Abstract

This article discusses about the ideas of KH Abdul Karim Amrullah in developing Islamic Education in West Sumatra. This is a kind of library research using descriptive-qualitative methode. The result of the research shows that KH. Abdul Karim Amrullah was one of the leading Muslim Intelectual who had been succesful in developing Islamic education especiallay in Minangkabau. Among of his thoughts were: 1) designing curriculum based on grade level 2) introducing learning methode which enable the students to develop their thinking skill, 3) training students to learn and practice in organization, 4) replacing the old Kitabs with the new ones which enable the students to develop their intelectuals as preparation to face the challenges of the times.

Abstract

Abstract- The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of school culture in improving the quality of student behaviour in the Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ghozaliyah jogoroto Jombang, this study used qualitative methods of field is descriptive, the type of research used is the case study. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of school culture in improving the quality of student behaviour in the Madrasah Al-Ghozaliyah Jogoroto Jombang such as the following: 1) the presence of extracurricular activities as a means of shaping the character of students 2) completing activities of Al-Quran to improve the attitude of the spiritual students , 3) the inhibiting factors there are on the personal students while the factors supporting the cooperation of teachers. Keywords- School Culture, Behavior

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has now resulted in all activities changing, one of which is education. This change is feared that there will be a setback in the future of Islamic Religious Education. The issuance of an SKB (joint decree) regarding the implementation of learning at the beginning of the 2020/2021 academic year carried out by four ministers and the Decree of the Director-General of Islamic Education Number 2791 of 2020 concerning Emergency Curriculum Guidelines for Madrasas hereby as evidence that Islamic Religious Education supports learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Following the policy of the decree, Islamic Religious Education also adapts according to the conditions of doing social and physical distancing, Work From Home (WHF) Policies, Learning From Home (BDR) using an online learning system. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive method. The purpose of this study is to discuss the redesign of the PAI learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic. The indications from the ministerial decision above show that it is time for reorientation and the format of Islamic education learning is starting to need acceleration. The period of the Covid-19 pandemic demands that the adaptation of Islamic Religious Education is a must to answer the existing challenges

Abstract

AbstractIslamic Religious Education with all that is related to it is knowledge that only becomes a theory when it is not applied. Muhammad Iqbal is figures who reconstructed Islamic religious education and western education were able to run simultaneously which would create a perfect human being. The theory created by Muhammad Iqbal in this journal will be applied to students through”the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and character using learning methods that are in accordance with the curriculum,”both regarding the objectives, scope, field conditions, so that an educational atmosphere can be realized in accordance with the values Islam.

Abstract

E-learning-based education is the only solution at this time, due to a new policy stating to reduce activities outside the home, because of the COVID-19 virus effect. The purpose of this study is to reveal the mechanism for evaluating student learning outcomes based on E-learning in Islamic education subject at SMA Negeri 5 Makassar. This study uses a qualitative method described in the form of a narrative. Sources of data is obtained online, that is interviews, documentations and observations, then the data were analyzed using triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the e-learning media used by PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Makassar are Zoom, Meet, Classroom, WhatsApp, Microsoft 365, and Quizizz. The evaluation of learning outcomes carried out by PAI teachers is through an assessment of three domains, those are: 1) cognitive assessment; 2) affective assessment; and 3) psychomotor assessment.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the use of Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) media in learning the Qur'an in the digital era. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. In the current era, technological developments have brought the world of education to think about issuing learning innovations that are ready to meet the demands of the times. This includes online-based open courses or commonly referred to as Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC). The success of several MOOC platforms in providing various courses, such as English, Mathematics, Management, Physics, Graphic Design and so on is read as an opportunity also to develop online and open learning of the Qur'an. The use of MOOC media will be able to accommodate a large number of participants from various regions. This opportunity was then responded by several educational institutions to provide an online and open Qur'an learning platform, such as the Intensive Tahfidz, Griya Al Qur'an, Baitul Qur'an Daarul Qur'an, Tahsin Online Academy, and Qur'an Edu Center.

Abstract

The view of Islamic education in delivering its students to become normative theologically oriented human beings so far has developed, it must redesign its learning methodology to be contemporary modernist, namely trying to continue to strengthen spiritual morals which is a product of the theological pole as well as strengthen scientific knowledge, namely the merging of the two poles. Therefore, it is necessary to study the thoughts of Islamic education thinkers from time to time in the hope that they can be used as material for thoughts, comparisons and references so that quality Islamic education can be realized as a model for general education that has been secular oriented. Fazlur Rahman is one of the originators of contemporary Islamic education thought. he stated that Muslims should be able to combine the two poles of education by integrating secular Western education into Islamic education learning. This thought is known as the Islamization of secular education in the world of Islamic education. So that the pole of empirical knowledge found by practitioners of secular education related to the needs of human life at that time must be accepted and based on the value of religious spirituality

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai religius siswa melalui pendidikan agama Islam di SMA Negeri 2 Kotapinang yang meliputi bentuk/proses pelaksanaan nilai relgius siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai religius siswa melalui pendidikan agama Islam  di SMA Negeri 2 Kotapinang belum dapat terimplementasikan secara maksimal, praktik peribadatan belum menjadi rutinitas dan pembiasaan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam membentuk nilai relgius dengan 2 cara yaitu intrakulikuler dan ekstrakulikuler. Peran guru sebagai perencana dalam proses pembelajaran, memberikan pengawasan, hukuman, bimbingan, dan teladan sebagai panutan, dan kebijakan sekolah membuat aturan untuk berjalanya proses belajar yang efektif dan efisein. Foktor pendukung dalam pengimplementasian nilai religius siswa disekolah diantaranya: musholla, alat peraga, perpustakaan dan pengeras suara. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya antara lain: fasilitas yang kurang memadai diantaranya musholla yang kecil, latar belakang siswa yang berbeda-beda, lingkungan yang kurang mendukung,

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dalam meningkatkan mutu belajar santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap peranan wali asuh sebagai technical assistance (pembantu teknis) dalam meningkatkan mutu belajar santri, dalam penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan 4 tahapan peningkatan mutu belajar : (1) Learning Assistance (Pendampingan Belajar) tujuannya santri dapat memahami materi – materi belajar secara baik. (2) Giving Motivation (Pemberian Motivasi) merupakan tahapan untuk membangkitkan daya minat belajar santri sehingga dapat mengembangkan skill pengetahuan santri minimal juga bisa memberikan motivasi untuk dirinya dan temannya (3) Upgrading Student Abilities (Peningkatan Kemampuan Santri) metode pengulangan kembali materi yang sudah disampaikan. (4) Lembaga Motivasi Nurul Jadid (LMNJ) lembaga pendukung dalam pemberian motivasi yang tujuannya meningkatkan moralitas dan kesadaran para santri dalam meningkatkan mutu belajar. Metode yang digunakan untuk peningkatan mutu belajar adalah dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang di ungkap berdasarkan wawancara dengan wali asuh maupun yang di asuh berdsarkan hasil maka peningkatan mutu belajar santri santri melalui peranan wali asuh sebagai technical Assistence sangat berpengaruh terhadap daya minat belajar dan pengembangan skill pengetahuan santri.

Abstract

Quality education is influenced by several factors, including teachers, the learning process, infrastructure, curriculum, and school management. In this case, the teacher is the main key to the quality of education. Professional teachers are a determining factor for the success of education in schools because teachers are the central and source of teaching and learning activities. The Educational Personnel Education Institute (LPTK) is the only place to produce teachers who have high-level skills and grades as professional educators. This article aims to determine the role of the LPTK in preparing professional educators. This article is also expected to contribute to the study of increasing teacher professionalism. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with library research methods. Research results from various references indicate that the LPTKs should start to improve, innovate more and restructure so that they can produce professional and more competent educators in their fields.
