Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of exercise single leg push off the leg power and leg at the club sepak takraw fulcrum in Central Java. Quantitative research methods one group pretest and posttest design, the experiments conducted on one group and 2 times the test is carried out before and after the experiment called pretest-posttest experiment called. The sample in this study were all women athletes Tekong which amounted to 7 people with a total sampling technique. Data analysis using computerized media with SSPS system version 16.0.0. The results of the study no effects of exercise single leg push off the leg power at the results sig = 0.001 and power foot fulcrum with the results sig = 0.015, in addition to measuring the results using the vertical jump explosive power with the result sig = 0.009. The conclusions of this research exercise single leg push off effect on leg power and leg at the fulcrum of the daughter of sepak takraw athlete Central Java. Suggestions in the presence of this study could be a reference for researchers who conduct similar research to further examine other factors affecting the increase in movement techniques Tekong.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to produce healty Gymnastics Instructional Model Development Fun, Grade V and VI in SLB-C Magelang City. This research is the development of the procedures of product development; (1) analysis, (2) develop initial product form, (3) expert validation test, (4) the first product revision, the revision of the product based on the evaluation of experts and trial I (20 students). Revised used for improvements to the initial product, (5) the trial II (30 students), (6) the revision of the final product is done based on the results of the field trials, (7) the results of a late model gymnastics healty fun for students of classes V and VI which is generated through the revision II trial. Based on the results of research trials I obtained a percentage of 87% (good), the expert evaluation is obtained percentage of 89% (good). II trial research results obtained by the percentage of 96% (excellent). From the trial I and II, there was an increase by a margin of 7%. It can be concluded that the development of gymnastics healty fun learning model can be used as an alternative to teachers provide learning materials rhythmic gymnastics penjasorkes particularly good for classes V and VI SLB-C in Magelang and gymnastic activities that teachers do on a regular basis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the implementation of character education and the value of a character students got through extracurricular nature lovers in state vocational schools 1 bawen.metode used is the method descriptive .Objects in peneiltian this is character education and the value of a character .The result of this research is the implementation of character education through extracurricular nature lovers in state vocational schools 1 bawen includes three method , the first is keteladanan applied in the form of a briefing directly and the provision of example .A method of the second is learning applied in the form of training , the experience and the punishment .A method of the third one is empowerment and pembudayaan applied in the form of task and cogitation .The research character education through extracurricular nature lovers in state vocational schools 1 bawen it can be said high . This was strengthened through the result of reckoning descriptive prosentase namely the attitudes and behavior in conjunction with the lord 77 % , the attitudes and behavior in conjunction with oneself 67 % , the attitudes and behavior in its relationship to society and the people of 63 % , as well as the attitudes and behavior in its relation to the natural world around reached 83 % .Advice to the tutors to get more increase the supervision of activity that is performed by students .To the head of greenpeace should be firmer in decision-making by mutual agreement , further improve communication among members .

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1) determine the physical fitness level of rural elementary students in Demak District Demak Regency, (2) determine the physical fitness level of urban elementary students in Demak District Demak Regency, (3) determine the physical fitness level that is better between elementary students in rural and urban areas in Demak District Demak Regency. The research subjects were the fifth grade elementary students in Demak District Demak Regency in 2016. The data collection used test survey technique and measurement. The results showed that rural elementary schools got a percentage of physical fitness level of 49.43% with the details for very less category were 2 students (5%), less category were 27 students (64%), medium category were 13 students (31%), good category was 0 student (0%) and very good category was 0 student (0%), whereas the urban elementary schools got a percentage of 41.63% with the details for very less category were 31 students (29%), less category were 71 students (66%), medium category were 6 students (5%), good category was 0 student (0%) and very good category was 0 student (0%). It can be concluded that the physical fitness level of elementary students in rural areas was better than those in urban areas in Demak District Demak Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to figure out the development of karate extracurricular in SMA N 1 Slawi, SMA N 2 Slawi and SMA N 1 Bojong. This is a qualitative research with percentage descriptive approach. The result shows that there are some disadvantages in the development of karate exracuriccular so that the student’s karate achievement in Tegal Regency is not maximum. First, there is no selection for athletes. Second, the programs for training have not been implemented well. Also the coaches do not have legal certificate. Third, the infrastructures for karate have not supported the athlete’s achievement yet. Fourth, the management of karate organization does not run well. The last, karate extraxurricular does not get enough funds to support their activities. Based on the data obtained from the research, it can be concluded that there are some constraints which hamper the efforts to get higher achievement in karate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: To determine the body that are often exposed to injury and the cause of injury to the physical education sports activities in SMAN 1 Jepara regency Nalumsari academic year 2015/2016. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the 84 number of students who suffered an ankle injury (38 students), the fingers (34 students), toe (28 students) of the head, neck and wrist (26 students), calves (22 students), chest (18 students) , shoulders, elbows, back (16 students) and thighs (10 students). The cause of the injury is the movement of the body mistakenly (44 students), physical condition declined (38 students), bumping bodies with friends (34 students), lack of warm (32 students), the movement of excess body (30 students) body condition unfit (26 students ), the length of the body that are not the same (24 students) and trauma due to injury never happened (20 students) .Simpulan of students of SMA Negeri 1 Nalumsari Jepara students are exposed parts of the body most injured an ankle injury that caused excessive body movement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the constraints of implemention the learning material physical education pencak silat in Semarang Regency Junior High School 2016. The methode of this research is a descriptive kualitatif. Method of data collection in this study using interview, observation and documentation. The result of the research done indicates that almost all of the Junior High School in Semarang Regency who researched the author indeed there are constraints on the sport of pencak silat to be taught to learners. Obstcales found in giving the subjects of pencak silat at school is the lack of skills and knowledge teachers physical education, the lack of interest of students and the lack of support the head of the school, but the teacher penjas the presence of mteri training wants confides pencak silat which is held by the Departement in order that the teachers can provide such ontent to student. Te conclusion found by the writer is that there are obstacle of the implementation of physical education and sport learning in the material of pencak silat. They are in the aspect of teacher knowledege and skill, the support of the head master, and the minimum student interest.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a media Hole Multi Level to capture the small ball throwing learning grade IV elementary school level that can increase students roll control. The model of the research is the development of research and data analysis in the form of a percentage of data types with a description of the qualitative and quantitative. Procedure development include; 1) Potential problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Early media product design Multi Level Hole, 4) Design Validation by expert penjas and learning experts, 5) Revision products I, 6) Trials I in MI Ma’arif NU Darmakradenan, 7) Product revision II, 8) Trial II at four elementary school in the village of Darmakradenan, 9) Product revision III, 10) And products. The results of expert validation against the media Pit Multi Level was 80%, I Test of 83,23%, and II trials of 85.97%. Those results can be concluded that the development of the media Pit Multi Level can be used to capture the small ball throwing learning grade IV elementary school level.

Abstract

The existing problems in this research is how the level of motivation to follow the teaching of physical education activities of traditional games in Class V section C (retarded) in SLB N Tegal. So the purpose of this research is to determine how much motivation particaipated in physical education activity of traditional games for 5th grade section c (mentally disabled) students. Approach in this research is qualitative approach used descriptive method. Methods of this research used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this research used data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The result showed that motivation students 5th grade section C (mentally disabled) included in medium category were learning education at the physical activity traditional games. Included in medium category could be seen from characteristic behavior of student shown at learning activity  of tradisional games. There was persevering, tenacity, pleasure, and interest that was shown the motivation of student included medium category. The conclusions of this research are: motivation in class V section C (retarded) in SLB N Tegal included in the medium category during the learning of physical education activity traditional games.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to make the product development of basic movement skills as walking, running and jumping to early childhood. The purpose of this service is to socialize TEGAR model of the development of methods to improve basic motor skills to walk, run and jump on early childhood education in the city of Semarang. The data collected in this study is qualitative data. The main instrument used in this devotion is the response of the correspondent. Data were collected from observation, interviews, and documentation. The main procedures in this devotion is held socialization TEGAR method for early childhood teachers to be used as a reference for improving the basic motion at an early age. The result can be concluded that: (1) a method TEGAR capable and suitable for early childhood; (2) TEGAR method is able to improve motoric base for early childhood; (3) the support and enthusiasm of early childhood teachers to implement the method TEGAR.
