Abstract

Abstract In modern times Siyasah Idariyah is a way to achieve good governance. The study of Siyasah Idariyah is related to government including authorities, organs, agencies, government public bodies and so on. State power that controls all areas of the life of a sentalistic state in one power will produce ineffective and efficient results and even tend to deviate from the constitution and applicable regulations. For this reason, this fact encourages philosophers to seek solutions regarding the distribution of power so that it is evenly distributed and does not accumulate in one person or institution of power. The thought that was born by these philosophers was one of them in the form of the Trias Politica theory. This theory states that state power needs to be separated into three parts, namely Legislative, Executive and Judicial powers. The basic sources of Siyasah Idariyah are sourced from the Qur'an and hadith as well as ijma and qiyas and so on. Keywords: Siyasah Idariyah, Islam, Judicial Institution

Abstract

This study is about the influence of students' cognitive abilities on the understanding of behavioral theories and organizational culture in the Islamic Education Management education program class C UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This study involved students in MPI C class who had attended lectures on Organizational Behavior and Culture courses. This research method using survey research with quantitative approach. Intrumen research using questionnaires that have been shared on Google Form to measure students' cognitive abilities to understand behavioral theories and organizational culture. Based on the results of the study, data obtained that cognitive ability of students influenced the understanding of organizational behavior theories and organizational culture as much as 22.3% while the remaining 77.7% influenced by other variables. There was an increase in students' cognitive abilities through the learning process of behavioral courses and organizational culture with correlations ranging from 0.48.

Abstract

Tantangan internal dan tantangan eksternal pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam melatarbelakangi pentingnya dilakukannya studi pemikiran KH. Abdul Wahid Hasyim tentang pendidikan. Studi library research ini berusaha menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana implikasi pendidikan Islam berdasarkan studi pemikiran KH. Abdul Wahid Hasyim dengan kurikulum pendidikan Islam di Indonesia saat ini? Melalui content analysis dan eksplorasi, dihasilkan pembahasan bahwasannya implikasi pendidikan Islam berdasarkan studi pemikiran KH. Abdul Wahid Hasyim terhadap kurikulum pendidikan Islam di Indonesia yakni meliputi cakupan kurikulum, asas-asas, ciri-ciri atau karakteristik, dan prinsip-prinsip kurikulum pendidikan Islam. Keempat implikasi tersebut diharapkan mampu membawa dampak yang positif bagi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam di Indonesia ke arah yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between mazhap attitudes and mental health in Muslim youth of Nadhatul Ulama. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire is the attitude of the sect and mental health. The number of subjects involved in this study were 43 people (17-22 years, M = 19). Data analysis techniques with correlation and regression tests. It is known that there is a relationship between mazhab attitudes and mental health of Muslim youths of nadhatul ulama (r = .566, p = .000, p < .000). Likewise, it is known that the contribution of religious attitudes to mental health is 32%; and there are other factors by 68%. Furthermore, the results are discussed in this article. Abstract

This journal discusses the leadership approach and leadership model applied by the Head of Madrasah MI Ma'arif Kemangguan. The purpose of this study is to determine the leadership approach and leadership model that is carried out and applied by the Head of Madrasah MI Ma'arif Kemangguan. This research was conducted in order to determine the leadership approach taken by the head of the Madrasah MI Ma'arif Kemangguan in carrying out his duties as a leader. In addition, this study also examines the leadership model carried out by the Head of Madrasah MI Kemangguan. In this study, the author uses a qualitative method, by conducting interviews with informants. The main resource person in this study was the Head of Madrasah MI Ma'arif Kemangguan. In addition, as information or supporting data in this study, namely conducting research on two teacher boards of MI Ma'arif Kemangguan and one student guardian of MI Ma'arif Kemangguan. The result of the research is to know the leadership approach and leadership model that is carried out by the Head of Madrasah MI Ma'arif Kemangguan. The leadership approach taken by the Head of Madrasah MI Ma'arif Kemangguan is by using a situational approach, namely the pattern of behavior shown by a leader when leading and able to influence the activities of others, both as individuals and groups. While the leadership model carried out by the Madrasah Head of MI Ma'arif Kemangguan is a participatory leadership model in which the leader holds little control in the decision-making process, here the leader only describes the problem which is then discussed together with his subordinates. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya fenomena persaingaan lembaga pendidikan yang semakin ketat disemua jenjang terutama di tingkat Anak Usia Dini, sehubungan dengan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penerapan strategi marketing mix 4P dalam mewujudkan sekolah Unggulan di RA Queen Al Khadijah Kabupaten. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam meneliti sebuah kasus ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, karena pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan, menggambarkan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat tentang fakta-fakta serta sifat hubungan antara fenomena yang diselidiki. Adapun sumber data yang diperoleh yaitu dengan menggunakan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Strategi yang digunakan oleh RA Queen Al Khadijah adalah dengan menerapkan strategi Marketing mix atau lebih di kenal dengan 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Strategi produk, harga, tempat dan promosi Itu semua dilakukan oleh RA Queen AL Khadijah dalam memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen, meningkatkan jumlah anak didik, kualitas peserta didik sehingga label sebagai sekolah unggulan akan diberikan oleh konsumen.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the extent of the role of political parties in the management of budget determination, especially the budget in the education sector. This paper is qualitative by conducting a study and analysis of related laws and regulations, as well as juxtaposing them with a number of relevant scientific writings. The result shows that the position and role of political parties is very significant in the budget-setting management process.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelayanan pendidikan yang prima melalui Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Moodle di SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen dan (2) mengetahui dampak dan hasilnya untuk mewujudkan sekolah efektif pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah narasumber, yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa serta dokumen. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Analisa data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif, dengan keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi teknik pengumpulan dan sumber data. Pelayanan pendidikan yang prima melalui Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Moodle di SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen dengan langkah (1) perencanaan, dengan pembentukan tim kerja, penyiapan Prosedur Operasi Standar (POS), penyiapan sarana dan prasarana, dan penyiapan instrumen pengembangan, (2) sosialisasi dan penguatan kapasitas kepada guru dan tata usaha, peserta didik, komite sekolah dan walimurid, (3) uji coba pelaksanaan, (4) pelaksanaan, serta (5) monitoring, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Penerapan Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle di SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen dapat mewujudkan sekolah yang efektif, yang ditandai dengan (1) efisiensi pemanfaatan input, (2) efektivitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pengelolaan pendidikan, baik perencanaan, sosialisasi, uji coba, pelaksanaan, maupun monitoring, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut), (3) produktivitas output, yaitu pembelajaran dan pengelolaan pendidikan yang akuntabel, dan (4) relevansi outcome, yaitu keterlaksanaan, keterlibatan, dan kepuasan siswa dalam Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR).
