Abstract

Adab education be a strategic step in preparing the generation because adab education in modern life is becoming very important. This research as an affirmation of the importance of adab education to children from a young age and strategy implementation. Simple and basic things like speaking, eating and respecting others must be well embedded in the child. What is done by MI Tahfidz al-Furqon Ponorogo as adab school and tahfidz be a fresh breeze for the development of the education world in Ponorogo regency?. This research was conducted with qualitative-descriptive approach aimed at describing the existing education model in MI Tahfidz al-Furqon Ponorogo, starting school policy, adab curriculum and implementation strategy. Data collection is done by in-depth interview, observation and documentation. The results show that the parents/guardians and the community are satisfied with the pattern of adab education in MI Tahfidz al-Furqon.

Abstract

The background of this research is the education and development which show and develop about religious attitude as the bridge to internalize Islamic knowledge in the daily life. The character development is needed to every teacher for creating how Islamic education can be the base of life in daily activity.A boarding school with it's background and culture to be place which researcher try to know about their model of religious character for studen and implementation. This research is a qualitative field research by taking background of Muhamamdiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta. This research is a character education approach. Subject of this research such as Directors, teachers, students of Muhammadiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta. The data collecting has done by conducting a sociological dan psychological approach.  Methods of thinking in the analysis of data research is inductive by collecting and combing special words into a unified information. The results show that the character building model used by Muhammadiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta is by using pesantren system and the teaching of Islamic sciences which directly regulate the dynamics of santri to have good religious character such as being kind people, polite, responsible, and diligent to worship.

Abstract

The main tasks of teachers include bridging students to be able to adapt to various challenges such as the urges experienced and developed within the individual itself. The challenges faced by the world of education include producing quality human resources so as to overcome the demands of a competitive nature. Teacher professional competencies include pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competence. A teacher is a figure of a leader who deserves to be imitated in building and shaping the character of his students so that later useful for religion, nation and country. Three cultures that are considered important in an effort to improve the professionalism of teachers is the culture of reading, writing and researching. Reality, until now Indonesian people including teachers has not made reading, writing and researching as a culture in everyday life. Teacher homeroom teacher at MI/SD level must master enough subjects and can use the model and the right method of learning, one of them on the lessons of Indonesia language. Professional skills of teachers at MI/SD level can be achieved by holding PTK (Research Action Class), play an active interactive in the development of science in accordance with the cluster of teaching through seminars and workshops, but also must master the competence of ICT (information and communication technology) as a means of self-development with the use of tools in the form of media.

Abstract

Islamic Education Institutions really need to understand the importance of job analysis in its function for good organizational human resource management. If all school leaders apply human resource management, the management of the institution that relies on the figures will gradually shift towards a healthy organizational climate and rests on the work responsibilities of each of its employees. Discussion of this article includes the definition of HR employment analysis, the purpose of job analysis, the importance of job analysis, aspects of job analysis, job analysis techniques, and the relationship of job analysis with the function of human resource management. Job analysis is a systematic review process and collection of information in a systematic and comprehensive about the duties, obligations and responsibilities of employees in an organization, company or school. The purpose of Job analysis is oriented on how the workforce can perform its work effectively, efficiently and professionally. Identification of job specifications is important for teachers and all employees. The development of human resource skills can be done when the employees have done the work process while held regular evaluation. The aspects of human resource management are the output of work, the tasks performed, the structure of salaries, and the competence of the workers in doing their work. Techniques or ways of doing job analysis depend on the needs of the organization itself. However, the most important is the result of job analysis must be accurate and recorded neatly to be used as a reference in the process of human resource management next. Job analysis is carried out in the human resource management planning process. The results can then be used in the decision making of the entire human resource management process.

Abstract

Every nation in this world must have noble values that become the philosophical basis and give direction and purpose in nation, state, society and run a government. These noble values are derived from religious teachings and values that are believed to be true by the society in which values are carried out. The Indonesian nation is a State that integrates the various tribes, cultures, races, customs that are in it. One of them is Javanese culture. As a tribe with a population of a lot of marriages, there are so many philosophical values that are used as guidance for all people and government in this country. Even many of the values of philosophy both in purpose and reality are still very relevant to become the characters of this nation's children in the midst of the millennial era.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the depth of Islamic education learning management need assessment based junior Alternative Qoryah Thayyibah In Salatiga. In line with the formulation of research that has been established, the purpose of this study include: (1) Know and find lesson plans based Islamic education needs assessment in the Junior Alternative Qoryah Thayyibah Kalibening Salatiga. (2) Know and find the implementation of Islamic Education based learning need assessment in the Junior Alternative Qoryah Thayyibah Kalibening Salatiga. (3) Know and find learning evaluation based Islamic education needs assessment in the Junior Alternative Qoryah Thayyibah Kalibening Salatiga. This study used qualitative methods, research design Case Study spikes. These results indicate that: (1) Planning Tawasih (Islamic Education) on SMP Qoryah Thayyibah planning and managing their own students, students who determine or term planning centered on the learner. (2) Implementation of the learning tawasih (PAI) which determines the student, junior high school students Qoryah Thayyibah given the freedom to think and act on the vision and mission of the school that the student be free man, responsible, critical and skilled. (3) System evaluation companion (teacher) in learning tawasih (Islamic Education) is returned to the student or student-centered. Because learning tawasih (Islamic Education) is more concerned with the work of students from the figures the results of any examinations including UAN though. Planning, implementation, evaluation of learning tawasih Principal should organize existing resources and teacher or chaperone in facilitating the learning of students in both learning tawasih in particular (Islamic Education) or learning in other science subjects, should be the attitude and thinking positive and avoid angry very detrimental to many parties.

Abstract

This analysis aims to develop students' giftedness, which the term gifted is described by Plato as Men of gold or "golden man," a person of superior intellectual character, then translated from the English word gifted, the other being giftedness, gifted, talented, creative, insightful, genius and precocious. So that the meaning of gifted people who have a high level of intelligence, judging from the scores obtained from intelligence tests. Two approaches to viewing giftedness, which is one-dimensional and multidimensional, namely the dimensions of intelligence and various other dimensions. And gifted models are (a) genetically oriented, (b) cognitive models, (c) achievement-oriented, and (d) systemic models. The development of students' giftedness is someone from the chronological age range in the 12-18 year age range, and is undergoing psychosocial changes related to identity, independence, friendship, sexuality and achievement, and has general or intelligence abilities above average, high creativity, and commitment to the task.
