Abstract

Dalam perencanaan irigasi, perhitungan ketersediaan air dan kebutuhan air sangatlah diperlukan. Debit air yang tersedia semestinya mampu mengakomodir seluruh kebutuhan air untuk kebutuhan irigasi. Dengan kesesuaian antara keduanya tentunya akan memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap hasil produksi pertanian yang nantinya juga akan meningkatkan perekonomian petani. Dan yang tidak kalah pentingnya adalah pengaturan pola tanam sehingga tanaman yang digunakan dapat terpenuhi kebutuhannya dengan kondisi sumber air yang ada. Adapun penelitian ini secara garis besar bertujuan untuk menghitung volume andalan komuatif sungai Batang Agam, mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan air irigasi pada beberapa pola tanam alternatif, menghitung optimasi luas area tanam untuk pola tanam rencana dengan menggunakan Program Linear (Metode Simpleks) dan menghitung perkiraan hasil produksi dari hasil optimasi pola tanam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  volume andalan komulatif dari sungai Batang Agam terbesar adalah awal musim tanam pada September II, yaitu 4.510.305,72 m3 , dan awal musim tanam September I dengan besaran 4.504.931,64 m3. Hasil optimasi luasan areal tanam telah diperoleh luas 633 Ha pada semua awal dari musim tanam yang telah ditetapkan. Sedangkan untuk perkiraan hasil produksi pertanian per awal tanam dalam satu tahun tanam, diperoleh nominal Rp. 41.239.063.800,- pada pola tanam eksisting, yaitu padi – padi – padi, serta perkiraan hasil produksi sejumlah Rp. 37.367.509.200,- pada pola tanam alternatif padi – padi – jagung. Kata kunci : Optimasi, Pola tanam, Program Linear.

Abstract

Based on survey was conducted at PT. Kunango Jantan (KJ) obtained work accident data in the production section of PJU poles, 10% of work accident cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with unsafe acts on workers in the production section of PJU poles at PT. Kunango Jantan Padang in 2021. This research was conducted at PT. Kunango Jantan in the production of PJU Padang poles in 2021, from February to October. This research is quantitative with cross sectional design, with a population of 65 people. The sampling method in this research is random sampling as many as 39 people. The results of the univariate analysis showed that knowledge of HSE was high (56.4%), training of HSE was not good (53.8%) and supervision of HSE was high (79.5%). The results of the bivariate study showed that there was no relationship between knowledge of HSE with unsafe action (P=0.478), there was no relationship between training of HSE with unsafe action (P=0.823) and there was no relationship between supervision of HSE with unsafe action (p=0.426). It is recommended for further researchers to examine other variables related to unsafe acts such as workload, work stress, work fatigue and it is hoped that the company will further improve the training of workers regarding their work as well as occupational safety and health at PT Kunango Jantan Padang in 2021.Keywords: Knowledge of HSE, training of HSE,  supervision of HSE, unsafe action of HSE

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of temporary observations, it can be seen in the teaching and learning process in the classroom the following things:1. Low student learning outcomes, 2. Lack of student activity in following the teaching and learning process, 3. There is no fun learning, 4. There is no creative learning. This study was conducted with the aim of describing Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes with the Theme of Unity in Difference Using Learning Models Examples Non Examples for Class VI students of SD Negeri 01 Tanjuang Gadang, Lareh Sago Halaban District, Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a form of reflective study by the perpetrators of the actions taken to improve the rational ability of the actions they take, as well as to improve the real conditions in which the practice of implementing the learning is carried out in the classroom. In this classroom action research (CAR), the research model developed by Kemmis and Taggart uses a spiral system cycle, each cycle consists of 4 components, namely: 1) planning; 2) action; 3) observation and 4) reflection. Student learning outcomes, the researchers held a test for each cycle. The results of the second cycle test were compared with the KKM that had been set at SD Negeri 01 Tanjuang Gadang, Lareh Sago Halaban District, Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 Academic Year, which was 75 for individual completeness. Based on the results of the test above, it can be seen that in the first cycle of 16/55% of students, 13 students or 45% completed, and in the second cycle 26/89 students who completed learning. This proves that student learning outcomes in the first cycle to the second cycle are 36%.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Examples Non Examples.

Abstract

Variabel umur adalah variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kesiapan menghadapi menopause, yaitu 13 kali mempunyai peluang untuk tidak siap menghadapi menopause. Pengetahuan kurang berpengaruh 4 kali tidak siap menghadapi menopause daripada pengetahuan baik pada wanita pra-usila. Peran suami berpengaruh 4 kali tidak siap menghadapi menopause daripada wanita pra-usila yang peran suami baik. Wanita pra-usila yang tidak bekerja berpengaruh 3 kali tidak siap menghadapi menopause daripada wanita pra-usila yang bekerja. Tidak terdapat variabel confounding. Variabel yang tidak berhubungan adalah sikap.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the increase in health waste is around 70-90%, along with the increase in health service centers in Indonesia. This B3 waste comes from health agencies which are considered dangerous and can cause various types of health impacts. The production of solid medical waste from health services nationally in Indonesia is estimated at 376,089 tons/day. Kuantan Singingi Regency is in accordance with the guidelines for the Decree of the Minister of the Environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze the management of B3 waste at Sungai Sirih Community Health Center, Singingi District. This type of research is a qualitative survey, namely the method of interviews and field observations. The research subjects also involved in the management of B3 waste at Sungai Sirih Health Center, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely, the Head of the Sungai Sirih Health Center, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Based on the results of research at the Sungai Sirih Health Center, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019, it was found that human resources in the B3 waste management process did not have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) at work and the facilities and infrastructure used were also inadequate and incomplete and there were no funds. or puskesmas budget in the process of B3 waste management at Sungai Sirih Health Center, so that the sorting process, collection process, storage process, transportation process, and landfill or burial process have not been carried out according to health requirements according to LHK Regulation No. 56 of 2015 concerning Procedures and Technical Requirements for the Management of Hazardous and Toxic Waste from Health Service Facilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of supervision and work discipline on employee performance at the Tenayan Raya_ Pekanbaru District Office simultaneously and partially. This research is quantitative. The data collection method used in this study was through interviews, observation, and questionnaires. In this study, problem solving was carried out through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing (t test, f test, R2 test), all of which were seen using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20.0 program. The population that is the object of research is the employees of the Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru Sub-district Office, totaling 40 employees, and the sample used is all 40 employees. The result of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-Square) obtained is 0.854 or 85.4% of employee performance is influenced by the variables of supervision and work discipline, while the remaining 14.6 is influenced by other variables not examined by the researcher. From the results of multiple linear regression test shows Y = 3.633 + 0.832X1 + 0.103X2. From the results of the t-test, it is known that supervision has a significant effect on employee performance, with tcount greater than ttable, namely 12,900 > 2,026 and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, with tcount greater than ttable, ie 3,902 > 2,026. At a significant level of 0.05 from the Fcount test of 114,617, which is greater than the Ftable value of 3.24, this indicates that the proposed hypothesis is acceptable.Keywords: Supervision, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and competence on employee performance at BPKP Representative West Sumatra. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 127 employees of BPKP Representatives of West Sumatra and the sample in this study amounted to 56 respondents. While the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. Based on multiple linear regression analysis Y = 4.058 + 0.516X1 + 0.345X2 + e. The t-test with the results of the motivational variable test has a value of tcount > ttable that is (3.975 > 1.674) and significant (0.000 < 0.05), it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted while the competency variable test has a value of tcount > ttable that is (4,298 > 1.674) and significant (0.000 < 0.05), it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. F test with the results of Fcount > Ftable (38.371 > 3.17) and a significant level (0.000 < 0.05), then Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. While the value of the coefficient of determination produced is 0.576. That is, the coefficient of determination is known that the Adjusted R-square value is 57.6%, the remaining 42.4% is explained by other variables not discussed in this study.Keywords: Motivation, Competence and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penggunaan early warning score sangat berkaitan erat dengan peran perawat yang melakukan observasi harian Tanda-Tanda vital. Perawat melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan sebagai memberikan pelayanan dengan melakukan pengkajian harian serta memonitoring keadaan pasien ketika terjadi perburukan keadaan, orang pertama yang mengetahui adalah perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui “Hubungan Nilai Early Warning Score (EWS) Dengan Kadar Gula Darah pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus di Ruangan Penyakit Dalam di RSUD Tengku Rafi’an Kabupaten Siak”. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 55 orang pasien diabetes melitus. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling jenis purposive sampling. Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat, alat ukur yang digunakan lembar observasi EWS dan data di analisa dengan chi-square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan nilai early warning score dengan kadar gula darah nilai ( p value = 0,029 ). Saran peneliti dari hasil penelitian setiap pasien diabetes melitus yang memiliki kadar gula darah tinggi diharuskan dilakukan observasi dengan menggunakan early warning score.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of remuneration and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang In the Scope of the Directorate of Finance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used was total sampling so that the entire population was used as a sample in this study as many as 74 nurses, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and library reviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that remuneration (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.042 <0.05 and the value of tcount (2.066) > ttable (1.666) organizational commitment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with significant value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount (6.115) > ttable (1.666). Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the remuneration variable (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance together with a value of Fcount (26.029) > Ftable (3.13) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.407. This means that the ability of the remuneration variable (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) in explaining employee performance variables is 40.7% while the remaining 49.3% is explained by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Traditional knowledge is an issue that has been discussed in national and international conference. The current issue is the protection of traditional knowledge in Indonesia in the concept of Intellectual Property Right. The protection of traditional knowledge in Minangkabau craft based on Intellectual Property Right is the problem that is elaborated in this article. Normative legal design is the research design used to answer the research’s problem. The data are collected from the secondary data and literature study. The results of this research show that the concepts of IPR are contrary to the principles of traditional knowledge. Traditional knowledge is originally from indigenous communities that are communal, whereas IPR does not approve it.  Hence, the existing law has not provided legal certainty and benefit optimally in protecting traditional knowledge. The solution of this problem is IPR Law must be renewed and a sui generis law regarding to traditional knowledge has to be constructed. It must be clear that local people are declared and certified as the owner of traditional knowledge based on Intellectual Property Right. The recognition of traditional knowledge based on IPR must be communal and non-profit oriented, so it can be owned by all indigenous people.Keywords: Law inforcement, intelectual propertyright, traditional knowledge, minangkabau craft
