Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce a model of media development tools for learninggymnastics floor Kayang in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Rembang Kragan.The method usedis the development of Borg & Gall. From the test results obtained from the evaluation ofexperts, namely, physical education specialists 82.5% (meets both criteria), 92.5% learningexperts (meet criteria very well). Small-scale trial results 96% (meets the criteria very well),and a large-scale trial of 97.5% (meet criteria very well). Based on the research results, it canbe concluded that this Kayang media tools can be used for learning Penjasorkes in gymnasticsfloor for class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Rembang Kragan.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the following questions: 1) the influence of a volleyball mini-gamemodel to increase physical fitness of drug addicts in prisons Women Class II A Semarang in2015. 2) How big contribution volleyball mini model of the game due to the improvement ofphysical fitness of drug addicts in prisons Women Class II A Semarang in 2015. . T test resultsobtained tcount for data post test of 2,420 with significance 0.022 <0.05, which means thatthe average physical fitness between the experimental and control groups after treatment wassignificantly different. Judging from an average of 35.79 in the experimental group and thecontrol group of 32.92 indicates that the level of physical fitness of women prisoners IIA classdrug addict treatment Semarang made a game of volleyball mini-game is better than that donot follow the game of volleyball mini , In the experimental group increased physical fitnesssignificantly, evident from the value t = 6.541 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. It wasconcluded that: 1) Model mini volleyball games that do can improve the physical fitness of inmatesin prisons Women Class II A Semarang. 2) In the experimental group showed that themodel of a volleyball mini-game has a significant influence on the improvement of physicalfitness on female inmates in prison Women drug addicts Class II A Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the management include planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring the management of the sports industry in the district Rafting Rainbow Pemalang 2014. This study used a qualitative research approach deskripstif. Research sites in Rainbow Rafting Pemalang districtThe results of this study were 1) the planning process undertaken by management Rainbow Rafting has been running in accordance with management functions, 2) Management of its organization already implemented the basics of a good organization, 3) alignment process is conducted by a general manager has been implemented with good , and 4) Monitoring is carried out by the management Rainbow Rafting has been running according to function. Conclusion that the process of planning, organizing, directing, and management oversight Rainbow Rafting Pemalang district in 2014 has been good, and the management has carried out the functions and processes as appropriate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Game Model Development "Voltacer" extra-curricularvolleyball in grade 1 SMP Negeri 1 Godong District of Godong Grobogan. This study uses pengembanganyangresearch refers to the model development (research-based devolepment) of Sugiyono. The results of the study of small-scale test results obtained from the evaluation of the percentage is 84.28% penjas experts (meet bothcriteria), whereas the percentage of expert learning I was 90.00% (meets both criteria), expert pembeajaran IIwas 88.87% (meet both criteria). The results of the questionnaire the percentage of students in a small-scale test was 91.48% (meets criteria very well. Meanwhile, from the student questionnaire in a large-scale test results obtained percentage of 95.70% (meets criteria very well).Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the model of the game "voltacer" volley ball can be used for class VII student extracurricular khususya SMP Negeri 1 Godong. Suggestions submitted penjasorkes that teachers should use the model of the game "voltacer" volleyball volleyball in the delivery of material by adjusting the infrastructure and facilities available in the school

Abstract

The problem in this research were 1) Is there a height contributes to achievement of rowing machine rowing 2000 meters distance. 2) Is there a arms lenght contribution to the achievement of a rowing machine rowing 3) Is there an arm muscle strength contributes to the achievement of rowing 4) Is there a leg muscle strength contributes to the achievement of a rowing machine rowing 5) are there any VO2max contribution to the achievement Max rowing machine rowing 6) which one has contribution greater than height, arm length, arm muscle strength and leg muscles, as well as VO2 Max to achievement rowing machine rowing The results of data analysis showed that height contributes to achievement of rowing machine rowing 38.1%. Contribution to the achievement of the arm lenght rowing to machine rowing 35.9%. Contribution to the achievement of the strength of the arm muscles rowing machine rowing 40.4%. Leg muscle strength contributes to the achievement of a rowing machine rowing 45.3%. Contributions VO2Max the achievement of rowing machine rowing 51.5%. contribution of height, arm length, arm muscle strength and leg muscles as well VO2Max the distance rowing machine rowing achievements in 2000 by 66.6%

Abstract

Researchers is to determine whether to modify the rules and using video media can improve learning outcomes of students in volleyball at SMK Negeri 1 Sedan Regency Rembang year 2013/2014. This study is anexamination of class action (PTK) in which there are two siklus.The results showed that before applying thereflective learning or students who complete the initial data is only 19.35% (4). Once applied reflective learningin learning volleyball on students who complete the first cycle of 51.61% (17 people), so there is an increasefrom the initial data with the percentage of 32.26%. In the second cycle the number of students who complete apercentage of 87.09% (27 people), and has increased from the first cycle of 35.48%. Based on our results it can be concluded that the modification rules of the game in the volleyball learning can improve student learning outcomes volleyball at SMK Negeri 1 Sedan, Thus said the study results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know about martial arts training consists of, athletes, coaches, organization,facilities and infrastructure, support,atCollegePencakSilatSe-Wonogiriyear2013/2014. The approach used inthis research is descriptive qualitative approach. Locations and targets in 3 Pencak silat college in the Wonogiriinton distric.The results of the study are: 1) the quality of athletes in accordance with the theory and Pencaksilat expert in process capability measurement method is not a good athlete and a good recruitment processalmost all ASAD persinas just not good 2) in accordance with the theory of quality trainers and experts martialarts is not good because not all coaches are certified, and do not develop exercise programs, exercise programs in accordance with the theory and martial arts expert is not good berkriteria 3) the quality of the organization in accordance with the theory and pencak silat expert is not good because it has a full member, but does not provide a program division of labor and the management. 4) in accordance with the theory and expert pencak silat infrastructure is good enough 5) factors support in accordance with the theory and pencak silat expert who just Persinas ASAD berkriteria unfavorable because the support of the community in the form of sponsorship, and 2 other universities is not good because it does not have the support factor. Abstract

The research problem of this study is how to applicant the positive values of sport in social interactions whichoccur among high school students The goal is determining the extent to which students can apply the positivevalues inherent in sport on their social interactions in the Senior High School level education in the academicyear of 2014/2015 at Wonosobo regency.This research used quantitative research methodology and empowered by survey method.Application of research results positive values of sports in social interaction among students in Senior High School at Wonosobo regency which most of the students have been able to apply the values of honesty, cooperation, fair play, responsibility, fairness, tolerance, respect, leadership with good categories.The conclusion of this study, that the majority of high school students in Wonosobo district have been able to apply the positive values of sport in their social interactions in the school environment well.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine and describe the motivation of people do sandboarding activities as a means of recreation sports on the beach Parangkusumo Yogyakarta. This study used a qualitative researchmethod, which means to explain the phenomena that occur in the community who do activities sandboardingon sand dunes Parangkusumo Yogyakarta.Pengumpulan data using observation, interviews, questionnairesand documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis model according to Miles and Huberman. Basedon the results of research conducted indicates that the motivation of people to carry out activities on the beachsandboarding Parangkusumo Yogyakarta in 2014 fit in either category From the research it can be concludedthat the level of motivation of people to carry out activities on the beach sandboarding ParangkusumoYogyakarta is good, these results certainly cannot be separated from some of the aspects that need support.Suggestion that the author can give is with sandboarding as an alternative recreation, to increase publicawareness of the importance of recreation, but also for the people who are expected to play a more activesandboarding again play so that later sandboarding be recognized by the public

Abstract

This research aims to understand the implementation of curriculum 2013 on subject Penjasorkesin SMA Negeri 1 Batang and SMA Negeri 2 Batang 2014/ 2015. This research uses aqualitative approach that gives description about actual facts in the field work. The result ofthis research shows that based on qualitative descriptive analysis, 2 schools have operated theduty and capacity as the developing and sequential school quite well. Target of this research isthe implementation of curriculum 2013, school’s promptness, learning support, and responsesof executants in school. Some findings of this research are teachers and students have notreceived comprehensive handbook of curriculum 2013 from Kemendikbud. Teachers both inSMA Negeri 1 Batang and SMA Negeri 2 Batang have received sample of syllabus and validRPP from Kemendikbud. The implementation of scientific learning is still having problem;students seem to be less confident to show their ability in sports to their friends, sometimesteachers cannot move on from KTSP while learning process is happening, too many aspectsfor teachers processing the score, and the extension hour worsens them who have exercise classin the afternoon.
