Abstract

This study is regarding the Legalization of the Guardianship of Children Born Out of Wedlock (Case Study in Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Palasa Subdistrict, Parigi Moutong District. Hence, the explanation is based on the problems of (1) What is the guardianship procedure of children born out of wedlock (case study in Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Palasa Subdistrict, Parigi Moutong District)?, (2) What is the legal framework of guardianship of children born out of wedlock (case study in Religious Affairs Office (KUA) Palasa Subdistrict, Parigi Moutong District)?. This research used qualitative research method through observation and in-depth interview as well as documentation study. The data obtained were analyzed through data reduction technique, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion. The results of the study show that: (1). The guardianship procedures of children born from marriage in Religious Affairs Office of Palasa Subdistrict are put through in accordance with the procedures of general marriage. The first step was by registering the date of the marriage covenant with ten days grace period, completing the requirement, i.e., in N1 form, and so on. The family guardian of children born out of wedlock could be held if it meets the marriage requirements even though the parents committed adultery. After the requirements of religion and the national principles are fulfilled, nothing could hinder the biological father from becoming the family guardian in the marriage of daughter born out of wedlock. (2). The legal framework of guardianship of the children born out of wedlock in Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Palasa Subdistrict is based on the regulation of Law Number 1 of 1974 on marriage, the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) article 99 and 103.

Abstract

Since the emergence of veil use in Indonesia, it has always been a hot issue to discuss, such as legal (Syariah) differences (khilafiyah issues), is it cultural or not, and it considered a symbol of radicalization. The most recent discourse is the ban on the use of the veil by the Minister of Religion to be polemic in the society, there are those who support with security reasons, and also those who reject it because they regard it as an expression of religious practice. The discussion about the use of veil became a response to the phenomenon that occurs in the community.

Abstract

This research is the result of a verification study entitled “Effects of love of money, religiosity, and ethical values on the tendency of accounting fraud and idealism as a moderate variable in economics students in Palu. In this research, the researcher used quantitative research method. The data used were primary and secondary data. The research population were students majoring in Economics in Palu. The sampling technique was based on proportional random sampling. The researcher also used multiple regression analysis, different test and residual test. The results of this research showed that variable of love of money, religiosity, and ethical values had an effect on the tendency of accounting fraud, while idealism was not a moderating variable. In addition, there was an idealism difference between female and male students in Palu and there was no difference in the tendency between female and male students in Palu.

Abstract

This research focuses on the role of Al Muhajirin Orphanage in Palu City in building religious character of children reviewed from Islamic law. This research used qualitative research method through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. The data obtained were analyzed using data reduction technique, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1). The caregivers' efforts in building the religious character of children were strongly supported by the situation and condition of Al Muhajirin Orphanage marked by the stay of foster children in the dormitory, so that religious-based character building could be performed optimally. The religious-based character values that were developed including being religious, disciplined, like to read, caring for the environment, responsible, and honest. The implementation of religious-based character formation aims to make a person as a good human being. The forms of implementation of character education are manifested by cultivating the faith, providing guidance, providing good role models, enforcing rules, providing advice, motivation, and conducting supervision (2). Islamic law review of the role of caregiver included educating, teaching, and training. Educating means transmitting and developing the values of life/personality. Teaching means transmitting and developing science and technology. While, training means developing skills in foster children based on QS. Al-Kahfi [18] 66-70. Meanwhile, character building in Islam is the same as moral education and it is also a purification of the soul and character of humans to become righteous humans based on the Quran and hadith.

Abstract

Family is the main educational media for student development, in order to develop their potential both physically and spiritually by optimizing family's environment role as an educational environment. Some of these roles are as follows: paying attention to students' progress, engaging in learning activities, creating a learning atmosphere, providing learning guidance, and providing learning motivation to students. Learning achievement is students’ ability to achieve certain subjects matter according to the curriculum, time, and certain criteria. Student's learning achievement is affected by various factors from outside themselves (external). The achievements are essentially the results of interactions with their environment, which are family environment and school environment as the education center.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the role of parents in fostering children's scientific attitudes in science lessons in the midst of the pandemic situation COVID-19. The method used in this research is a case study, namely the research design used to reveal in more detail and comprehensively the situation of the object being analyzed. In addition, researchers also use qualitative case study methods used to obtain information. The results showed that the planning of planting scientific attitudes by parents was to provide opportunities for children to demonstrate scientific attitudes. The implementation of planting scientific attitudes by showing examples of scientific attitudes, providing positive reinforcement or rewards for students who show scientific attitudes, and providing opportunities for students to show scientific attitudes. The attitudes shown in the indicators of scientific attitudes studied, namely the attitude of curiosity, objective attitudes towards data and sensitive attitudes towards the environment are included in the high quality category in this study. by: (a). the ability of parents who are not sufficient in guiding / accompanying their children to study at home, especially in material that involves the experimental process in the learning process, (b). The teacher's explanation time in online learning is considered by parents to be very short which results in confusion in accompanying children to study at home, (c). inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Technology education is a right for everyone in this world. Therefore, there is no reason to discriminate against technological education especially for women in Indonesia. In the perspective of technology for women, there is a high desire to master technology to enable women to build meaningful interpretations and personal representations. In addition, technology is also useful as a rich and flexible learning tool for women, in this article it is targeted to discuss the importance of technology education and independence to women, especially independence in the family economy. Women who have broader knowledge and more competent economic skills will be more independent, stronger, and will be more successful in carrying out their roles and functions in the family, society, and national development. The level of compatibility between technological values ​​and norms with the values ​​or norms of its users will determine the pattern The use of this technology starts from the value of most of the goods and services of information and communication technology (ICT) which tends to be more masculine, which is one of the causes of the digital divide in technological women.
