Abstract

Dalam proses penciptaan karya seni lukis ini, juga diperlukan suatu metode untuk menjelaskan secara rinci tahapan-tahapan dilakukan dalam proses penciptaan, sebagai upaya dalam membangunan sebuah karya seni. Pendekatan-pendekatan di maksudkan supaya selama dalam proses pencipta dapat dijabarkan atau dijelaskan dan bisa dipertanggung jawabkan secara logis dan ilmiah. Dalam karya lukis mixmedia ini aktivitas wanita merupakan gagasan awal. Teristimewa peranan kehidupan Wanita Bali sehari-hari. Hal tersebut dilatar belakang oleh adanya tuntutan yang harus dilakukan oleh kaum wanita Bali untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sehari-hari dan menjalani adat-istiadat yang meningkat. Dalam pembuatan karya lukis ini masih banyak pencipta rasakan kekurangan-kekurangan, pencipta harapkan dapat tetap berguna bagi kepentingan perkembangan karya lukis. Dalam proses kreatif ini tidaklah tertutup kemungkinan untuk terus berkembang baik secara tema maupun tekniknya.

Abstract

In general, this paper aims at making inventory of the response to the modernity that swept our nation lately. Camera and photography were chosen because it is a physical product of modernity. While the first photographer Kassian Chephas was chosen because he lives in the two worlds, namely Javanese and modernity. The conclusions generated in this study are (1) the world of photography shows the existence of psychological and historical gap between (art) photography and fine arts in Indonesia; (2) there is a change of orientation in view of self, namely: from the drowning silently in the flow of collectivity into an autonomous subject in the midst of modernity flow.

Abstract

Religion and art in Bali always appear to be mutually reinforcing one another. The religion gives taksu (spirit) to the arts, while the arts gives exotic nuance to the existence of religion in the society. Likewise the existence of Baris Sumbu Dance in Banjar Semanik Pelaga Petang Badung, with the attributes of sumbu, tipat, and bantal as the main means of staging. This paper analyzes the symbols used in the Baris Sumbu Dance. It is found that the tipat, bantal are the symbols of the‘wedding of purusa and pradhana’ to produce a new life that gives welfare to the society.

Abstract

PAIKEM-based learning is one of learning designs based on the constructivistic approach. Learning is a process of manifestion of ideas into new experiences. Knowledge is built little by little and the results are expanded through an unlimited context and cannot be constructed abruptly. In the constructivist view, the strategy of gaining knowledge is more precedence over than how many the students remember the knowledge. While the role of the teachers during the learning process is as only as the facilitator who facilitates student in learning by making meaningful and relevant knowledge, giving the students the opportunity to find and apply ideas and awaken the students to apply their strategies during the learning process.

Abstract

Hindus in general held a pray at SamuanTiga Temple for request to God in order to give the grace. In addition Temple also be created as place held communication among Hindus in a variety of religious activities such as Hindu religious education. Temple is also a place of Hindu religious educationwhich aim to improve the quality of knowledge and understanding of the teachings of Hinduism.Pesamuan Tiga Temple also called SamuanTiga Temple which has a variety of educational activities, namely Hinduism as a character Pasraman, stakeholders (Pemangku) training stakeholders, worker offers (banten) training, laughter yoga education, war Sampian dance and implications forsradha knowledge and Bhakti to oth Hindus.

Abstract

This is a classroom action research (PTK). After the data was collected, then it is analyzed with quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of data analysis show good learning achievement. This classroom action research procedure consists of 2 cycles or more, each cycle is implemented in accordance with the changes to be achieved such as what has been designed in the factors investigated to be able to see student activities in understanding cooperative learning as well as thepercentage in the Cards Groups strategy in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study is a classroom action research (PTK) with a research subject of 30 people, consisting of 18 men and 12 women. After data was collected, it was analyzed with quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of data analysis show can achieve good learning achievement of the application of STAD type cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes of class X P IBB 2 SMA Negeri 1 Ubud in Hindu education semester I year of lesson 2014/2015. This is evidenced by the increase in the average data of the student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Second, the application of STAD type cooperative learning model can accommodate the increase of student’s satisfaction level in learning. The level of satisfaction is represented by the response to the application of STAD type of cooperativelearning model. This is evidenced by the increase in the average data response of students fromcycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims at investigating whether the cooperative learning can improve the understanding of the concept of tattwa in the Hindu subjects for students of class VIII A in SMP PGRI Gianyar 4 in Bakbakan and the cooperative learning can improve the creativity of upakara skills in Bhuta Yadnya Hindu subjects class VIII A in SMP PGRI Gianyar 4 in Bakbakan. In accordance with the observation then in the reflection determined that the actions used to work together in groups havebeen able to improve students’ understanding with the concept of tattwa in Upakara Bhuta Yadnya learning material.

Abstract

The Pacaruan Sasih Kaenem ceremony in Pura Pasek Ngukuhin, Desa Pakraman Tonja, Denpasar is interesting to be elaborated since it is related to a number of myths and always accompanied by procession of taking down (nedunang) tapakan Barong and Rangda. This local tradition still persists and continues till today because of its didactic values. The ceremonial procession, the didactic value, and the transmission of the didactic value to the Hindus become the main focus of this article. The ceremony of Pacaruan Sasih Kaenem can be divided into three stages, namely the initial procession, the core, and the end. The didactic value found in the ceremony includes the value of education tattwa, susila, and acara. The transmission of the didactic value is done through three methodology, namely religiousideology, myth, and social system.

Abstract

Pemerintah saat ini telah menggelontorkan dana pembangunan desa dengan harapan agar masyarakat dapat berperan aktif dalam pembangunan di wilayahnya. Sangat dirasakan pentingnya pengawasan dalam pengelolaan dana pembangunan dimaksud. Agama mestinya dapat berperan dalam menjalankan pengawasan dimaksud melalui konsep karmaphala, kerja keras, kejujuran. Tulisan ini adalah hasil studi kepustakaan yang dianalisis secara deskriptif interpretatif.
