RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTIVATION WITH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTThe purpose of this research was to re-analyze the use of the learning approach of Realistic Mathematic Education in increasing the learning outcome of an elementary school student. The research method was a meta-analysis. The research began with formulated the problem and then collect exiting research data that was already though Google Scholar. The research data found 9 articles and 2 mini-thesis from the relevant Repository. The research results from the researcher were analyzed by quantitative comparison methods. Base on the results of the analysis, that learning approach of Realistic Mathematics Education could improve student’s learning from the lowest 21,33% to the highest 61,09% and the mean was 32,22%.

IMPLEMENTATION OF MANAGEMENT BOARDING IN FORMING CHARACTERS OF STUDENTS AT AL-AZAMI ISLAMIC JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, CIANJURThis research aims to find out how the implementation of Boarding management in shaping Islamic character in Al-Azami Islamic Intermediate Fullday and Boarding School Cianjur. The research method was field research with qualitative research. Data collection techniques are done by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Testing the validity of the data using source triagulation techniques. The results of this research indicate that by looking at the concept of Boarding management in shaping Islamic character in the Al-Azami Islamic Intermediate Fullday and Boarding School Cianjur has a significant impact on the objectives of Islamic character education in students personalities by instilling a sense of love and family that is instilled by the leadership to all educators and students, so its build the right attitude of responsibility, obedience, and a sense of family from students in Al-Azami Islamic Intermediate Fullday and Boarding School Cianjur, they never have a bad note as a naughty students that usually done among general teenagers, which of course creates anxiety and anxiety among parents, school, and community. From this attitude they succeeded in gaining a number of academic achievements at the Al-Azami Islamic Intermediate Fullday and Boarding School Cianjur students at the sub-district, district, and provincial even level.

APPLICATION OF MULTIMEDIA IN EFFECTIVE LEARNINGThe purpose of this study is to analyze the use of multimedia in learning. The research method is meta-analysis. SCRIPT COOPERATIVE MODEL TO IMPROVE STUDENT ACTIVITY IN PRIMARY SCHOOL This research was conducted using Classroom Action Research. The implementation of research activities is carried out in 2 stages or 2 cycles. The purpose of this study was to increase the activeness of students in elementary schools using a cooperative script model on the sub-theme of Cultural Diversity in the Nation which was applied to grade IV C SDN Gunung Gede, North Bogor District, Bogor City which consisted of 30 students. Research activities were carried out in the Odd Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year. In cycle 1, the learning media used was a popup book. While the learning media used in cycle 2 were hand puppets. The results of this study indicate that the cooperative script model is an effective model to be used in this study. There was a significant change in the average value of activeness between cycle 1 and cycle 2. Based on the results of the learning activities carried out by the researcher, data was obtained that in cycle 1 the average value of student activity was 71 while in cycle 2 it again increased to 92. In addition , in cycle 1 classical completeness was 43% and in cycle 2 classical completeness was 100% where all students scored above the KKM. The difference in classical completeness is 57%. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the cooperative script model is an effective model that can be applied in this study. In addition, the use of cooperative script learning models can increase student activeness from the assessment cycle 1 to cycle 2

PROBLEM BASED LEARNING WITH A MIND MAP STRATEGY ON ECOSYSTEM MATERIALS TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMESThis study aims to describe the improvement of student cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning outcomes in ecosystem material, teacher and student learning activities, and student responses in the learning process using the Problem Based Learning model with mind map strategies. The study was conducted at Cianjur District PGRI Pagelaran Junior High School. This study involved 29 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class. The research method used was quasi-experimental with only test post design design. Data collection techniques use multiple choice tests for cognitive learning outcomes, questionnaires for affective students care about the environment, and product evaluation and performance for psychomotor. The results of the study using the problem based learning model with mind map strategies can improve the cognitive learning outcomes of students with a significance value of 0,000 0,05, students' caring attitude towards the environment includes a good category with a percentage of 83%, student skills in making mind maps including medium and high with the percentage of 61% and 39% respectively, and student discussion skills included sufficient and good categories with a percentage of 33% and 67% respectively. Learning with problem based learning models with mind map strategies provides opportunities for students to find solutions to the problems given. Problem based learning with mind map strategies can improve student cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning outcomes.

INCREASING ACTIVITY AND LEARNING OUTCOMES OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS ON LESSONS OF GEOMETRY WITH FOLDING PAPER PROPSThis study aims to determine the increase in activity and student learning outcomes, describe the process of increasing student activity and learning outcomes, and measure the magnitude of the increase in activity and learning outcomes in the lessons of building space. The use of folding paper props in class IV SD Negeri Lawang Gintung 2 Bogor City year 2019/2020 lessons. This research is a Classroom Action Research by providing action on research subjects in two learning cycles. The results of this study indicate that using folding paper props can be a fun variation of learning for students so that it is proven to improve student learning outcomes. Before using folding paper props the learning outcomes of students only reached an average value of 64.25 then an increase occurred after using folding paper props to 76.34 in cycle 1 and 97.24 in cycle 2. So it can be concluded that the use of props folding paper is very popular with students and there is an increase in student learning outcomes. Therefore the researchers suggest that the use of folding paper props be socialized and used as an alternative in learning mathematics in schools

INCREASING ACTIVITY AND LEARNING OUTCOMES OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS ON LESSONS OF COLLAGE WITH VIDEO MEDIAThis study aims to determine the increase in activity and student learning outcomes, describe the process of increasing student activity and learning outcomes, and measure the magnitude of the increase in activity and learning outcomes in the Collage material using video learning media for Cultural Arts and Crafts in grade IV SD Negeri Lawang Gintung 2, Bogor City. 2019/2020 school year. This research is a Classroom Action Research by providing action on research subjects in two learning cycles. The results of this study indicate that using video media on collage material for learning cultural arts and crafts can be a fun variation of learning for students so that it is proven to improve student learning outcomes. Before using video media on the learning collage material for Cultural Arts and Crafts, the learning outcomes of students only reached an average value of 68.44 then an increase occurred after using video media to 80.54 in cycle 1 and 98.14 in cycle 2. So it can be concluded that the use of video media in the learning collage material for Cultural Arts and Crafts is very popular with students and there is an increase in student learning outcomes. Therefore, the researcher suggests that the use of video media in the learning collage material for Cultural Arts and Crafts be socialized and used as an alternative in learning Cultural Arts and Crafts in schools.

CONTRIBUTION OF DISCIPLINE ATTITUDES TOWARD STUDENT LEARNING INDEPENDENCE IN PRIMARY SCHOOLSThe research objective is to examine the contribution of disciplinary attitudes to learning outcomes indirectly through student independence. Type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of the study with a disciplined attitude, simultaneously contribute to independence. Partially, the attitude of discipline and learning facilities does not directly contribute to learning outcomes and indirectly contribute positively through independence. Partially, discipline affects independence by 4.28%. Learning facilities affect independence by 16.73%.

DEVELOPING ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTIVE LEARNING IN BASIC SCHOOLSThis study aims to produce competency-based assessment instruments in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects that are needed in learning subjects in elementary schools. This study uses a Research and Development (RD) approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, test, observation and limited circle discussion. The population in this study were teachers in the Cluster 8 Teacher Working Group, North Bogor District. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained through construct validity using expert judgment and respondent validation. The data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that in general the assessment system in the Cluster 8 Teacher Working Group in North Bogor District can be categorized as good, including: (1) The antecedents aspect (assessment planning) can be categorized as good. This is indicated by the average score based on the teacher's questionnaire of 2.93 from a maximum score of 4. (2) The aspects of transactions (assessment implementation) can be categorized as good. This is indicated by the average score obtained based on student questionnaires and teacher questionnaires of 3.11 from a maximum score of 4. (3) The outcomes aspect (follow-up) can be categorized as good. This is indicated by the average score acquisition based on student questionnaires and teacher questionnaires of 2.82 from a maximum score 4. The percentage of content / material validity of the instrument product is 93.45%, the percentage of the value of the validity of the instrument product design is 84.76%, very category. valid, the practicality percentage of the assessment instrument is very practical with an average value of 84.86%, the percentage of product practicality based on student responses is 82.74% with the practical category. This development research produces an instrument for assessing student learning outcomes in science learning that is valid and practical so that it can be used as a tool for evaluating or assessing student learning outcomes that is accurate in cognitive aspects. It is recommended for teachers to apply instrument products for assessment of student learning outcomes in each assessment process, such as during mid-semester and semester exams and other examinations periodically.

PRACTICUM AS A MEDIA FOR PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCY PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERSTeacher problems will be increasingly complex, where teachers must have competence in dealing with technological developments. Responding to technological challenges has become the basis of human life. Prepare students who are qualified and able to compete globally, and master technology. The research objective was to improve the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers through practicum training. The activities in this study consisted of diagnosis, action planning, action taking and action evaluation. Data collection techniques using observation techniques. The observation instrument used was a teacher's ability assessment tool in the form of: 1) learning media development instrument, 2) teacher ability assessment instrument in compiling lesson plans. The data analysis used was a comparative descriptive analysis technique. The quantitative data obtained are described in the form of words or explanations. Then the data comparison was carried out to ensure that there was an increase in the ability of teachers to increase the ability of teachers to develop learning media and prepare lesson plans. The results showed that the practicum can improve a) the ability of elementary school teachers to develop learning media by 27.8%. b) Increasing the ability of elementary school teachers in preparing lesson plans by 39.7%, the findings were successful. From the t-test results, it was found that there were significant differences. This means that understanding of concepts and Science Process Skills (SPS) increases after the teacher experiences the practical learning process of science learning material in practicum. From the results, the average value of conceptual understanding increased from 62.42 to 86.68 and the average value of science process skills increased from 56.19 to 87.86. 94% of teachers responded positively, namely agreeing and strongly agreeing that the science learning process with practicum can improve science process skills and understanding of subject matter for elementary teachers.
