Abstract

The purpose of the study was to improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning using the Discovery Learning model in Class V SDN 20 Muara Jambu Kab. South Coast. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The approach used is quantitative and qualitative. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade teachers and fifth grade students, and researchers as practitioners. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and the research instrument used RPP assessment sheets, teacher and student activities, test and non-test sheets. The conclusions of this study are: 1) The assessment of the percentage of RPP has increased from 79% in the first cycle to 95% in the second cycle. 2) The teacher aspect has increased from 81.25% to 93.75%. 3) The student aspect has increased from 81.25% to 93.75%. 4) Student learning outcomes have increased from the first cycle to get the percentage of completeness 76.19% increased to 95.23% in the second cycle.

Abstract

This study aims at finding out the contribution of the Treasure Hunt Game method and teacher’s creativity to the students’ learning outcomes in the integrated thematic learning at third-grade of elementary schools of Gugus V in Bayang District, West Sumatra. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlation design. The data were the scores of the teacher’s creativity and student’s learning outcomes in the cognitive domain in the form of objective questions. The results indicate the relationship between the teacher’s creativity and the Treasure Hunt Game method on the third-grade elementary school students’ learning outcomes. The scores of the teachers’ creativity at the first to fourth meetings were 60%, 75%, 80%, and 85%, respectively; while the average learning outcomes of the students were 66.6, 75.6, 82.2, and 87.2, respectively. At Class III of SDN 31 Ambacang, the scores of the teachers’ creativity in using the Treasure Hunt Game method at the first to fourth meetings were 65%, 75%, 85%, and 90%, respectively; while the average learning outcomes of the students at Class III of SDN 29 Ambacang were 74.4, 80, 83.3, and 86.6, respectively

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah produk berupa Buku cerita Dongeng Berbantuan Boneka Tangan Pada Kelas II Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan diadaptasi dari model four-D. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis oleh ketiga ahli yaitu: ahli bahasa, ahli materi, dan ahli desain menunjukkan bahwa Buku cerita Dongeng Berbantuan Boneka Tangan memenuhi kriteria valid dengan rata-rata skor 0,86. Sedangkan hasil penelitian uji kepraktisan guru dan siswa yang terdiri dari 9 orang menunjukkan bahwa Buku cerita Dongeng Berbantuan Boneka Tangan memenuhi kriteria praktis dengan rata-rata skor 94,44%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku cerita dongeng berbantuan boneka tangan pada kelas II Sekolah Dasar memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the implementation of the continuous mentoring process as an effort to produce students, Field Supervisors (DPL), and Civil Service Teachers (GP) who are reflective in the implementation of PPL PPG Prajabatan at UNIMED. The type of research used is Collaborative Nested Action Research (C-NAR). In its implementation, in addition to guiding and being directly involved in Class Action Research (PTK) conducted by students, DPL and GP also conduct Guidance Action Research (PTB) to find the best sustainable ways or innovations in carrying out mentoring. The results showed that through the C-NAR, students, DPL, and GP PPG Prajabatan have succeeded in carrying out various continuous improvements in mentoring, among others. (1) exemplifying interactive learning patterns by GP virtually even though they are not from partner schools, (2) developing supplementary learning tools in the form of interactive teaching materials, interactive media, interactive worksheets, and interactive quizzes as interactive learning resources for students, and (3 ) facilitate parents with guidebooks for using supplementary teaching materials so that they are helpful in guiding students to study at home.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the students' understanding ability in learning science about style material in fourth-grade students. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data in this study is qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study illustrate that the ability to understand science learning style material at SD Negeri 156 Palembang can be said to be high because students can understand the indicators contained in the questions, students can understand style material if practiced or applied, and the teacher provides learning videos so that students understand style material.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on all lines of life, including the education aspect. Entering the New Normal Era, the implementation of learning in schools is regulated following the health protocol. The purpose of this study was to see the validity of the development of Screen Printing-Based Covid Protocol Educational Media in Pouch Form for Elementary School Students in Padang City. The research method used is development research with a 4D model. This research procedure uses quantitative and qualitative data by using research instrument validity questionnaire sheets distributed to experts (validators). The results of this study obtained validity from very valid health experts, from valid media experts, from valid graphic design experts, and from Very Valid Elementary School Education experts

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the Number Head Together model to improve integrated thematic learning outcomes in the fourth grade of SDN 20 Sitiung Kab. Dharmasraya. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using a qualitative and quantitative approach. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were teachers as observers, researchers as practitioners, and 28 students of grade IV SD N 20 Sitiung.The conclusions of this study are: 1) The assessment of the percentage of RPP has increased from the previous 82.13% in the first cycle to 89.28% in the second cycle. 2) The teacher aspect has increased from 84.37% to 90.62%. 3) The student aspect has increased from 84.37% to 90.62%. 4) Student learning outcomes have increased from the first cycle to get the percentage of completeness 53.57% increased to 85.71% in the second cycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using the Discovery Learning model in Class IV SDN 20 Muara Jambu. This type of research is classroom action research. The approach used is quantitative and qualitative. The subjects of this study were teachers, and 17 fourth grade students at SDN 20 Muara Jambu. Analysis of the data obtained is analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The instruments used are lesson plans assessment sheets, teacher and student activity observation sheets, test sheets in the form of questions, and non-test sheets in the form of attitude journals and skills assessment rubrics. The conclusions of this study are: 1) The assessment of the percentage of RPP has increased from 77% in the first cycle to 93% in the second cycle. 2) Teacher aspect from 76.62% increased to 97%. 3) Student aspect from 76.62% increased to 97%. 4) Student learning outcomes have increased from the first cycle to get the percentage of completeness 58.82% increased to 82.35% in the second cycle

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning product in the form of student worksheets (LKS) based on the Discovery Learning model on the theme of 7th grade V at SD Negeri 79 Lubuklinggau. This type of research is research and development (R & D) used Dick and Carrey model. The research sample or the subject of this study were 5th-grade students, totaling 9 students. data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the percentage value of the score obtained. The results showed that: 1) The quality of the LKS seen from the aspect of validity was included in the valid category with a percentage score of 83%; 2) The quality of the LKS seen from the practical aspect is categorized as practical, both individual student responses with a percentage score of 82% while for the percentage of small group student responses with a percentage score of 89% So it can be concluded that the LKS based on the Discovery Learning model on the theme of 7 events in life meets the valid and practical criteria so that it can be used in learning.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the creativity of elementary school students in learning art through collage activities during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a literature study method, in which data collection techniques are collected through processing and analysis from various sources or references from several scientific journals that are continuous and related to the problem being studied by the researcher. Analysis of the data used in this study is to relate the problem to the theory contained in scientific journals or appropriate books based on the research being studied. The results of this study prove that learning art through collage can increase the creativity of elementary school students.
