Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop speed teaching materials with the Flipeed Classroom system using a Realstic Mathematical Education approach. The research method used is the ADDIE model including: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The teaching materials developed were analyzed by a team of experts. The research subjects were students of class V. Practically, teaching materials were seen from the content and objectives that were clear, easy to read, looked attractive and could increase the attractiveness/interest of students to learn. The effectiveness of teaching materials is seen from the increase in student learning outcomes with a learning completeness rate of 96%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that speed teaching materials using a realistic mathematical education (RME) approach with the Flipped Classroom system developed for fifth grade elementary school students are declared valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to produce student worksheets (LKPD) using a constructivist approach that is valid, practical, and effective in thematic learning in fifth-grade elementary school. The research method used is Research and Development (R and D) with a 4D model consisting of four phases, namely defining, designing plans, developing, and disseminating LKPD. Data were collected using document analysis, observation, interviews, field notes, tests, and questionnaires. The results showed that LKPD related to aspects of content, approach, format, language, and presentation were in the very valid category with an average percentage of 84.67%. The results of observations, questionnaires, and interviews showed the very practical category with a percentage of 86.43%. The critical thinking skills of students were developed and improved with a percentage of 79.37% developed effectively. Students can understand, find, analyze, collaborate, try and solve problems related to everyday life in thematic learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials for beginning reading using pop up book media that are valid, practical, and effective. The research method used is a 4D model including Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. The teaching materials developed were analyzed by a team of experts. The research subjects were class II students. Practically, teaching materials are obtained through questionnaires for teacher and student responses. The effectiveness of teaching materials is seen from the control of student activities and learning outcomes. The results of the validation analysis are 86.84 very valid categories, the results of the practicality test are average and 91.64 are very practical categories and the effectiveness test results are obtained an average of 96 with very high categories Based on these results, it can be concluded that the initial reading teaching materials using pop up book media developed for Grade II Elementary School students are valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

Keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yaitu dapat membantu kegiatan pembelajaran. Aktivitas pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis pada TIK dapat mendukung tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peranan guru di dalam memanfaatkan suatu media pembelajaran yang menggunakan TIK di Sekolah Dasar. Hal ini terkait dengan masalah pengembangan kompetensi guru terhadap penggunaan TIK dalam pembelajaran. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian digunakan metode penelitian survei. Data diperoleh dari guru-guru di Sekolah Dasar Kota Sawahlunto. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 53,3% guru di Sekolah Dasar Kota Sawahlunto menyadari pentingnya media pembelajaran berbasis TIK namun belum memanfaatkan secara optimal karena terkandala keterampilan di bidang TIK.

Abstract

This study aims to develop appropriate and practical learning media for the history of the proclamation of Indonesia based on macromedia flash. This research is research & development with four D (4-D) models: Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemination. The research subjects were 3 teachers and 15 grade VI students at SDN 164 Pekanbaru and it was conducted in the odd semester of 2021/2022. Data collection techniques and instruments were in the form of expert validation questionnaire sheets and teacher and student response questionnaire sheets. Data analysis techniques with statistical calculations in the form of media feasibility test scores and practicality tests for teacher and student responses using a Likert scale. The results of the product and material validation showed a score of 87.45% (very feasible) and the results of the practicality test showed a score of 90% (very practical). Thus, it is concluded that the learning media developed by the researcher is very feasible and very practical.

Abstract

In today's learning, the development of artificial intelligence designs is a necessity to support the education system. The involvement of artificial intelligence will help students more easily understand lessons in class and facilitate interaction between students and teachers. Through the development of design concepts and learning pelatihans, it is expected to be able to encourage the participation of students and teachers to be able to support the learning system in order to obtain better educational outputs through the use of appropriate technology. There are three learning platforms that are used as learning media, including Duolingo, Khan Academy, and Kejarcita. During the implementation of the activity, it was found that students tend to learn faster and enjoy exploring new things. It is hoped that the artificial intelligence learning design through these three applications can help the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic which requires school from home to continue and run smoothly.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a mathematics learning tool based on the guided discovery method in order to improve the problem solving abilities of fourth grade elementary school students. The type of research is development research with the Plomp model which consists of three stages, namely preliminary analysis, prototype development, and assessment. The results showed that the learning device was declared to be very valid with a score of 3.67, very practical with a score of 97.3, and effective with an average student learning outcome assessment of 76.23 and was above the KKM. Thus, this Mathematics learning tool with the Guided Discovery Model is highly recommended and suitable for use in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research is an analytical research that aims to describe the knowledge of flood disaster mitigation students of elementary school teacher education FKIP Riau University. This research is an analytical research using descriptive quantitative research. The subjects of this study were fifth semester students of Elementary School Teacher Education FKIP Riau University. knowledge test about flood disaster mitigation which consists of 12 essay questions. The data analysis technique used by the researcher in this analytical study is descriptive statistical calculation technique in the form of calculating knowledge test scores 1-4 with very good, good, sufficient and poor categories, then calculating the percentage value of each knowledge. The results of the overall student disaster mitigation knowledge assessment showed an average of 74.41% in the good category. The results of knowledge based on four indicators are each in the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Sungai Pinang after the implementation of the index card match strategy with the help of three-dimensional significant media is complete. The research method used was quasi-experimental. The sampling technique of the population uses a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique in this research is using a test. The steps of the analysis technique in this study are normality test and z test with an average post-test value of 72. Based on the results of the z test value, the obtained  = 2.38 this result is compared with  = 1.64 at a significant level 5%, namely 2.38 > 1.64, so it can be concluded that the average student learning outcomes after applying the index card match strategy assisted by three-dimensional media in science learning for class V SD Negeri 2 Sungai Pinang is significantly completed.  This study aims to determine the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Sungai Pinang after the implementation of the index card match strategy with the help of three-dimensional significant media is complete. Abstract

The background of the research is the low critical thinking ability of students. For this reason, the development of test questions based on critical thinking skills in Natural Science learning in Class V Elementary School was carried out. The type of research used is research and development with a 4-D model consisting of define, design, development, and disseminate stages. The feasibility aspect of the test questions was validated by 2 material experts and 1 linguist. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire and test questions. Data analysis using ANATES V4 software with 20 5th grade elementary school students as respondents. The results of material validation obtained a score of 78.59% (very valid) and language validity with a score of 80% (very valid). The results showed that the test questions developed were valid and suitable for use in elementary schools. While the results of practicality show that the test questions have been able to improve students' ability to think critically.
