Kemiri is a village in Malang located on the border of the District Malang with Pasuruan region. Most of the people are farmers lading and maintain dairy cows as their daily work. Impurities cause waste that pollute the environment in the form of odor and contaminate soil and water. Cow dung Colly contains toxins and bacteria that endanger human health and the environment. The results of the survey team IbM and analysis of problem situations faced by Partner IbM, very urgent and need help are as follows: (1) Waste cow manure Partners cause environmental pollution, (2) Lack of energy for cooking are still using firewood and LPG subsidy (3 Kg) that it is still heavy, (3) Not understanding Biogas manufacturing technology and lack of capital. (4) Expensive and scarce chemical fertilizer in the field, (5) the limitations of materials and equipment manufacture organic fertilizer. On the basis of the measures to solve the problem is (1) Holding Extension of cleanliness, making biogas and organic fertilizer packaging of the pulp biogas (bioslurry), (2) Preparation of tank biogas (digester) type Fixed Dome made of brick or concrete, and their installations and equipment up to the utilization / operations, (3) dry Organic Fertilizer Production packaging 25 Kg of bioslurry. Thus, the target output or outcome in Service program is the biogas as a source of energy / fuel for IBM partners fund and organic fertilizer packaging 25 Kg as a substitute for chemical fertilizers and unnatural.

Plastic bottles have become part of the daily activities, especially in activities relating to packaging of mineral water. The use of plastic bottles for packaging of mineral water is an alternative that is practical and concise, but on the other hand is also harmful to the environment because it adds to discharge garbage plastic bottles. Plastic bottles is not derived from biological compounds, plastic bottles have difficult nature degraded (non - biodegradable) that can contaminate soil, water, sea, and even air. Specific target science and technology community service programs for the community (IBM) are (1) understanding of the technological waste processing machine plastic bottles into plastic pellets, (2) the public's understanding of the plastic bottle waste management, (3) labor absorption and production of plastic pellets more leverage. The program will increase the sale value of plastic garbage that has become plastic pellets, so as to improve the economic welfare of society. Development in the city of Malang is directed to bring the people of Malang City to the welfare that is distributed evenly. This condition is characterized by increasing economic growth, declining unemployment and decreasing the poor in Malang. In addition, it will also lead people to increasingly cultured conditions, with religious-tolerant values marked by an increasing understanding of traditional values, religious values, mutual respect for differences, and the absence of conflict and violence on behalf of SARA in the city of Malang. The objectives of IbW Program are: (1) To identify potential, actual condition / situation, human resources and realistic resources in Klojen Sub-district, Malang City; (2) To formulate the potential of human resources and natural resources so that it can be used as a pre-eminent commodity of the region; (3) Conducting training activities in the framework of technology transfer generated by Higher Education to the community, so that the community has the knowledge and skills in managing the potential around them. Activities were carried out using survey methods, and observations. Meanwhile, to arrange the action program is done through worshop activity with the hope of action program as needed by society. To that end, in this IbW activity the community is involved from program planning, program implementation, utilization of results and evaluation of program implementation. In this way, the action program is a program that fits the needs of the community. In addition, the implementation of community empowerment activities is carried out using field assistance method. Tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum L.) is the most popular vegetables in the world. Softening and decay are the main factors of post-harvest losses caused by microbes Alternaria tenuis marked black spots Microorganisms enter through cracks and sores on the tomatoes. The wholesale vegetable seller group in Karangploso have difficulty when faced with the harvest of vegetables, especially tomatoes, the difficulties encountered when the amount of commodity is plentiful but the buyer is not much. This resulted in a vegetable stock is also abundant that eventually decay so sellers mangalami financial losses. Vegetable wholesaler of Commerce business management IbM1 Partners is managed by the simple management, and with the information by word of mouth for marketing, so marketing results can not be maximized. While partners IbM2 Partners also have the same problem, but it has solutions to problems but is constrained by the science and technology of food processing tomato base material. Specific targets in this program will be used for the public discourse on the utilization of rice straw processed into organic compost, so it may be a breakthrough in order to improve the quality of the soil and also to cost savings for farmers in order to improve the welfare of farmers' lives. Activities in this program saw puti: preparation with the socialization program for data collection and observation of farmers, dissemination and delivery of organic compost machine, machine trials, application of machines in the field and practice of organic composting of rice straw, monitoring / supervision as follow continued sustainability of the program . Tarik Krian Sidoarjo is one of the areas of agricultural technology and the result pemroduk carpentry most reliable and most turnover compared with other regions. Products produced are tools such as the hoe, trowel, sickles, shovels, machetes, bendo and others. However, these efforts have not seen a sign - a sign of progress and development, which means, it is necessary to increase output menajamen improvement.The method used was a demonstration and practice. Information literacy includes a person's knowledge relating to information needs and the ability to identify, locate, evaluate, process, and create and use information to solve existing problems effectively. The type of research used is survey research with qualitative approach. The result of research indicate that based on IDM value, Paseban Village is classified as developing village with value 0,603. The information literacy level of Paseban villagers is still moderate, that is 62,25% of people understand information access, information evaluation is 52,875% and information usage is 40 , 87%. Potential Paseban village is quite diverse ranging from agriculture, livestock and tourism. Suggested recommendation is Improvement of information literacy of Paseban villagers through training and development of information center that provides access to information for the community. Meanwhile, based on data on village potential and IDM indicator, several recommendations are improvement of water drainage to Sadar times, normalization of irrigation channels, provision of public toilets for coastal areas, agricultural training and tool assistance, greening of mangrov, training of SMEs, establishing cooperatives for fishermen and farmers and improvements village Road.

Water is a primary requirement for humans, the process of obtaining it can be done in various ways, one of them is the underground water drilling process. The process of underground water drilling is also done in Sono Tengah. Because it is managed conventionally the water distribution process has not been maximized and in accordance with the expectations of all citizens. The results of initial observation at the drilling site is the need for clean water network arrangement and good administrative governance. Based on these two programs, the IbM program emphasizes the improvement of network and good administrative management system through the utilization of computerized system. Through the utilization of science and technology in the form of rearrangement of existing pipelines is expected to occur the distribution of water to every citizen well and all citizens in Sono Tengah can jointly enjoy the existence of well water drill. Therefore, based on the above fact, maintenance is required periodically and permanently for the continuity of the distribution of clean water. In this case IKIP Budi Utomo as one of the universities in Malang feel care and do one of the tri dharma that is devotion to society and results obtained are expected to be a good cooperation between the community and campus in the form of mutual assistance and coordinate between universities as the printing of scholars and the community as stakeholders.

The study aims at forming larning group and improving students’ learning achievement of the elementary, junior, and senior schools at villages Bandungrejosari and Bakalankrajan Kecamatan Sukun Malang. The study uses quantitative-qualitative descritptive approach. The subjects are 15 local peopleas IbM cooperative partners trained to be learning counseling instructors and (2) 138 elementary , 18 junior, and 14 senior high school students joining with learning group and learning counseling at villages Bandungrejosari and Bakalankrajan kecamatan Sukun Malang. The instruments are observation sheet and test consisting of pretest and posttest. Based on the result achieved, the IbM program got extraordinary encouragement and symphaty from local people, villages, schools, and social leaders. The learning counseling activity was going on for 3 months from September 1 to November 29, 2014. Based on the test analysis, it was found that learning group formation by providing learning counseling could give significant influence which could be shown in that the mean of the posttest was higher than that of pretest for the students of elementary, junior, and senior schools at villages Bandungrejosari and Bakalankrajan kecamatan Sukun Malang.

Science Program for Wiayah (IbW) is intended to empower the community to form Kademangan Sub-district in Probolinggo City which is more advanced, more prosperous and more faithful. This objective will be achieved by empowering communities through the development of science and technology based areas with a planned approach, in which communities are involved in the planning, implementation, evaluation and utilization of results. In particular the IbW Program is: (1) To identify potential, realistic, realistic, real, and realistic human resources, condition, and resources in Kademangan sub-district, Probolinggo Municipality; (2) To formulate the potential of human resources and natural resources so that it can be used as a commodity of superior territory; (3) Conducting training activities in the framework of technology transfer produced by Higher Education to the community. The results of the IbW program are: (1) The socialization of IbW Program with the Local Government of Probolinggo Municipality and the Pohsangit Kidul and Pilang Village Farmer Groups; (2) Counseling on the Benefits and Use of Pesticide Neighbors; (3) Training and practice of Mimba Leaf Processing Becoming Plant Pesticide. The conclusion of the IbW program is that it is very potential to develop bio-pesticide biological agents from neem. To cultivate vegetable pesticides especially from neem by farmers still needed the process and time because farmers are still familiar with chemical pesticides.
