PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR TEMATIK TERPADU BERBASIS MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING DI KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR Silviana Nasrul

This research is motivated importance of developing an integrated thematic teaching materials that can increase a student's progress in learning .. To overcome these problems it is necessary to find a solution in the form of the development of teaching . This solution is realized in the form of developing an integrated thematic teaching on problem based learning model is valid , practical , and effective . Designed teaching materials is a book teacher and student books .This type of research is the development of research using a model 4-D: the definition define, design, developing and disseminate. The results obtained, validation of lesson plan gained an average of 3.6 in the category of very valid. Validation of teaching materials gained an average of 3.8 with very valid category. At this stage of the practicalities, the result that has practical teaching materials to be used. The use of integrated thematic teaching materials can enhance the activity and student learning outcomes. The student’s learning achievement reached 78,6%. The research finding shows that the integrated thematic teacher material is valid, practical, and effective to be used as one of the teaching materials in the fourth grade of elementary school. Learning activities in primary schools are still dominated by teachers, consequently the students' critical thinking skills are low. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation and improvement of students' critical thinking skills on the characteristics of wake up flat by using Contextual teaching and learning model. The results showed an improvement in the observation of students' critical thinking skills as well as aspects of teachers and students. The students' critical thinking ability in cycle I was 69 and increased in cycle II to 86. The result of observation of student aspect in cycle I was 76.75% with good qualification, and increased in cycle II to 92% with excellent qualification. It was concluded that, Contextual Teaching And Learning model can improve students' mathematical critical thinking ability.Keywords: critical thinking skills; Contextual Teaching And Learning model

This research departs from the low writing of the narrative of the fourth grade students of the SD Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. The low writing result is caused by learning method and instructional media used by the teacher. The purpose of this research is to describe the result of learning to write student narrative by using animated picture media. The research approach used is qualitative and quantitative approach. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of the study were teachers and fourth grade students of SD Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. The result of the research shows that there is an increase of students' narrative writing result from cycle I average score 69, 8 with 65% completeness to 75,4 with completeness 85%. This increase occurs because of an animated image that matches the character of fourth grade students of elementary school.Keywords: narrative text, animated picture media, elementary school

The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of the social studies learning process by using a cooperative model of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 05 Alang Rambah Pesisir Selatan. This study uses a type of classroom action research with quantitative and qualitative approaches, this study consisted of II cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques are observation, tests and documentation. While the research instruments are observation sheets, test sheets and documents. The results of research from each cycle that was carried out showed an increase in the learning process. In planning the first cycle the average is 74.5% in the second cycle increased to 96.42%. In the implementation of learning on aspects of the teacher the first cycle the average is 78.5% and in the second cycle increased to 96%. Learning aspects of students in the first cycle were 78.5% and in the second cycle increased to 96%. On the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle the average was 66.68% and the second cycle increased to 81.36%. Thus it can be concluded that the use of the cooperative model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) can improve the social studies learning process.Keywords: Cooperative Model Type Teams Games Tournament (TGT), IPS

PERSEPSI MAHASISWA PGSD TERHADAP IMPLEMENTASI KKNI DI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MEDAN Faisal Faisal

This study aims to describe the perception of PGSD students on the implementation of KKNIbased curriculum at Medan State University (Unimed). The research study focused on the implementation of 6 KKNI tasks, namely: routine task, Critical Book Report (CBR), Critical Journal Review (CJR), idea engineering, project, and mini research. This research is a descriptive quantitative research, by taking sample of research from Unimed student of PGSD as much as 240 people. Data were collected by using observation and questionnaire, then analyzed by using descriptive statistic. Outcomes resulting from the results of this study include: (1) research reports that contribute to the direction of policy courses and faculty in running KKNI in the future, (2) national journals with ISSN online that contribute to the development of science, especially related with the implementation of KKNI in Higher Education, and (3) recommendation of institutional policy toward the implementation of KKNI in the future. The result of the research shows that the perception of PGSD students on the implementation of KKNI is 3.33 (83.25%) with Good category. That is, PGSD students have a good perception on the implementation of KKNI in Universitas Negeri Medan. Keywords : perception, PGSD, curriculum, KKNI

EFEKTIVITAS CAPAIAN KOMPETENSI BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SAINS DI SEKOLAH DASAR Yanti Fitria

This study aimed to describe effecitivity of the learning outcome IPA using inquiry method. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR). Research procedures conducted through four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach. Subjects were teachers and students of fourth class in elementary school 08 Padang City. Data was obtained from the results of observations and test results of learning. The research was conducted by two cycles and each cycle consisting of two meetings. The results of the research that has been conducted every cycle seen an increasein the average value of student learning outcomes are: (a) the cognitive aspects of 75 to 93, (b) the affective aspects of 74 to 95, and (c) psychomotor aspects from 76 to 94. It can be concluded that the CAR using the inquiry method can improve learning outcomes of science fourth grade students of fourth class in the state elementary school 08 Padang City.Key words: Learning competency; science learning; inquiry method

This study aims to develop a value-based teaching material for Citizenship Education (PKn) together with the local wisdom of the Minangkabau community to build the national character of the fifth grade students of Elementary School. The research conducted is research and development with the ADDIE research model which is an acronym in English from the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. By participating in the development stage of the ADDIE model, teaching material development is carried out by combining the values of togetherness found in the local wisdom of the Minangkabau community in a single unit of learning material. Data obtained from the validation of teaching materials, classroom learning practices, and the effectiveness of learning from student learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that the development of Pkn teaching materials based on the values of togetherness of the Minangkabau community has been successfully carried out based on data on the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of teaching materials in learning in Class V of Elementary School.Keywords: Development Research, Minangkabau, PKn, SD Togetherness Value.

PENGGUNAAN MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS DI KELAS III SEKOLAH DASAR Nasrul Nasrul

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fakta bahwa aktivitas dan pencapaian siswa pada ilmu-ilmu sosial yang masih rendah. Fakta ini disebabkan oleh, misalnya, penggunaan metode pengajaran yang konvensional oleh guru. Melalui tindakan penelitian menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif jenis STAD, ingin posisi siswa di tengah panggung. Hal ini disebut sebagai siswa pusat pembelajaran. Tujuan dari studi adalah untuk menggambarkan peningkatan kegiatan dan prestasi siswa pada ilmu-ilmu sosial yang menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif jenis STAD. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa, sebagai hasil penelitian, ada kegiatan peningkatan dari 52,8% (siklus pertama) ke dalam 82% (kedua siklus) di sisi guru. Angirovement dibuat dari 68% (siklus saya) ke 93% (siklus II), di samping siswa, peningkatan dari 61% (siklus saya) menjadi 86% (siklus II). Peningkatan prestasi dibuat dari 67,57% (siklus saya) into74, 5% (siklus II). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa belajar ilmu-ilmu sosial melalui pembelajaran kooperatif jenis STAD bisa meningkatkan siswa aktivitas dan prestasi di kelas tiga SD N 16 Tanjung Aur, Padang.Kata kunci: Aktivitas pembelajaran kooperatif, STAD USAGE OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL TYPE STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION TO INCREASE ACTIVITY AND STUDENT LEARNING RESULTS OF IPS LEARNING IN CLASS III ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AbstractThis research was conducted based on the faet that the students’ activity and achievement on social studies were still low. The faet was caused by, for example, the use of conventional teaching method by the teacher.Through action research of using cooperative learning model of STAD type, the asited wanted to position the students in the center stage. It’s called as students center learning. The purpose of the study was to describe the improvement of the students’ activity and achievement on social studies using cooperative learning of STAD type. The Result of data analysis showed that, as the research result, there was activity improvement from 52,8% (first cycle) into 82% (second cycle) on the side of teacher. The angirovement was from 68% (Cycle I) into 93% (cycle II), on the side of students, the improvement was from 61%(cycle I) into 86% (cycle II). The achievement improvement was from 67,57% (cycle I) into74,5% (cyle II). It can be concluded that the learning of social studies through the use of cooperative learning of STAD type could improve the students’ activity and achievement at third SD N 16 Tanjung Aur, Padang.Keywords: Cooperative Learning, STAD, Activity

The purpose of this study was to describe the promotive and preventive benefits of the BPJS program for the health maintenance of elementary school students in the working area of Belimbing Puskesmas. This type of research is qualitative descriptive with data validity test with ktriangulasi technique and data analysis technique using interactive analysis model from Miles and Huberman. The findings of this study indicate that the promotive benefits of health promotion are done by displaying banners, pamphlets, stickers and leaflets. Information provided such as TB alert, dengue alert, and the dangers of smoking. Preventive benefits are undertaken in an attempt to prevent, avoid or reduce the risk of adverse outcomes of the disease, through immunization and diphtheria injections for all primary school children. This study aims to explain the improvement of experimental report writing skills using a scientific approach in thematic learning in class IV SD Negeri 15 Ulu Gadut, Pauh District, Padang City. This study uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, consisting of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting on each cycle. The subject of the study consisted of 36 teachers and students of SDU 15 Ulu Gadut, Pauh City, Padang. The results showed that: the application of the scientific approach to learning to write experimental reports was able to: motivate students to learn to write in real terms because they collected their own data from the object or phenomenon of the experiment that would be written; students feel challenged to explore their curiosity about natural phenomena; please students because they feel proud to be able to participate in writing activities; arouse students' writing interest because they can publish the results of their experiments in writing.Keywords: report writing, thematic, scientific
