Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students of SD Inpres Kalabahi Tengah VI. This study uses ex-post-facto quantitative research, with the independent variable being emotional intelligence and the dependent variable being learning outcomes. The population and samples used were all fourth-grade students of SD Inpres Kalabahi Tengah VI, Alor, East Nusa Tenggara with a total of 20 students. The instrument used in this research is the emotional intelligence scale and documents, while the data analysis technique uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with simple regression analysis. The results of this study found that (a) the results of the descriptive analysis resulted in the finding that the emotional intelligence of the fourth-grade students of SD Inpres Kalabahi Tengah VI was in the moderate category with a percentage of 90%, while the mathematics learning outcomes of the fourth graders of SD Inpres Kalabahi Tengah VI were in the category medium with a percentage of 100%; (b) the results of the inferential analysis found that the regression equation obtained Y= 81.693 + 0.027X; (c) significant test results obtained a significant value of 0.738 where a significant value 0.05 (0.738 0.05), thus accepted; (d) the conclusion of this study shows that there is no influence of emotional intelligence on mathematics learning outcomes for fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Kalabahi Tengah VI, Alor, East Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and describe the internalization of the concept of zuhud in the formation of the religious character of students at the Fadllillah Islamic Boarding School, Waru, Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the type of case study. In this study, the researcher acts as a key instrument with the object of research being Kiai, teachers, and students. The research data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, while the data analysis techniques consisted of data reduction, data display, and conclusions. This study resulted in the findings that: (1) the strategy of internalizing the concept of zuhud in the formation of the religious character of students was applied through mujahadah and uswah hasanah activities; (2) the stages of internalization consist of: providing direction, both inside and outside the classroom; provide direct examples; familiarize students to be disciplined in accordance with the rules that have been set; and impose penalties for each student who violates the rules; and (3) supporting factors, namely: high willingness of students; support from family; and encouragement from peers to apply the concept of zuhud in daily life; and (b) inhibiting factors, namely: lack of obedience and obedience of students; peer influence; and lack of encouragement from their own family.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of a character education management model at Rumah Qur'an Aisyah Radiyallahu'anha. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and documentation. Data analysis using miles and hubarman model. The results showed that the values of character education at Rumah Qur'an Aisyah Radiallahu'anha focused on 5 values of character education, namely: religious, love of science, social care, nationalism, and entrepreneurial spirit. With the aim of realizing the understanding and practice of Dinul Islam, the growth of people's love for the Qur'an, the development of community behavior that reflects morality, the creation of an intelligent, independent, and mutually helpful society and the formation of a culture of greetings, smiles, greetings, greetings, and kindness. polite (5S) in everyday life. The form of Character Education Management at the Qur'an Aisyah Radiyallahu'anha House consists of Character Education Planning with implementation carried out through a process; care (care), share (share) and trust (trust). This method is effective because everyone is very receptive if there is someone or an institution who cares about him, and from that concern arises sharing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in English subject after the implementation of discovery learning. This research was conducted in two cycles with the research sample being class XI multimedia of SMK Negeri 1 Mlarak in semester I of the 2021/2022 academic year which involved 32 students. The data collection technique consists of student worksheets and observation sheets. Preliminary data shows that students' learning outcomes are below KKM ≥75 with an average student score of only 63 with classical learning completeness of 32 students, only 5 students complete (16%) and 27 students (84%) incomplete. In the first cycle, after applying learning using discovery learning, the average student score increased to 70 with completeness of 11 students (34%). Furthermore, in cycle II after learning using discovery learning was applied there was a slight change with the average score increasing to reach 87 with completeness of 31 students (97%). The results of this study found that the application of discovery learning learning models can improve student learning outcomes in English subjects.

Abstract

The low level of learning of students in studying the material of the solar system. Because the learning media is less interesting so students do not understand about the solar system and celestial bodies. The lack of scrapbook learning media for students of SDN 2 Lengkonglor Nganjuk, students like learning materials with simple colors, ordinary fonts, choosing medium font sizes, students choosing original images. So that causes a lack of interest in student learning and has an impact on student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the development procedure, validity, effectiveness, and practicality of scrapbook media on solar system materials. This research uses Research and Development (RD) research and development methods with the ADDIE Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation Model. The instrument consists of a validation sheet for expert validators, teacher and student response questionnaires, evaluation questions. The conclusions of this research are (1) The process of developing scrapbook media using the ADDIE model through the analysis stage, hold planning or design, development stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. (2) The validity obtained an average of 86.75% with a very valid category (81%-100%) (3) The practicality of the teacher and student responses obtained an average practicality result of 92.65% with a very practical category (81 %-100). (4) The effectiveness obtained from classical mastery with a percentage of 91.6% scrapbook learning media is said to be effective if the classical mastery obtained by students is 85%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of development of macromedia-based keramat interactive multimedia (Diversity of Traditional Houses). The results of this study are (1) Macromedia get an average result of 80.5% in terms of media and material validity, which means that macromedia is included in the valid category. (2) Macromedia can be categorized as very practical, this is evidenced by the average response of teachers and students, which is 95.5%. (3) Researchers used pre-test and post-test as a benchmark for assessment. The average pre-test score of students before using macromedia was 74, while the average post-test score of students before using macromedia was 93. The average results of the pre-test to the post-test experienced an increase in the use of Macromedia, which can be declared effective as a learning medium.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, practicality, effectiveness, and attractiveness of montage learning media in the form of flip charts with story telling strategy. The stages of this research refer to the ADDIE design model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The conclusion from the research results on the development of flip chart montage media with a story telling strategy, namely (1) validity produces an average validation value of 84.5% which includes very valid validity criteria and can be used without revision, (2) the practicality of montage media in the form of flip chart with story telling strategy, the percentage of practicality of teacher response questionnaire is 89% and student response questionnaire is 85.7% which includes very practical criteria and can be used without revision, (3) the effectiveness of montage media in the form of flip chart with story telling strategy is declared effective seen from the score the average student learning outcomes who obtained 94.5 results were declared valid based on the specified KKM, namely 70, (4) the attractiveness of the montage media in the form of a flip chart based on the results of the student response questionnaire the attractiveness obtained a score of 83.3% which was included in the attractiveness criteria very interesting and can be used in learning.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations that teacher learning has not used learning media so that students are less active and easily bored so that students do not understand the concept of the solar system material so that student learning outcomes on average are still below the KKM 70, only 10% of students complete from all students. This research uses research and development (RD) which has the aim of producing a product and testing the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the product in the form of military visual media (about the solar system). The stages of this research refer to the ADDIE design model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). This study concludes that the results of developing military visual media using data on validity, practicality and effectiveness get the following results, (1) army media is declared valid, with an average combined validity percentage of 85% which includes valid validity criteria may be used after minor revisions, (2) the practicality of army media is stated to be practical based on a questionnaire from the teacher's response with an average of 97.5% and an average student response questionnaire of 95.2% which includes very practical criteria and can be used without revision. (3) the effectiveness of army media is declared effective based on the posttest obtaining an average of 84.9% which states that the military media developed has been effective based on the results of scores above the predetermined KKM, which is 70%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the pattern of parenting post-divorce elementary age children in an Islamic perspective. This research is a library research which is descriptive analytic in nature. The approach used is a normative approach based on the principles of Islamic law based on the Qur'an and al-Hadith. The results of this study are as follows. Scholars have agreed that mothers have more rights to care for children of primary age. Because, the mother has a different parenting style than the father. A mother has more ability to provide a sense of security and comfort during the growth and development of elementary age children and has the ability to hold the mandate and responsibility during the formation of adab and character of elementary age children, and has the ability to become uswah hananah for her child in an effort to educate they become good Muslims in the future, as explained in surah at-Tahrim verse 6 and surah al-Baqarah verse 233.

Abstract

Language is an important element in human life. With language, humans can be different from animals and other creatures. From language, humans are able to communicate, discuss and even build a civilization. So, language education needs to be the basis of education and starts from an early age, so that language becomes the mosimportant thing in life. Researches use a type of qualitative research by dissecting the nature of language in education. The data collection method in this research isthrough documentation which is analyzed by presenting data, analzing and then cconclusions. So thisstudy found that: 1) language is an important means of communicationbetween humans. Language is a human intermediary to express what he thinks. And from the language of a group of people will unite and build a civilization. 2) in educating early childhood, language is the basis that needs to be applied in their daily lives. 3) with language, it will buid the character of the child from an early age. Because of their cleverness in communicating and conveying the contents of their thoughts well. Children will form a harmonioussociety that is far from conflict.Bahasa adalah sebuah unsure penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Dengan berbahasa, manusia dapat berbeda dengan hewan dan makhluk lainnya. Dari berbahasa, manusia mampu berkomunikasi, berdiskusi bahkan membangun sebuah peradaban. Maka, pendidikan berbahasa perlu menjadi dasar dalam pendidikan dan dimulai dari usia dini, sehingga bahasa menjadi hal terpenting dalam berkehidupan. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan membedah hakikat bahasa dalam dunia pendidikan. Adapun metode pengumpulan data dala penelitian ini melalui dokumentasi yang dianalisa dengan menyajikan data, menganalisa lalu menarik kesimpulan. Sehingga penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: 1) Bahasa adalah sarana penting dala berkomunikasi antara manusia. Bahasa adalah perantara manusia untuk mengungkapkan apa yang difikirkannya. Dan dari bahasa sekelompok manusia akan bersatu dan membangun sebuah peradaban. 2) Dalam mendidik anak usia dini, bahasa adalah dasar yang perlu diterapkan dalam kesehariannya. 3) Dengan berbahasa, akan membentuk karakter anak sejak dini. Karena kepandaiannya dala berkomunikasi dan penyapaian isi pemikirannya dengan baik, anak akan membentuk masyarakat yang rukun dan jauh dari konflik.
