<![CDATA[Reinterpretation the Concept of Heretic toward the Transformative of Islam. This articles aims to reinterpret the concept of heretic (bidah) with a philosophical approach, based on the concept of the transformative of Islam proposed by Moeslim Abdurrahman. The data were collected through library research of the whole concept of heresy, both conservative and moderate then analyzed based on the concept of the conceptual, sociological and antropological approach. This paper found the need to think philosophically about the concept of heretic, by finding the basic purpose of the revealed of religion, so that there is no contradiction between one doctrine and another. Thus, heresy is no longer as the burden of history of Muslim creativity and innovation, but it is indeed the impetus to find breakthroughs in the settlement of various social problems of society.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengembangan Model Internalisasi Karakter dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam melaluiValue Clarification Technique. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh asumsi bahwa pembelajaran PAI (PendidikanAgama Islam) terkesan kurang efektif dalam penanaman nilai afektif pada peserta didik sehingga dianggap tidakfungsional. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pembelajaran agama yang cenderung dominan disampaikan dengan modelverbalistik dan normatif-doktriner. Sebagai solusi alternatif, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pokok masalah,yaitu bagaimana implementasi model pembelajaran VCT (Value Clarification Technique) dapat mengembangkanpotensi afektif dalam pembelajaran PAI. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembanganpotensi afektif siswa melalui penerapan VCT. Penelitian ini termasuk pada kategori penelitian lapangan denganmenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam sistem pengumpulan data dan analisis data. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan bahwa dengan mengembangkan model pembelajaran VCT dalam pembelajaran PAI, internalisasinilai-nilai keagamaan dapat ditanamkan secara efektif dan efisien melalui pengungkapan sikap, nilai, dan moralsiswa terhadap suatu kasus yang disajikan oleh guru.]]>

<![CDATA[The development offinancing of the Islamic banking can not be separated from the role of the accounts officer who became mostimportant marketing personnel on the financial product. By running the functions and role of an account officerat Islamic banking financing the improvement can be realized. It was proven that the increase in 2013 amountedto 80,85% of the total disbursements of Islamic banking or Rp 135, 58 trillion invested in financing activities.Growth is directed to financing the real sector in the form of financing (mudarabah and musharakah), accountsreceivable (murabaha, istisna, and qardh), and in the form of ijarah financing. The development financing in 2013still dominated murabahah receivables amounting to Rp 80,95 trillion or 59.71% followed musharakah financingthat amounted to Rp 25,21 trillion (18.59%) and mudarabah financing amounting to Rp 11,44 trillion (8.44%), andqardh receivables amounting to Rp 11,19 trillion (8.25%). Factor of quality accounts officer was instrumental insupporting the development of Islamic banks, and on the one hand improve the ability of the real sector inemployment.]]>

<![CDATA[Strategi Guru Bahasa Inggris dalam Mengajar Materi Speaking terhadap Siswa yang Berkarakteristik Introvert di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Ja-alHaq Bengkulu. Kemampuan sesorang dalam berkomunikasi sering dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik kepribadiannya. Berdasarkan penelitian para ahli, terdapat dua karakter utama dalam diri seseorang, yaitu ekstrovert dan introvert. Siswa yang berkarakter introvert memiliki kemampuan yang tidak sama dengan siswa ektrovert dalam berkomunikasi bahasa asing. Untuk mengatasi problem tersebut, guru Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Ja-alHaq—sebagai objek penelitian ini—beberapa strategi agar kemampuan speaking siswa-siswinya meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi dari guru bahasa Inggris di Indonesia yang berpengalaman dalam pengajaran speaking terkait dengan tantangan dan strategi dalam proses belajar mengajar bagi siswa yang berkarakteristik introvert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa para guru disarankan untuk menerapkan diskusi, main peran, story telling, dan wawancara. Di samping itu, guru juga harus mengetahui karakter dari peserta didiknya karena dengan mengetahui kepribadian peserta didik, para guru dapat memilih strategi pembelajaran yang tepat untuk diterapkan di kelas.]]>

<![CDATA[The Urgency of Entrepreneurial Education among Students in PTKI. This paper describes the reasonsfor the importance of entrepreneurial education in PTKI. This article assumes that entrepreneurial education willencourage students of PTKI to begin to recognize and open a business or entrepreneurship. Those who have anorientation to be employees should be changed to find jobs. Entrepreneurship- minded education is characterizedby applying the principles and methodologies towards developing life skills for learners through an integratedcurriculum developed in PTKI. Entrepreneurs have characteristics such as spirit of achievement, busy to look foropportunities, think big and whole, sharp intuition in business, bold and ready to take risks, tolerance of ambiguity,optimistic and hurry to improve, rapidly count and make decision, and encourage to be more prosperous.]]>

<![CDATA[The Effectivness of Mediation Role in Tackling Divorce Rate in the Religious Court. This article is aimed atlooking at the effectiveness of the role of mediation in the Religious Court in tackling divorce rate in Indonesia.It is motivated by the phenomenon of increasingly high divorce rate in the Religious Court, while the mediationefforts in order to minimize the increasing divorce rate seems to work alone; it does not seem to be real. Hence,many factors that influence the lack of successfully mediation rate in the Religious Courts needs be investigated.Seeing the study undertaken, It was found that the practice of mediation in the religious Court was not effectivedue to eight influences that center lay on both the Religious Court and those who want to divorce.]]>

<![CDATA[The diversity of values in Pancasila is the basic capital for character education as the basis of the strength of the character of the Indonesian. The paper seeks to set up an Islamic character education based on the Pancasila-digging theological values of Islam with the values of local traditions, cultures and customs of the archipelago. This study is very important given the fact that so far the character, structure, and methods of character education are too oriented to the West by forgetting even ignoring the ideology and values of the Nusantara character. The approach in this study is descriptive literature review. By transmitting Pancasila’s values in family life to children, it will make the children make Pancasila’s views as a teaching doctrine, dogma or philosophy that must be practiced in the life of society. Pancasila’s revitalization and re-actualization as a philosophical and ideological foundation of the implementation of the character education system in Indonesia, including the implementation of national character education, cannot be negotiable. This is so that Pancasila can be actualized in everyday life within the family, school, community and in the life of nation and state as an educational process.]]>

<![CDATA[Ideological Flow Interpretation of Indonesia: Preliminary Study of Sunni Ideology in the Interpretation of the Ministry of Religion. This paper is intended to explore and inventorying the pattern of interpretation of Sunni ideology in Indonesia in the reformation era. The object of this research is the Interpretation of Religious Ministry. The principal problem used as the object of this research is the verses of Jabari and qadari in the Koran about an act of God (Allah’s af’al) and human actions (af’al al’ibad). In Indonesia, interpretation of ideological streams appears and evolves with the entry and development of Islam in the archipelago. It in turn appeared in the interpretation of Ministry of religion,especially 30 chapters in 2005 titled, the Qur’an wa tafsîruhu, Alquran and its interpretation, which consists of tenvolumes and one volume of Preamble. In this interpretation are the verses of Jabari and qadari included in Sunni stigma. <![CDATA[Investigating Meat Milling Business in Yogyakarta: A Maqâshid al-Syarî‘ah Perspectives. This article aims to investigate the meat milling business process in the light of maqâshid al-syarî‘ah perspectives. The ttopic arises due to some past cases related to the mixed process of meat milling of lawful and unlawful meat in the industry, while the demand on the meat milling business is pretty high according to the BAPPENAS Yogyakarta data. Lacking on supervision has threatened consumer protection and deviates from the sharia injunctions. Maqâshid al-syarî‘ah being consider as the basis of sharia compliances that serves to understand the purposes of sharia laws in the daily life in the form of prohibitions and injunctions. Qualitative method and content analysis is conducted to interpret 7 meats milling local shop owner responds regards the manifestation of maqâshid al-syarî‘ah in their business. It can be concluded that the implementation of maqâshid al-syarî‘ah of meat milling business in Yogyakarta on the level of input, process and output has been implemented accordingly. Although there are several cases of respondent that did not abide by the Islamic laws, but most of the businessman are. Halal logistic and supply chain is needed to become the insurance party of the legal aspect of business and also as the milestone of expanding the local meat milling to compete with the bigger competitor such as supermarket.]]>

<![CDATA[Nazhir Wakaf Berbasis Wirausaha Sosial di Yayasan Muslimin di Kota Pekalongan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan konsep kompetensi nazir berbasis wirausaha sosial dengan meninjau kompetensi nazir Bisnis Center Pekalongan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian manajemen yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nazir wakaf berbasis wirausaha sosial, harus memiliki tiga kompetensi, yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap, dan nazir wakaf Bisnis Center Pekalongan belum memiliki kompetensi wirausaha sosial secara menyeluruh karena hanya sebagian kecil menempuh pendidikan formal kewirausahaan dan hanya sebagian kecil nazir yang memahami ketentuan perundang-undangan serta kurangnya pemahaman tentang mereka terhadap model pembiayaan modern oleh karena itu mereka masih cenderung menerapkansystem tradisional penyewahan dan tukar guling, namun pada prinsipnya mereka sudah memiliki jiwa wirausahan karena umumnya mereka berasal dari pengusaha tetapi mereka masih perlu pengetahuan yang dapat diperoleh melalui pelatihan]]>
