This study aimed to analyze the Patient Satisfaction of Outpatient Services in Azra Hospital 2019. The research method used descriptive method with the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. This study produced a description of the characteristics of respondents who visited the Azra Bogor Hospital as listed in table 4.1. The results showed that the largest respondents aged <from 40 years, 100 respondents (74.1%). the majority of respondents were female, 104 respondents (77%). Most respondents have a higher education background, 77 respondents (57%). Most respondents were unemployed, 73 respondents (54.1%) and most respondents paid services without insurance / non-BPJS, 107 respondents (79.3%). Based on the 5 dimensions studied, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, Azra Hospital showed very good service with an average patient satisfaction rate of 94%. this is in accordance with the quality standard of patient services which is 90%

Abstract

The head is an examination that is often done at each hospital, especially Posterior Anterior projection. The quality of the results of a good picture of contrast, density and detail are needed so that the exposure factor will be very influential on the head examination. The study was conducted at Al Islam Hospital in Bandung using the head phantom. Variations in kV and mAs in this study were AP projections with 64 kV and 11.2 mAs, AP schemes with 72 kV and 14.2 mAs, AP heads with 80 kV and 12.6 mAs, AP heads with 88 kV and 14, 2 mAs and AP head radiographs with 96 kV and 16.0 mAs. The maximum exposure factor value on the head phantom in anteroposterior projections based on the data is that the respondent's value has changed and only one is the same or similar from the respondent's perspective, the use of kV 64 and mAs 11.2 has a density value of the ten respondents by 94%, the value of in contrast to the ten respondents by 68%, the sharpness value of the ten respondents by 74%, and the detailed value of the ten respondents by 74%. In the use of kV 72 and mAs 14.2, the density value of the ten respondents was 42%, the contrast value of the ten respondents was 44%, the sharpness value of the ten respondents was 38%, and the retail value of the ten respondents was 38%. The use of kV 80 and mAs 12.6 has a density value of the ten respondents of 56%, the contrast value of the ten respondents by 44%, the sharpness value of the ten respondents by 40%, and the retail value of the ten respondents by 40%. In the use of kV 88 and mAs 14.2, the density value of the ten respondents was 78%, the contrast value of the ten respondents was 64%, the sharpness value of the ten respondents was 64%, and the retail value of the ten respondents was 64%. In the use of kV 96 and mAs 16.0, the density value of the ten respondents was 78%, the contrast value of the ten respondents was 76%, the sharpness value of the ten respondents was 64%, and the retail value of the ten respondents was 80%. According to the evaluation of the ten respondents expose at Al Islam Hospital Bandung, the results of the first radiograph with the exposure factor kV 64 and mAs 11.2 had the highest value. And the lowest index value of each respondent is the exposure factor kV 72 and mAs 14.2.

Abstract

The development of fine motors is a child’s ability to observe something and to do muscular movements. The ability of fine motors on children can be developed by giving simulations such as arranging puzzles, cutting, drawing, writing, finger painting, and so on. Lacks of simulations can cause children to have interferences in concentrating when the child has been being in a primary school that will lead to cognitive problems. The Purpose of this study was to recognize the influences of finger paintings towards the developments of preschoolers’ fine motors in the Pre-Kindergartens of Al Hijrah and Smart Sidoluhur, Godean district, Sleman. This study uses the Quasi Experimental with Non Equivalent Control Group Design method. The populations of the study are the preschoolers of Al Hijrah and Smart Pre-Kindergartens Sidoluhur village, Godean district in which the samples each consists of 16 preschoolers. The data are analyzed by using the Independent T-Test. The experimental group was given the finger painting simulations and the controlling group was given the puzzle simulations. The Results: Evenly the developments of the fine motors, after they were given interventions, increase both in the finger painting simulations (sig 0.000) and the puzzle simulations (sig 0.002). The finger paintings increase the developments of fine motors towards preschoolers more than the puzzle simulations with the total different score 1.000 (sig 0.007). Conclusions: There is some influences of finger paintings towards the developments of preschoolers’ fine motors.

This type of research is an observational study with cross sectional data collection methods. Bivariate analysis used in this study is the correlation test, and the Fisher Exact test. There was no correlation between the history of exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.338), the completeness of basic immunization (p = 1.00), and the duration of illness with the nutritional status of toddlers from factory workers mother in Grogol, Sukoharjo (p = 0.235).
