Abstract

Arabic is the language in which Arabs express their purpose. The Institute of the House of Quran Contour of the Institute of Education and advocacy, which founded on the establishment of Quran and Sunnah Prophet peace be upon him. The elementary school was one of the elementary schools that teaches and learns Arabic language lessons. Many of his professors and professors graduated from institutes in Indonesia so that they could speak Arabic. In this case, the teachers and teachers were also taught to their students so that the environment of the school environment of the Arabic language. The pupils do not feel strange in Arabic. Problems in learning the Arabic language are difficulties in learning, and sometimes it may appear that some students do not understand the difficult vocabulary and methods considered. As if they are difficult to change the style. These difficulties lead to their difficulty in deriving the deductions from the specific topic in the reading lesson. And because the students of the sixth grade in the primary school of beginners in the study of the Arabic language, and this holds them to the difficulty in the composition of words.

Abstract

Study this library gives an overview of the educational characteristics of Muhammadiyah. Education in Muhammadiyah has based its own distinctive compared to education in General. Through this research note that chicken claw Muhammadiyah is a response to the education policy of the Government in the implementation of the curriculum that is applied. The integration of the system and the results of education that combine Islamic Science and general knowledge is philosophical thinking as well as the educational vision of Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Islamic Education Institutions really need to understand the importance of job analysis in its function for good organizational human resource management. If all school leaders apply human resource management, the management of the institution that relies on the figures will gradually shift towards a healthy organizational climate and rests on the work responsibilities of each of its employees. Discussion of this article includes the definition of HR employment analysis, the purpose of job analysis, the importance of job analysis, aspects of job analysis, job analysis techniques, and the relationship of job analysis with the function of human resource management. Job analysis is a systematic review process and collection of information in a systematic and comprehensive about the duties, obligations and responsibilities of employees in an organization, company or school. The purpose of Job analysis is oriented on how the workforce can perform its work effectively, efficiently and professionally. Identification of job specifications is important for teachers and all employees. The development of human resource skills can be done when the employees have done the work process while held regular evaluation. The aspects of human resource management are the output of work, the tasks performed, the structure of salaries, and the competence of the workers in doing their work. Techniques or ways of doing job analysis depend on the needs of the organization itself. However, the most important is the result of job analysis must be accurate and recorded neatly to be used as a reference in the process of human resource management next. Job analysis is carried out in the human resource management planning process. The results can then be used in the decision making of the entire human resource management process.

Abstract

Education can be done well if it gets the support of the elderly, the environment and the institutions that exist. The primary purpose of education is to develop potential religious, spiritual self-control, personality, intelligence, morals, as well as the necessary skills themselves, society, and nation and State as set forth in the national education goals. In order to realize these goals need strategies, methods, techniques and ways in the hopes of all potentials can be developed and optimize. Full day school education model into a system of learning that seeks to offer an alternative in realizing the purpose of education. The system is applied in a full day of instruction school stressing the aspects of development including the following character values, honest, religious tolerance, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, passion, love of the fatherland, to appreciate the achievements, friendly/communicative, peace-loving, an avid reader, care for the environment, social responsibility and caring. The achievements of learners can be achieved by developing the institution of learning system using full day school, where students and teachers are active in learning activities and entwined deep emotional bond as well as control the influence from the environment outside the school who observed and controlled.

Abstract

Education has certain achievement standards such as school supervision. An educational institution is required to meet the requirements of school administration. For that, school accreditation activities are conducted to improve the quality of education, especially at the institution. Some components that must be completed to conduct school accreditation activities are the instruments related to school activities such as curriculum, educator, learning process, facilities and infrastructure and financing. In the standard of facilities and infrastructure, the existence of the class becomes the core assessment as it relates to teaching and learning activities. After class physical fulfillment, good and conducive class management becomes the determinant of the effectiveness of learning activities. Therefore, good classroom management is necessary.

Abstract

Abstraction, this research was done to answer the problem of researcher about the factor of the morphology of Ponorogo, this interesting aspect to be checked remembers quantitatively number of mosques/mushola in Ponorogo Regency from year is having year always experiences remarkable increase, even likely every RT/RW has mosque/mushola, but unhappily number of mosques the same of prayer at dawn This education explains about the factors of prayer at dawn and benefit prayer at dawn hour (clock, for behavior and believer Islam). This researcher has done with aproach of quatitative descriptive by using method interview, equipment and documentation Result of counselling researcher that management of mosque/musholla at dawn.

Abstract

The research was done in order to find out: 1) Planning academic supervision of the headmaster of MIN Ternate ; 2) Implementation academic supervision of the headmaster of MIN ternate; 3) The assessment and following up of academic supervision of the headmaster of MIN Ternate. The approach, which was used in the research, was descriptive cualitative. Data was taken by observation, interview, and documents of school. And the source data was from the headmaster of Madrasah, vice principals, homeroom teachers, and teachers. Data analysis of the research used reduction, presentation, and verification. The result of the research has showed that the headmaster of MIN Ternate built strategy in planning academic supervision, strategy was built then the force would be formed. Building strategy in planning academic supervision through coaching program, implementation program. The implementation of academic supervision as the implementation from duty and function as a supervisor in the dimension of supervision with personal approach and program in order to build teacher’s spirit in teaching. The strategy that was built in the implementation of academic supervision was started by checking learning administration, used visiting class technique, class observation, observation in learning process, personal and group conversations. The assessment of academic supervision as an implementation of supervisor function in the assessment dimension. The strategy of the headmaster to follow up the result of academic supervision in order to improve and develop teacher’s ability in teaching through direct and indirect coaching such as: gave warning or doing curriculum accompaniment activity.

Abstract

Changes to a new paradigm of education management demand professionalism principal leadership. Through transformational leadership, principals should be able to optimize the potential of the school as well as possible. The leadership of the principal with regard to skills and competencies either principal or hard skill was to affect the entire school's resources to achieve the goals and objectives that have been set at school. An effective principal leadership is a leadership that is able to empower the entire potential at school with optimal, so teachers, staff, and other employees feel established by the school. Good leadership certainly very impacts on whether the objectives of the Organization are achieved because the leader has an impact on his performance.

Abstract

Every nation in this world must have noble values that become the philosophical basis and give direction and purpose in nation, state, society and run a government. These noble values are derived from religious teachings and values that are believed to be true by the society in which values are carried out. The Indonesian nation is a State that integrates the various tribes, cultures, races, customs that are in it. One of them is Javanese culture. As a tribe with a population of a lot of marriages, there are so many philosophical values that are used as guidance for all people and government in this country. Abstract

The impact of the current globalization is seen from the appearance of some of the interesting phenomenon that afflicts the young generation especially children in Indonesia. Various issues of the world educational coloring make the sublime values and behavior as if suspended. The efforts of the formation of character in children can be done one of them through literature. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This article studies focus on the role of children's literature in the formation of the child's character and learning literature relevant to children build characters learners at a basic level. Learning about the character of the discipline, honesty, responsibility, admit mistakes, religious, and others will be more effective if delivered through the story with a cast of character. Through literature, children will also be directed to think logically about the relation of causal and imagination that will correlate significantly with creativity so that the child will be able to think creatively (creative thinking) to always be productive. As a form of conveyor injects character education in literature to the students there are some efforts that could be made by educators. Educators reveal the values that are contained in the children's literature with the direct integration of the values of the characters become integrated parts of the subjects.
