Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is for readers to understand the important role of civic education in eliminating the crisis in student character. Because, currently there is a crisis in the character of students in the State of Indonesia. With the change in globalization in the millennial era, it is necessary to question the character of the students in Indonesia. This article is written to describe the role of citizenship education for students in Indonesia in realizing good and smart citizens to live a better life. This shows that with Citizenship Education, there is a great opportunity for this nation to have students with character. The method used in this article is the method of collecting data by means of literature study. This literature study was carried out by collecting data related to problems related to the role of civic education in the millennial era by building the character of students in the State of Indonesia. With the role of civic education, students understand that good character is very much needed in advancing this nation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the three-dimensional media-assisted Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach on learning motivation and student learning outcomes of SDN 112233 Sidorejo. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method. The research hypothesis was tested by using two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with a significance level of 0.05. Furthermore, the homogeneity and normality test were carried out, then the two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test was carried out. Based on the calculation of the ANOVA test shows the value of Fcount (5.609)> Ftable (4.06) then H₀ is rejected Hₐ is accepted with the conclusion that the CTL learning approach is proven to have an effect on mathematics learning outcomes, based on the value of Fcount (33.630)> Ftable (4.06) then H₀ is rejected Hₐ is accepted with the conclusion that students who have learning motivation are proven to have an effect on student learning outcomes and the value of Fcount (1.020) <Ftable (4.06) then H₀ is accepted Hₐ is rejected and the significance value is 0.319> 0.05, with concluded that there is an interaction between CTL approach to student learning motivation and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The rise of narcotics circulation in recent years, has caused many losses not only economic losses but the loss of a generation of people who have lost common sense to become victims of life, even though in a very productive age. Based on this condition, the legal policy taken by the government by making maximum legal sanctions for drug dealers and drug dealers with a maximum sentence of life or death sentence. This writing aims to examine the position and function of scientific testimony on the death penalty for narcotics offenders and the perspective of North Sumatra BNN and North Sumatra Regional Police on scientific testimony on the death penalty for narcotics offenders. The results of this study indicate that the use of scientific testimony in criminal cases will scientifically reveal narcotics criminal cases, so that it can be seen what articles can be applied in narcotics crime cases, that the position and function of scientific testimony against capital punishment for narcotic offenders is as a tool or means to supplement other evidence whether a suspect is indeed eligible for a death sentence or not and also whether or not a recommendation from the results of scientific testimony can change the law enforcement authorities not to impose the death penalty for narcotics offenders depending, whether the investigator or the investigator is willing to use information from the letter of the results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menjelaskan, menganalisis, dan menguraikan mengenai fenomena hijrah pada perempuan muslim kelas menengah di Kota Semarang dan keterkaitannya dengan pilihan politik mereka pada pilpres tahun 2019. metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang berlandaskan filsafat postpositivisme. Data diperoleh melalui pelibatan beragam sumber informasi, yakni wawancara, pengamatan, bahan audiovisual, dokumen dan berbagai laporan yang terkait dengan fenomena hijrah dan politik di kalangan perempuan muslim kelas menegah Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menunjukan, dalam Pilpres tahun 2019 mayoritas kelompok hijrah perempuan di Kota Semarang memberikan suaranya kepada pasangan calon Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno. Dalam momentum Itjima Ulama yang digelar dua kali, para ulama merekomendasikan pasangan ini secara resmi melalui pakta integritas. Selain itu, pasangan ini dianggap merepresentasikan umat karena partai pengusung keduanya yang memiliki kedekatan dan keberpihakan pada kaum ulama. Pada akhirnya, fenomena trend hijrah menunjukan dua hal. Pertama, pengaruh  tokoh publik dan gencarnya gerakan hijrah semakin memperkuat identitas mereka sebagai sebuah kelompok. Kedua, secara lebih lanjut kelompok ini memberikan bukti bahwa hijrah tidak hanya perubahan dalam kehidupan beragama dan bersosial tetapi juga memberi sebuah aksi nyata dalam kontestasi politik skala nasional.Kata Kunci: Hijrah, Kelompok hijrah, Perempuan, dan Pilihan Politik

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the bureaucratic pathology model in the management of honorary staff in Central Mamuju. Some of the indicators used in this study include perceptions of managerial style, violation of legal norms, low knowledge and skills, dysfunctional behavior and internal situations in various government agencies. The research method used is qualitative by using interviews as a means of extracting secondary data. Information is obtained from local governments, namely the education office, regional civil service agencies, financial institutions, council secretariats, hospitals and honorary staff. The results showed that the management of honorary staff in Central Mamuju district still shows bureaucratic pathology. This is evident in the method of recruiting honorary staff, there are still some individuals who still practice nepotism towards the acceptance of honorary staff; the lack of discipline of honorary staff is part of the pathology of the bureaucracy. Furthermore, the discipline of honorary staff in several OPDs is still not effective; found data dissynchronization / administration mall. Data discrepancies between the SK data issued and the data on the amount of wages disbursed by regional finances; the potential for budget fattening due to the absence of data validation from financial institutions on the number of SKs in each OPD with the reality in the field. Several suggestions were given as input to correct deficiencies in the management of honorary staff in Central Mamuju District.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine and understand the form of political mobilization and also the reason of the XTC Indonesia Community Organization in supporting the spouses of candidates Ridwan Kamil and Uu Ruzhanul Ulum in the West Java Governor Election in 2018. This research method uses qualitative approach, data and information obtained through observation method, interview and library method (Library Research). The results of the study concluded that, political mobilization carried out by XTC Indonesia is a gathering of members / cadres who are carried out through a command to be collected, and involved in democratic parties through political participation by mobilizing its members to support the spouse of Ridwan Kamil - Uu Ruzhanul Ulum in the West Java Governor Election Year 2018.

Abstract

Nowadays public service by the state apparatus has become a strategic issue because the level of quality of public service performance will determine the image of the state apparatus itself. The large number of complaints from the public as recipients of services to government agencies, illustrates how poor service quality has been in the past. Like public complaints that are often received due to slow service times and unclear service procedures and costs in resolving cases of traffic violations. On-line traffic violations are intended to overcome various problems related to the implementation of speeding tickets for traffic violations. The research method used in this thesis is analytical descriptive with normative legal research. Data collection techniques in this study use library research techniques as an instrument of document studies. In addition, interviews with informants are also carried out. Data analysis uses analysis qualitatively. The implementation of the synergy of online ticketing public services for the handling of traffic violations starting from the police to the court session stage has implemented the settlement of traffic violations through the sophistication of a computerized system that is connected to the entire BRI ATM network so that the public does not have to go to the prosecutor's office or the court. to solve the problem and without having to attend a court hearing by conducting an electronic payment system or e-commerce.

Abstract

Communication has an important role in human life, since childhood, humans have  communicated through the presence of parents. The role of parents greatly determines the process of developing communication in a child. But not all children are born in a normal state, including those who are blessed with a child with special needs such as autism. Even though every child has the potential in him, if he is not aware and cared for, it causes self-distrust in the child, a slow process of self-development, and some problems that are generally found in children with autistic disorders are in the social and communication aspects that are very lacking or slow . This paper focuses on discussing the model of interpersonal communication in developing the self potential of autistic disorder children. With document study methods that utilize various related research literature, as well as analytical techniques carried out by organizing and reducing data, then categorizing data, formulating to draw conclusions. The results of this paper indicate that many communication models must adapt to the characteristics of autistic disorders experienced by each child.

Abstract

One of the efforts to reduce poverty is through community asset-based empowerment, as has been done by the people of Pentingsari Village, Yogyakarta. Through the Pentingsari Tourism Village program, people who initially relied on income only from agriculture can now be more prosperous through village nature-based tourism management and the social life of village communities. Various development obstacles can be overcome by carrying out development stages. Therefore, the focus of this study is to determine the stages of asset-based empowerment carried out by the people of Pentingsari Village in 2008 - 2018. This study uses a literature study approach. Empowerment in Pentingsari Village shows a relevance to Christopher Dureau's asset-based empowerment theory. In this study, the findings of community asset-based development in Pentingsari Village from 2008-2018 include the six stages of empowerment. The implementation of these six stages has always involved the local community and has brought positive changes to the community. The implementation of the stage of studying and arranging scenarios (define), the stage of uncovering the past (discovery), and the stage of dreaming of the future are carried out continuously, with the role of the pioneer character being more dominant. After that, the asset mapping stage was carried out in a sustainable and sustainable manner, with the asset mobilization stage and the monitoring stage through routine forums attended by community members and village officials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and facilities on boarding rent interest which has an impact on student achievement in Yogyakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the price has a significant effect on interest in lease by 37.0%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.590> 1.984). Facilities have a significant effect on rental interest by 48.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (9.677> 1.984).  Price and facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on rental interest with the regression equation Y = 9.005 + 0.274X1 + 0.514X2 and the contribution of the effect is 55.5%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (60.568> 2,699). Rental interest has a significant effect on student achievement by 39.8%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (8,051> 1,984)
