Abstract

This research aims to study the independent variable (employee engagement) that affects employee performance in a positive and significant way. The questionnaire used in this research is a questionnaire that has been adapted to the theory of analysis used. The overall statement in the questionnaire is a favorable statement with 13 respondents who are all employees of D-3 Program in Faculty of Economics of Islamic University of Indonesia (UII). The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that employee engagement variable influence employee performance with a positive, but not significant way. It can be seen from the results of the F-test that shows Fcount<Ftabel (6.15 <8.81) and shown by the value of coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.969. The result of t-test gives all factors in employee engagement variable does not affect employee performance variable and collaborate factor is not dominant factor influence employee performance, whereas convey factor has the biggest influence to employee performance according to coefficient value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of advertising in print media, electronic media, and social media to consumer decisions in choosing Telkomsel cellular operators, the magnitude influence of each independent variable and the most dominant variable influence the consumer decisions. This study explains the relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. The data collection method in this research is survey with questionnaire tools. Population in this research is all of the consumer of Telkomsel cellular operator. The quantity of sample used in this research is 40 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis in this research indicate that the variables of print media, electronic media, and social media influence to consumer decisions. The magnitude of influence of print media is 7%, electronic media 27.7%, and social media 41.1%. The most dominant influence of the variable is the print media variable.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and analyze product development strategy and product innovation of Green Tea Cap Pohon Kurma. The descriptive method with a qualitative approach is a type of research used by researchers. The purpose of this research can be described the actual situation in accordance with reality, digging, and analyzing more deeply related to product development strategy and product innovation by using observation, interview, and documentation in data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the process of product development should be done proactively to pay attention to financial performance of company (financial performance) so that what is expected by consumer in market can also fulfill the expectation from shareholders (stockholders).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of fundamental factors of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Total Assets Turn Over toward stock of total return on PT Elnusa, Tbk in 2009-2015. The empirical purpose is to test the signalling theory empirically through the four variables toward stock of return. Data that used in this study was obtained from secondary quantitative interim consolidated quarterly reports of companies. The multiple regression technique is used to test the effects of CR, DER, NPM, and TATO toward the stock of total return.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in the market reaction, as measured by abnormal returns and trading volume activity in the period before and after the announcement of the increase in the BI Rate. This study uses event study research design, observation period were 10 days before and 10 days after the event. The populations in this study were all members of LQ45 companies. The study sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection is the documentation. The variables of this study are the abnormal return and trading volume activity. The analysis used in this study is different test paired sample t-test. Based on the research results, the stock market reaction test showed no significant difference between the average abnormal return before and after the announcement of the increase in the BI Rate. While testing the reaction by using the average trading volume activity indicators showed a significant difference between the periods before and after the announcement of the increase in the BI Rate.

Abstract

Employee of UPTD PKB Dinas Perhubkominfo Kabupaten Sleman in providing services of motor vehicle testing must meet the criteria as contained in the SK MENPAN No.63/2003 covering six criterias that are service procedure, service time, service cost, service product, infrastructure, and competence of service provider. Consumer satisfaction of the application of motor vehicles testing measured with five characteristics, that are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of this research indicate that performance of employee in service will support organizational performance significanly (Z-test). The variables of organizational performance (service procedure, service time, service cost, service product, infrastructure, and competence of service provider) have an effect to increase consumer satisfaction of the application of motor vehicles test, partially (t-test) and also simultaneously (F-test). In this research, the dominant effect of customer satisfaction to organizational performance is infrastructure.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to describe the effect of job insecurity on job satisfaction and demographic aspects as moderator variables. Demographics such as gender and age of past research showed that women have a higher job insecurity than men and also with age, the less employees feel a threat to their jobs. Quantitative methods through a survey used in this study. The results showed that job insecurity influence on job satisfaction, gender and age moderated the effect of job insecurity on job satisfaction.
