Abstract

Abstract To improves a child's intelligence, it can be started from knowing the advantages possessed by children in the aspect of multiple intelligences by exploring the interests and talents of children as early as possible to develop optimally. At TK Widya Bhakti it is difficult to know the interests and talents of students because of the unavailability of assessment equipment. Therefore a study was conducted using a web-based application called AMIBA that can be used to determine the interests and talents of these students. The method used in this study is the Certainty Factor method that can measure the level of certainty. The results showed that this application can assess the interests and talents possessed by each student.

Abstract

Handling Infrastructure and Public Facilities (PPSU) are officers formed in 2015 by Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, the Governor of DKI Jakarta at the Kelurahan level. The assessment carried out by Munjul Kelurahan is currently still subjectively subject to a section by the Head of the Economy and Development Section and there are no clear and detailed parameters in determining workers' assessments. So that it can result in non-transparent PPSU performance evaluation The application of decision support systems in the assessment of PPSU work performance will provide a structured assessment. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The concept of this method is to look for a performance rating (priority scale) on each alternative in all attributes. The calculation can determine the best PPSU accurately to make PPSU recruitment decisions every year.

Abstract

Information on the list of seminar events and seminar registration which is still done manually results in limited information access being given to the seminar participants, besides the data processing process carried out by the committee becomes less effective and efficient. To solve these problems, an online computerized information system is needed that can provide information related to seminar participant registration, data management, and seminar events. With the implementation of this system, it is expected to facilitate access to information about the seminar event schedule and reduce the risk of recording errors in seminar participant registration. This system is also expected to further accelerate the process of making reports which in turn can help the performance of the seminar committee. The research method used is a survey method involving certain people, especially students. Whereas the system development method (SDLC) is carried out using the waterfall method.

Abstract

Digital wallet services adequately provide many benefits to their users. However, not all users of digital wallet services have a favourable opinion of the service. Therefore, online transportation service companies need to carry out an analysis to determine general sentiment towards their products. The Naïve Bayes Classifier method represents a simple, fast method with excellent accuracy and performs comparatively well for classifying data. However, the Naïve Bayes Classifier method assumes that the attributes are independent, so it can cause the accuracy to be less than optimal. This study aims to improve the accuracy of the Naive Bayes classification for classifying public opinion on digital wallet services using Particle Swarm Optimization. This study manages data from Twitter as much as 490 tweet data. The test results with the confusion matrix and ROC curves show an increase in the accuracy of the Naïve Bayes Classifier method for the Dana digital wallet from 60.00% to 91.67% and the iSaku digital wallet from 53.23% to 85.00%. The T-test and ANOVA test results show that the test results of both classification methods provide significant differences in the accuracy value.

Abstract

The level of competition and demands for higher business quality encourage the company to develop in all sectors to achieve company goals, including the banking sector, which has main business processes, one of which is serving customers in the account opening process. Therefore, this study conducted a business process analysis to open a Simpedes savings account and then build a more optimal business process improvement engineering. Business process engineering by conducting business process analysis using the BPMN standard, value-added analysis, flow analysis, and simulation using the Bizagi Modeler software. Based on the simulation at Level 2-Time Analysis, the existing business process takes 52 minutes to complete 22 activities. Meanwhile, business process improvement only takes 19 minutes for 16 account opening activities. According to the accumulated calculations, the simulation results on the Level 3-Resource Analysis business process improvement with the implementation of writing pad procurement and the raw material utilization will increase by 13,23%. The costs incurred at the beginning will be significant but have long-term benefits so that the results of business process engineering show better improvements in terms of time and cost that companies can use as business process optimization recommendations.

Abstract

Considering the need for cars in big cities is increasing and the price of 4-wheeled vehicles is relatively expensive, used cars are a good alternative solution to offer. But in business we cannot just buy stock for a car showroom, for example, especially with a limited budget, car showroom entrepreneurs must do a thorough analysis to save the budget to open a showroom and prevent losses. This article helps open the car showroom to determine which cars are suitable as stock to be displayed in the showroom with the parameters of buying, maintenance, doors, boot lugs, and safety. That predicted using 1728 artificial neural network methods data obtained from the UCI repository with a fairly high degree of accuracy that is equal to 98.26%. This is quite efficient compared to the showroom owner who must conduct a survey in advance and ask 1 per 1 person to survey the interest in receiving a car.

Abstract

Exchanging information does not realize that is important information. Circulates often important information insignificant but such as account bank customer information. The threat of security to information such as interruption, interception, modification, and fabrication. Thefts of information data by irresponsible parties. This research aims to secure information data in the form file digital image to be inserted with a secret message on building application for a secret message security system in the Bank with applying steganography using the End Of File (EOF) method. Steganography application capable of inserting secret messages in digital image data files. The results of the research can keep the existence of the message hidden. When other people receive image files, they can only see the images with the naked eye. So all messages are invisible and will not be read for hackers or other people before knowing the security side and open of password or reading the secret message.
