Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the factors causing disputes in a collaboration, procedures for the resolution of cooperation disputes and settlement through non-litigation procedures. This type of research used in this research is normative legal research with the focus of problems related to how the dispute resolution of cooperation between loading and unloading associations with the labor force loading and unloading effort cooperatives. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the settlement of cooperation disputes between the stevedoring association with the stevedoring labor cooperative can be carried out through litigation and non-litigation procedures.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service system, timeliness and power of buying community against to loyalty using bus transportation services in PT. Atlas.   The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach and uses explanatory research characteristics. Based on the population in this study, the customer for the ticket purchasing service was 778 people. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula as many as 89 people used in this study. Based on the results obtained from this study using partially obtained the value of the service system has a tcount of 6,106> 1,988, punctuality has a tcount of 1,299 <ttable 1,988, while purchasing power has a tcount of 0.043 <ttable 1.988 which means punctuality and purchasing power has no positive and significant effect on service user loyalty at PT. ATLAS Medan, while simultaneously the value of Fcount is (13.451)> Ftable of (3.10) with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the service system, timeliness and purchasing power of the community have a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of transportation service users.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengenai pengaturan penghentian penyidikan, Implikasi yuridis dan Hambatan pelaksanaan penghentian penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakuakn oleh penyidik Polisi di Ditreskrim Polda Sumut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis empiris. Sifat penelitian bersifat deskriptif analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan undang-undang dan konseptual.  Jenis dan sumber data penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh, pengaturan penghentian penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana korupsi mengacu pada KUHAP yang didasari pada tiga alasan, yaitu tidak tedapat cukup bukti, perbuatan tersebut tidak termasuk dan demi hukum. Penghentian penyidikan dalam perkara tindak pidana korupsi dominan karena tidak terdapat cukup bukti. Implikasi   yuridis   terhadap penghentian penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana korupsi karena tidak cukup bukti, maka penghentian penyidikan dapat bersifat sementara ataupun selamanya. Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan penghentian penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana korupsi adalah adanya anggapan dari masyarakat bahwa penghentian penyidikan didasari   pada   penyimpangan   kewenangan   yang   dilakukan   oleh   penyidik. Sehingga, hal ini menjadi hambatan tersendiri bagi penyidik dalam memutuskan penghentian penyidikan terhadap perkara tindak pidana korupsi yang sedang ditanganinya.

Abstract

to 2020, a sample of 160 people was obtained. The results of the validity test obtained 8 invalid items. Based on the research results obtained from respondents the self-concept is classified as very good, the respondent's self-confidence is good and then the respondent's interpersonal communication skills are classified as good. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that self-concept has a significant influence on interpersonal communication skills in the learning process for students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Imam Bonjol University, Padang, so the first hypothesis is accepted, self-confidence has a significant influence on the interpersonal communication skills of the learning process in students, then The second hypothesis is accepted and self-concept and self-confidence variables simultaneously have a significant influence on interpersonal communication skills in the learning process for students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Imam Bonjol University, Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using thread media on students’ perspective drawing result. The population in this study were all the works of class VII students of junior high school Methodist Kabanjahe totaling 180 works from 90 students. Sampling using cluster random sampling technique, obtained a research sample, namely class VII-MATIUS, two stages of action were given, namely initial sampling with the teaching-learning process using image media. Then after that the second sampling was carried out with the teaching and learning process using thread media. Data collection methods used include documentation, observation and testing methods. This research is a quantitative research design with a quasi-experimental research design (Quasi-Experimental Design). Based on the results of the study, the first test score average was 81,37 and the second test score was 89,29. The results of the mean difference test show that the average of the second value is better than the first value. Based on the results of hypothesiss testing with a significance of α=0,5 with dk 58 obtained < = 1,9811. So the results of the hypothesis testing obtained tcount 5,72 >ttable1,9811. So Ho is accepted as well as rejected by Ha, then the conclusion is that there is an influence between the use of thread media on learning outcomes of perspective drawing in VII grade students of junior high school Methodist Kabanjahe.

Abstract

n this study, it is focused on analyzing the political economy policy of the North Sumatra Provincial Government in the Asean Economic Community (AEC) towards Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research was conducted with the aim to see the validity of the ideology of liberalism on the political economy policy of the North Sumatra Provincial Government in the AEC for MSMEs in North Sumatra. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which emphasizes the policy of the Government of North Sumatra Province in the AEC, opportunities and obstacles that arise for MSMEs. The results of this study are expected to be a reference and solution for the Government of the Province of North Sumatra in making policy for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises in running the Asean Economic Community. The resulting political policy is a policy that can take advantage of opportunities and answer the challenges that exist in the AEC. With government political policies that are right on target, they will realize shared development goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human relations on the performance of PT Perkebunan Limbang's employees. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 134 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses Probability Sampling and sample determination is done by random sampling. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done through partial tests (t test) and test coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the regression equation obtained Y = 2.687 + 0.375X1. The value of constant is 2.687 is the value of employee performance before it is influenced by relationships between humans. increased by 0.375. Relations between humans have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Perkebunan Limbang with the results of the t test which is the value of tcount> ttable (5.573> 1.656) and the value of t sig is 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.19 0 or 19.0%. This shows the variable relations between humans affect the performance of employees at PT. Weighing Langsa Plantation is 19.0%, and the remaining 81.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as motivation and compensation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between moral development and prosocial behavior in adolescents. The dependent variable in this study was prosocial behavior and the independent variable Moral Development. The population in this study were all students of class X SMK Ki Hajar Dewanatara Kotapinang, amounting to 392 samples in this study as many as 70 students / I of Ki Hajar Dewantara college Kotapinang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Measuring instruments used are the Moral Development scale and Prosocial Behavior scale using a Likert scale. Data management in this study uses Pearson product moment correlation techniques. The results of the study showed a correlation of 0.825 with p <0.000, this means there is a significant positive correlation between moral development and prosocial behavior. This means that the better the moral development, the higher the prosocial behavior, on the contrary the worse the moral development is the prosocial behavior. The determinant coefficient of the correlation is R2 = 0.681, which means that moral development contributes effectively to prosocial behavior by 68%, while the remaining 31.9%. mood. The hypothetical mean in this study for the moral development variable was 65 and for the prosocial behavior variable was 65. The empirical mean for moral development was 86.86 and the prosocial behavior was 85.51.

Abstract

Organizational culture is one of the factors that differentiate the performance results of a company. Organizational culture is proposed to employees as the way a job is done. National and social culture of a country influences organizational culture, based on the Hofstede’s and Trompeneaar’s model, there are dimensions of community culture that influence and shape the values and norms of a founder, employees, and customers of a company. Performance is the result of an employee's ability coupled with effort and support. The ability of an influential person is influenced by talent and interest, while effort is influenced by motivation, incentives and work patterns. The importance of organizational culture on employee performance has two research views. Some researchers consider that organizational culture has no significant effect on performance, while some studies prove that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture that is found in many Indonesians organizational culture is a hierarchical culture, which focuses on control and stability associated with the bureaucratic system. So that this becomes one of the factors, where organizational culture is not a determining factor for improving performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigated the relationship between emotional intelligence, social support and occupational stress at H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan. The approach used to this study is quantitative correlational. The study participants were 132 of resident doctors of three departement: surgical, obgyn, and anesthesia. They were selected, making use of total sampling technique. The participants were administrated three questionnaires: emotional intelligence questionnaire, social support questionnaire, and occupational stress questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis was applied as a statistical test to analyze the data. According to results revealed coefficient Freg = 9,682 ( p < 0,05 ). The findings revealed that there was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence,  social  support  and  occupational stress at H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan. The value of emotional intelligence and occupational stress amounts to -0,184 ( p < 0,05 ), it shows that as a emotional intelligence increase, occupational stress will decrease. Subsequently, The value of social support and occupational stress amounts to -0,268 ( p < 0,05 ), it shows that as a social support increases, occupational stress also will decrease.
