye's Amelia novel. To obtain the data used structural theory. The method used in this research is qualitative research method by way of descriptive analysis. The reason the authors use these methods because the authors attempt to describe the discrimination contained in the novel that became the object in this study. Data collection in this research is done by literature review technique and documentation technique. The author uses this documentation technique by reading the data source in the form of a novel with the purpose of identifying the data in accordance with the theory used. After obtaining research data, further analysis of research data is done by content analysis techniques. The process of data analysis is done by mastering and understanding the novel elements, identifying and analyzing discrimination. The results of data analysis show that there is discrimination contained in Tere-Liye's novel Amelia. the discrimination contained in the novel is the attitude of the community that does not allow the youngest child to go to school outside the region, the lack of freedom to express opinions, the youngest child in the family must stay and stay at home. <![CDATA[Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih, memudahkan kita untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah yang membutuhkan waktu menjadi lebih efisien, seperti contoh pengambilan keputusan untuk kenaikan pangkat prajurit. Oleh karena itu dalam upaya membantu dalam kenaikan pangkat dalam kegitan pengambilan keputusan memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan analisa data menjadi informasi untuk mengmabil keputusan dari masalah semi terstruktur tersebut sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK ) merupkan pemilihan untuk menentukkan kenaikan pangkat yang dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarki PRocess (AHP). Metode Ahp dipilih karena perhitungan pembobotan kriteria yang tidak terlalu rumit sehingga bisa dimengerti. Dari hasil pengamatan yang telah dilakukan ternyata masih terdapat kendala-kendala pada Kantor Pa Sipers seperti hal nya pada bagian sistem kenaikan pangkat, sangatlah penting dalam menentukkan penilaian pembobotan kenaikan pangkat seorang prajurit. Dengan adanya Aplikasi ini mempermudahkan pihak staff untuk membuat laporan penilaian pangkat dan penginputan data prajurit menggunakan pemogramaan Visual Basic.Net dengan database Mysql sehingga data lebih optimal dan terorganisir.]]>

<![CDATA[This study wants to explore and discover directly why the divorce case due to early marriage is increasing in the city range, and the factors that led to the rise of divorce cases in the City range.This study included field research (field research) with qualitative types, which is a primary research where data is collected by direct observation and interviews with competent parties as well as through the documentation of the data contained in the Office of Religious Court of range. While the approach used in this study is a normative approach, which is based on the texts of the Qur'an, Al-Hadith and Qawa'idulUsuliyah and juridical approach, which is based on Islamic law and the Marriage Act of 1974.This research data analysis method using an inductive pattern, the analysis departing from concrete facts or events in the field and then drawn the conclusion of a general nature. And, this research is descriptive-analytical, the research attempted to describe divorce as a result of early marriage Kota range, then analyzed to find the essence of the problem of research. <![CDATA[This research was done to predict the cumulative achievement index of students STMIK Royal Kisaran is based on students' academic history at the time of senior high school. This research will inform the student for early anticipation in following the lecture in order to get the maximum learning. The method used in solving this problem is by the method Decission tree C.45 algorithm starts from the formation of the decision system as preliminary data have attribute values and decision condition. Then calculate the entropy of each attribute. Calculating the highest gain value which would then be used as nodes. Determining Following the decision of the result tree Decission process using if-then logic begins from the highest to the root of the lowest roots. <![CDATA[Code-switching is a phenomenon that happening nowadays in daily conversation that used by teenager and adult. It’s occur not only in conversation, social media and networking but also in printed media. This research attempt to know if there any code-switching that used in an english course, the function and who are the user of it. This research subject consist of 3 students and an english teacher. The data consist of audio-recordings of authentic teacher and student conversation held in the English course. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out and describe the phenomenon of language usage in the city of Binjai especially on the road Teuku Imam Bonjol. Implementation of the method is done by literature review method is by reading books, opinions of experts and related articles and methods of field research is by conducting interviews of local residents. The phenomenon of language can be divided into two types of positive phenomena and negative phenomena. Examples of positive phenomena include Indonesian language has been well developed among the public, the Indonesian language has been used in the products of foreign companies, both in the packaging, procedures of use and product information produced. The model should be able to show how the various components in the system interact so that it really describes the behavior of the system. The RLC circuit is either a circuit connected with parallel or in series, but the circuit must consist of a capacitor; inductor; and resistors. <![CDATA[Harta bersama merupakan salah satu macam dari sekian banyak harta yang dimiliki seseorang. Harta bersama muncul dari sebuah perkawinan yang didalamnya terjalin hak dan kewajiban antara suami isteri secara timbal balik. Keberadaan harta bersama dalam rumah tangga merupakan wujud adanya partisipasi aktif antara suami dan isteri dalam membangun ekonomi rumah tangga. Kondisi ekonomi yang mapan dalam sebuah rumah tangga adalah salah satu faktor pendukung bagi terwujudnya rumah tangga yang bahagia dan kekal. Akan tetapi walaupun perkawinan itu ditujukan untuk selama - lamanya, ada kalanya terjadi hal - hal tertentu yang menyebabkan perkawinan tidak dapat diteruskan hingga akhirnya bercerai. Pasca perceraian, harta bersama yang juga disebut dengan harta gono gini yang selama ini terkumpul sering menjadi masalah tersendiri. Hal ini dikarenakan masing-masing yang bersangkutan menganggap harta yang ada sebagian besar adalah miliknya.
