Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana proses implementasi konsep Green HRM, apa saja tantangan dan hambatan serta dampak dari implementasi konsep Green HRM. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah site manager dan manajer produksi. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi pada perusahaan pertambangan bauksit di Kalimantan Barat. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perusahaan belum secara sempurna dan eksplisit menerapkan Green HRM. Namun demikian perusahaan telah berupaya membangun perilaku hijau karyawan dalam aspek rekruitmen dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan, kompensasi dan manfaat, budaya organisasi, serta manajemen kinerja. Beberapa manfaat yang diperoleh dalam penerapan Green HRM adalah karyawan hidup lebih sehat, nama baik perusahaan, karyawan yang terampil dan memiliki komitmen, mengurangi dampak negatif pada lingkungan, mengurangi limbah dan mendaur ulang limbah sehingga mengurangi biaya produksi. Abstract

Organisasi semakin bergantung pada penciptaan pengetahuan dan pengembangan manusia untuk pertumbuhan yang optimal dan berkelanjutan. Keterlibatan karyawan adalah konstruksi utama yang menyentuh hampir semua aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia seperti yang kita kenal sekarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap keterlibatan karyawan pada sektor industri manufaktur yang berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Karawang, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur di Kawasan Industri Karawang Indonesia. Responden yang dimaksud adalah Manajer atau Supervisor di perusahaan dengan jumlah 75 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah partial least square (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kedua variabel yang diteliti terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Abstract

This research aims to explores the beneficial extension of the Holdco strategy and formulates the suitable meso-level strategies for PT Semen Padang. This research uses primary and secondary data collection methods, identifies the environments through generic frameworks, analyses qualitative data through thematic frameworks, and formulates the result as corporate and business strategies. According to the research, Holdco set the sales target in a top-down instruction without PT Semen Padang's interference on the procurement, marketing of cement and clinker, and supply chain functions. These functions are essential and inseparable from sales targets but withdrawn to Holdco. However, Holdco allows PT Semen Padang to develop the plant process, non-cement product, non-clinker product, and enter the non-cement business. Therefore, PT Semen Padang could fulfill the strategy gap and gain a global subsidiary mandate by building a university-industry collaboration, strengthening the vertical integration, utilizing cost-saving technologies, and the outside cement chain diversification. Abstract

Coffee is a favorite drink for people in general. The coffee industry, especially coffee shops, is increasing and growing from year to year. This study aims to determine the effect of brand strategy consisting of brand ambassadors and brand trust, brand preference, and brand satisfaction on brand loyalty at the Independent Specialty Coffee Shop in increasing sales. The survey was conducted with 385 respondents. This type of research uses quantitative methods and data collection is carried out by distributing online questionnaires containing 20 questions on a Likert scale from 1 to 7. All questions are valid and reliable for further analysis. Data were analyzed by SEM method using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that brand ambassador, -brand-trust, brand preference, and brand satisfaction partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty at the Independent Specialty Coffee Shop, so there was no variable that had no effect. Abstract

Every employee has high work motivation with the hope that in the future it can increase work productivity. This study aims to analyze work motivation in increasing employee productivity at PT Jaya Sentra Metal, South Tangerang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations and documentation used to obtain data about photos or pictures of life from the object of research in the unit of analysis using SWOT and QSPM analysis techniques. The stages of data analysis were carried out through activities, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the IE matrix analysis can be seen that the company's position is in Quadrant I. The company's employees have two types of motivation, namely positive motivation and negative motivation. The factors that influence employee motivation to decrease work productivity are the lack of rewards and benefits provided by the company. Abstract

Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) has become an interesting area of ​​academic research today. This study aims to systematically analyze global trends and various current focus of CE research on CE and is expected to be a reference for CE researchers. The data is taken from the Scopus database with a time span of 2010-2020. Data were processed with Excel 2016 to analyze the main features of CE studies, including annual publication trends, authors, author's institution and country of origin, journals, references, and keywords. Data processing is then mapped visually using VOSviewer. The results of this study can provide a clear picture of the field of EK as well as can help academics to get focus on the direction of EK research in terms of exploitation and exploration in this field for future research. Abstract

Financial markets are highly reactive to events and situations, as seen by the very volatile movement of stock values. As a result, investors are having difficulties guessing prices and making investment decisions, especially when statistical techniques have failed to model historical prices. This paper aims to propose an RNNs-based predictive model using the LSTM model for predicting the closing price of four stocks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX). The data used are historical closing prices provided by ISX for the period from 2/1/2019 to 24/12/2020. Several attempts were conducted to improve model training and minimize the prediction error, as models were evaluated using MSE, RMSE, and R2. The models performed with high accuracy in predicting closing price movement, despite the Intense volatility of time series. The empirical study concluded the possibility of relying on the RNN-LSTM model in predicting close prices at the ISX as well as decisions making upon. Keywords: Stock, LSTM, Prediction, ANN, RNN, ISX

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh internship program dan company core values terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan kausalitas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non-probability, jenis sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur yang kemudian diolah dengan SmartPLS. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel internship program tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan apabila variabel internship program dijembatani oleh variabel company core values maka akan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil tersebut sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk memastikan agar seluruh karyawan serta peserta internship program benar-benar memahami dan menerapkan company core values dalam seluruh aktivitas pekerjaannya sehingga bisa meningkatkan kinerja yang diberikan. Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of retail store image on consumer purchase intention on private label brands. The method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach obtained by 217 respondents as a sample. The results of the study show that the regression calculation partially obtains products/merchandise, store atmosphere and customer service and has a significant and significant effect on consumer purchase intentions, but not on price because Private Label Brand (MPL) products do not affect consumer perceptions of buying. Consumers do not mind the price range that has been set by MPL, MPL products are of good quality at a lower price compared to national brands that have the same function. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, liquidity, and market value on stock prices. The population and samples used were 22 mining companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with descriptive and verification analysis methods, and using Eviews 9. The data analysis technique used was panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of the F test, shows that profitability, solvency, liquidity, and market value together have a significant effect on stock prices. Also, the results of the t-test show that profitability has no effect on stock prices, while solvency has a significant effect on stock prices, liquidity has a significant effect on stock prices and finally, market value also has a significant effect on stock prices. The implication of this research is that the company is expected to keep the company in a solvable state by being aware of the amount of debt it has because it will bring the risk of non-payment of debt.
