<![CDATA[Literacy culture is associated with reading and writing skills. To foster a culture of literacy, prospective elementary school teachers need to have a culture of literacy first. This study aims to describe the method used by lecturers in developing literacy culture for prospective elementary school teachers at Catholic University of Musi Charitas Palembang. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. The results showed that prospective primary school teachers at the Catholic University of Musi Charitas Palembang were given the opportunity to obtain information from various sources. PGSD lecturers provide a real example in literacy culture with the habit of reading and writing. In addition, learning activities are implemented with a model of discussion and assignment in the form of paper writing also facilitating the need to obtain information from various sources through reading and writing activities. The things stated above become a strategy for developing literacy culture for prospective elementary school teachers carried out by UKMC PGSD lecturers]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose of this research is to improve student's Social ability using cooperative learning type of jigsaw in studying Social class 5 gedongtengen elementary school Yogyakarta. The subject of this research is take from one class students in grade fifth which is consisten of 29 students. Data taking technique using observation, questionnare, and documentation. Average score of questionnaire in Social ability is 69%. After completition of cycle 1, average score improve and become 75%. In the second cycle questionnaire having a improvement 83%. Results of this research showing that learning process of social science having a improvement after implement of JIGSAW model of cooperative learning.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe the learning outcome of students in learning Civic Education by using Mind Map technique in class V SDN 04 Situjuah Banda Dalam. This type of research is a classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects were teacher and students of class V. The research was conducted in two cycles. The procedure includes research, planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed increased in 1) RPP of first cycle 83.93% and second cycle 92.86% , 2) Implementation in the teachers aspect of first cycle 81.25% and second cycle 93,75% , 3) Implementation in the student aspect of first cycle 78,125% and second cycle to 93.75% , 4) Student learning outcomes of first cycle 73.10 and second cycle 82.78. It can be concluded, using of Mind Map technique can improve student learning outcomes in Civics learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini berjudul Perwujudan Struktur Gramatika Kalimat Pada Karangan Naratif Siswa Kelas VI SD Palm Kids Palembang. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini apakah bentuk perwujudan sintaksis dalam karangan narasi siswa kelas VI SD Palm Kids Palembang, khususnya bentuk-bentuk frase, klausa, dan kalimat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perwujudan atau bentuk sintaksis dalam karangan narasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah dokumen berupa karangan-karangan narasi siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 29 pola struktur kalimat.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know students book of four grade students based on Curricullum 2013 on theme ?Pahlawanku? subtheme ?Perjuangan Para Pahlawan? on lesson four with basic competence, objective, indicator, learning activity, materials, tool and learning resources. Research method is descriptive method by analyze document is student book of four grade student based on Curricullum 2013 on theme ?Pahlawanku? subtheme ?Perjuangan Para Pahlawan? on lesson four and teacher book of four grade student based on Curricullum 2013. The analize revolves on the rule of Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nasional, an article discussing about the implementation of Curricullum 2013 and article from Badan Nasional Standar Pendidikan (BSNP) website. The result of this research are found that some kompetensi dasar less related. Indicator is too broad or too narrow. Purpose of learning is not according with the indicators. Less meaningfull learning activities. The material is too shallow. Also tools and learning that need to be adapted to the learning activities. As the conclusions, student bood of four grade student theme ?Pahlawanku? subtheme ?Perjuangan Para Pahlawan? on lesson four needs much improved with the discrepancies in its parts.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of Mathematics by using PMRI on the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 08 Lembak, South Sumatra. This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection techniques in this study consisted of written tests and observations. The subjects of this study were the students of class VA SD 08 Lembak in the even semester of 2017/2018 school year which consisted of 23 students, consisting of 12 male students and 11 female students. The results showed that using PMRI, there was increased in each cycle. Students are declared complete in learning if they achieve completeness of at least > 60 or a class is declared complete learning if in that class there are 85% of students who get scores above 60. This can be seen from the results of the pre-cycle value of 51.2 increases when the first cycle becomes 64.8 with the percentage of completeness from 17.4% to 60.8%. Then the average in the second cycle increased from the first cycle, from 64.8 to 78.3 with the percentage of completeness from 60.8% to 86.9%. The average activity percentage of students also increased from first cycle to second cycle, from 58.6% to 70.6%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that by using Team Quiz's active learning strategy, student learning outcomes can increase, then Team Quiz's active learning strategy can be used as an alternative choice for teachers in the teaching and learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertajuk PKn meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif permainan tim tournamens (TGT) kelas V SD 24 Negeri Betung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 24 Betung melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif TGT. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V Betung kelas V negeri yang memiliki 21 siswa, terdiri dari 11 laki-laki dan 10 perempuan. Keberhasilan penelitian dianalisis berdasarkan ketuntasan belajar siswa yang memperoleh nilai siklus. Jika tidak selesai dalam hasil belajar siswa ketika mencapai nilai 65 sedangkan kelas jika terdapar dinyatakan tuntas 75% siswa yang mendapat skor 65 atau lebih. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar PKn menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif TGT kelas V SD 24 Betung menyatakan negara meningkat. Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TGT karena dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.]]>
