Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and discipline to performance of employees in the department of population and civil registry district of Cirebon.This research is associative, which aim to determine the influence between two or more variables. Data was collected by means of the field study that interviews and quentionares, as well as library research by studying the books that have relevance to the problem studied, journals and reports available to the problem to be solved. The samples in this study were all employees of the department ofpopulation and civil registry Cirebon totaling 43 people.Based on the research results and the proposed hypothesis indicated that there is a positive and significant impact the job satisfaction on the performance of employees, this is evidenced by the value of t count > t table is 7,934 > 2,020 and significant value of 0,00< 0,05, which is partially job satisfaction on performance of employees to 60,6% and the remaining 39,4% is influence by other variables not examined. Then there is a positive and significant impact between disciplines on performance of employees, this is evidenced by the value t count > t table is 7,060 > 2,020 and significant value of 0,00 < 0,05, where the influence of the partial disciplines on performance of employees by 54,9% and the remaining 45,1% influenced by another variables not examined. And there is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction and discipline together on performance of employees. This evidenced by the presence of F count > F table is 54,245 > 3,23  and where is the influence of job satisfaction and disciplines together onperformance of employees by 71,7% and the remaining 28,3% is influenced by variables another is not examined. Keywords : Job satisfaction, discipline and performance of employees

Abstract

Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) implemented by the farmers (owners or tenants), farm laborers and poor farm households through coordination diperdesaan Gapoktan as an institution that is owned and managed by farmers. Gapoktan important role as a social institution peasant economy to be important in increasing production and the welfare of farmers. Given the role of the performance evaluation results gapoktan need to be input in developing Gapoktan development model so that it can better contribute in accelerating the improvement of the welfare of farmers, the growth of the agricultural sector and economic development of rural areas. The purpose of this research was to determine results financial statement analysis Gapoktan Srijaya Sari subdistrict Sukahening using Financial Ratios through Ratios Profitability who aim to measure the ability Gapoktan Srijaya Sari to generate profit, by using an approach on the calculation of Return On assest (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE).Results in mind that the results of Financial Statement Analysis Rural Agribusiness Development (PUAP) which has been managed by Gapoktan Srijaya Sari subdistrict Sukahening has shown a number of very good because it has to generate profits for the group union. This is evident from the results with regard Profitability Ratios ROA calculation results (Renturn on Assets) amounted to 16.01% and ROE (ReturnOn Equity) amounted to 25.27%.

Abstract

This study titled: incentives affect the performance of employees of PT. Ateja Tritunggal in West Bandung regency. Initial research indicates that in recent years there has been a decrease in performance related to the incentives given to employee companies. The purpose of this study is to find out how much incentives affect the performance of employees of PT. Ateja Tritunggal in West Bandung regency. The method of this research is descriptive and associative research, with data coming from responses 85 respondents. Data analysis used with simple linear regression analysis. The result of descriptive analysis shows that Incentives and Performance have good average value based on standard weight classification. Associated with the existing phenomenon of this condition still needs to be improved again so as to achieve a very good condition, while the influence of incentives to employee performance of 68.90%. This is because incentives are motivation or encouragement that is needed by employees means that the better the incentive will be able to improve the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai ”Rancangan Instrumen Pengukuran Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Human Resources Scorecard dalam rangka meningkatkan Kinerja Organisasi (Studi Kasus pada Taman Lalu Lintas – Ade Irma Suryani Nasution Bandung)”. Penelitian ini diharapkan juga memberikan sumbangan dalam aspek praktis (daya guna) yaitu masukan kepada pihak manajemen Taman Lalu Lintas AISN Bandung, atau institusi lain yang sejenis dalam melakukan implementasi dan kebijakan serta pengambilan keputusan terutama yang berkaitan dengan masalah kinerja sumber daya manusia dalam rangka peningkatan citra dan peningkatan fungsi lembaga / perusahaan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan  data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data di lapangan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2016.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pencapaian kinerja pegawai Taman Lalu Lintas berada dalam kriteria kinerja kurang baik. Faktor penghambat pengukuran kinerja pegawai di Taman Lalu Lintas Bandung yaitu pelatihan, pengalaman, pendapatan, kepemimpinan, supervisi, pengembangan karir, uraian tugas, dan metode penilaian kinerja. Faktor penting dalam implementasi Human Resources Scorecard yaitu rekrutmen karyawan yang memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan internal. Kata Kunci : Human Resources Scorecard,  Kinerja pegawai, Kinerja Organisasi

Abstract

ABSTRAKMQ Guest House is company which active in hotel service. It has also incorporated the introduction on “Management Qolbu” concept. MQ Guest House in a few last month experiences downdraft of number of lodging costumers estimable resulted from the competitor in region north Bandung. But MQ Guest House has excellence service that is having attention to customer or client by listening by critics, suggestion, and sigh felt by customer or client. Hence writer interests to do elite with headline “The Influence of Service Quality on the Customer Loyalty of MQ Guest House Bandung”.The purposes of this research is to know the respondents conceptions to the service quality of MQ Guest House Bandung, to know the customer loyalty at MQ Guest House Bandung, and to know the influence of services quality to the customer loyalty of MQ Guest House Bandung.The method that us in this research is explanatory survey method, this research kind is descriptive and verivicative analysis, with using sample from population in company by 100 respondent with using questioner as data collection tool, and to make it simple in analyze the data, writer used SPSS 13 for Windows.The result of this research showed that r is 0,873%, this show that there a strong relation, one way and significant between service quality and customer loyalty. While determination coefficient resulted 76,2% and rest is 23,78% influenced by in other factor such as a price, competitor, and many other. This showed is that if service quality increased so customer loyalty also increased at MQ Guest House Bandung.Keyword: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Cash Turnover is cash the ability to generate revenue so it can be seen how many times cash spin for a specified period. Profitability is the ability of companies to earn profits in relation to sales, total assets and shareholder equity. This study aims to determine cash turnover and profitability, and how much influence the velocity of cash to profitability in PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The statistical test used was simple linear regression, Pearson correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. Based on this research shows that there is a relationship between the Cash Turnover to profitability. Level of relation (correlation) both variables are very low, ie r = 0.050 with the value of a positive correlation means that if the velocity of flows increases, the profitability has also increased. vice versa, Influence the level achieved was 0.25% while the rest equal to 99.75% influenced by other factors. While through hypothesis test is done using the t test, t value obtained for 0.133 and t table value of 2.365. Based on the t value, so t count < t table, so Ho accepted and Ha rejected. So we can conclude that the effect or impact of cash turnover was very low and no significant effect on profitability at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.. Keywords: Cash Turnover, Profitability

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Penilaian Kinerja yang efektif dan efisien merupakan faktor yang penting dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan sehingga akan menciptakan kinerja karyawan yang lebih optimal dan pada akhirnya berdampak langsung pada pencapaian penilaian kinerja perusahaan. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja di  pada PT. PERTAMINA Bandung Indonesia, motivasi kerja karyawan, dan menguji pengaruh pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di  pada PT. PERTAMINA Bandung Indonesia..Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan  pada PT. PERTAMINA Bandung Indonesia yang populasinya berjumlah 573 karyawan dan 85 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian, dengan tekhnik stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Tekhnik analisis kuantitatif menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment, regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi, serta uji t dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 13.0 for windows.      Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penilaian kinerja sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh  pada PT. PERTAMINA Bandung Indonesia sedangkan motivasi kerja karyawan mendapat tanggapan cukup. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, dengan tingkat keeratanya 0,806 (sangat kuat) selanjutnya hubungan (sangat erat) dengan demikian kontribusi pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap motivasi kerja 64,97% sedangkan sisanya 35,03% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu promosi jabatan, pemberian kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan lain - lain

Abstract

Innovation is imperative to be applied by the company in order to respond to the industrial dynamic and also to respond to market and consumers demand. With the right management of innovation and its practise will help the company to optimize the initiative strategy in order to respond to those changes that happen in the company. The author focuses this research to the evaluate the effectiveness of innovative culture at Georgette Textiles using Six Building Blocks of an Innovative Culture as the management evaluation tool that is suitable for this research.  The method that is used in this research is qualitative method, which is in-depth interview with the marketing export specialist at Georgette Textiles. Abstract

Menjamurnya bisnis ritel modern saat ini, seperti mall atau plaza di berbagai kota di tanah air tak bisa dipungkiri telah mengubah pola belanja sebagian konsumen Indonesia. Hal ini menyangkut faktor kepribadian dan gaya hidup seperti terjadinya perubahan gaya hidup dan kebiasaan berbelanja. Kenyataannya konsumen seringkali tidak menggunakan pikiran rasionalnya dalam menentukan barang yang benar-benar dibutuhkan. Konsumen membeli produk dengan berbagai alasan , seperti : untuk menghilangkan suasana hati yang buruk, mengekspresikan identitas atau hanya untuk bersenang-senang.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh hasil dari : Kajian deskripsi tentang The Big Five Personality Analisis The Big Five Personality  pada pengunjung mall di kota Bandung ;Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah studi literatur dan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Sampel diambil 300 pengunjung Mall di kota Bandung. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Systematic Random Sampling.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengunjung Mall di kota Bandung memiliki kepribadian openness to experience yang terbuka terhadap hal-hal yang baru, memiliki kepribadian Conscientiousness yang cukup terorganisir, memiliki kepribadian extraversion yang Extravert, memiliki kepribadian agreeableness yang mampu beradaptasi sosial dengan baik, memiliki kepribadian neuroticism yang cukup stabil emosinya. Kata kunci : Kepribadian (The Big Five Personality) :  openness to experience ,  Conscientiousness ,  extraversion ,  agreeableness dan neuroticism
