Abstract

The success of higher education can be seen from the performance of education, research and community service, and university governance. The use of information technology is very influential in organizational performance. Budget management and expenditure are some of the important business processes in a university involving several work units so that integration system is needed. The purpose of this study is to plan an Enterprise Architecture budget and information system of expenditure management that is integrated with systems in other work units. An Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a methodology for making enterprise architecture planningby focusing on data management architecture, application creation architecture, and technology architecture. Those will be used as well as the implementation of architecture to support the achievement of organizational goals, namely integration system. The results of this study are Blue Print of Architecture Enterprise budget and expenditure management information systems in Higher Education. This Blue Print of Enterprise Architecture information system includes several business processes, namely business processes, budget management, payroll, asset management, HR management, and attendance. This compiled architecture is still found gap. For example, there are still entities that must be added (add), retained (replaced), replaced (removed) and removed (remove), with details of 17 Added entities, 1 Retained entity, 14 Replaced entities, and 0 Removed entity. In conclusion, the total gap is 32 entities.

Abstract

This paper is an explanation on fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic has long been known and used in various fields by experts and engineers. The use of fuzzy logic was originally used for some fields, such as disease diagnosis system (in medicine); marketing system modeling, operations research (in economics); quality control, prediction of earthquakes, classification and pattern matching (in engineering).Mamdani Fuzzy logic method for the prediction of milk consumption is using Fuzzy Reasoning for testing multiple samples by several methods ranging from Centrolid, Bisector, MOM, SOM, LOM. Abstract

Artificial Intelligence in video games are an essential to provide a challenge to the players. One of them makes the character or Follower NPC (non-player character Follower) in video games such as human or animal behavior indeed. Among the many techniques in Artificial Intelligence, pathfinding is one of the popular techniques studied than the other.  In own pathfinding is to avoid obstacles that is one of the main problem. Algorithm which solves this problem is Astarpathfinding, but it has a disadvantage in determining way in the large area. AstarPathfinding requires high computing time. In this research, the proposed algorithm which is able to handle the pathfinding process by using the function attractive potential field of Artificial Potential Field to perform pathfinding to the purpose and the flocking behavior techniques to avoid the obstacle. Based on the test results through environments static simulation, it can be gotten that the proposed algorithm has a faster computation time than the comparison algorithm, Astarpathfinding algorithm. Kata Kunci : Artificial Intelligence, Game, pathfinding, Artificial Potential Field, Flocking behavior

Abstract

Keamanan data teks ini sangatlah penting untuk menghindari manipulasi data yang tidak diinginkan seperti pengeditan, pembacaan, akses dan publikasi ilegal. Teknik Pengamanan dengan melakukan pengacakan data awal dengan metoda enkripsi dilanjutkan dengan menyisipkan hasil enkripsi kedalam gambar (image). Penyisipan teks ke dalam gambar dilakukan dengan mengganti sebagian bit derajat keabuan gambar dengan bit data teks. Ekstrating data dilakukan dengan mengekstrak dari gambar dan dilakukan deskrepsi sehingga dimunculkan data asli.

Abstract

Mohan Grosir Solo is a store engaged in the field of Sales and Sales Cooperation Sales with Credit Sales System. Sales of credit that runs from direct submission to the cashier by submitting identity cards only. Customers do the taking of goods in accordance with the value of the approved filing then the customer will pay in accordance with the applicable provisions. With the credit sales information system is expected small errors up to the large can be resolved, especially the problem of payment arrears and repayment payment. System design that includes: Diagram Context, HIPO, Data Flow Diagrams, Document Flow Diagrams, Database Design, Input Design, Output Design, Implementation of the program by using appropriate data stimulation. The purpose of this research is to create and design multi-level loan sales information system at Mohan Grosir Solo. Then the results obtained from this system are Input of Goods Data, Input of Customer Data, Input of Supplier Data, Input of Data of Department of Goods, Input of Cashier Data, Purchase Transaction, Purchase Return Transaction, Credit Sale Transaction, Sales Return Transaction, Cash Transaction, Customer Data Report, Supplier Data Report, Department of Goods Data Report, Cashier Data Report, Purchase Transaction Report, Purchase Return Report, Credit Sales Transaction Report, Sales Returns Report, and Cash Advance Report. System information created using Microsoft Visual Basic 6 and SQL Server database has been done blackbox testing with a design that is appropriate. Keywords: Information System, Multiuser, Credit Sales.

Abstract

The research report titled "Determination of Decision Support Systems Rating Event In Karysma Fm Radio Boyolali" karysma fm radio Boyolali help to determine the rating the show so it can determine advertising rates accordingly. To achieve maximum benefit based on advertising rates are adjusted with a rating event, we used Multiple Linear Regression method. Multiple Linear Regression methods were used to predict Y if all the independent variables are known. In this case study, the method used to determine the size of the rating event. While the event rating was measured by segmenting the event. The system uses PHP as the programming language and the MySQL database as a store, where there are 8 tables that airtime, program type, type of music, advertising rates, users, analysis, coefficients, and graphic rating. The research is expected to assist in determining the rating event marketing to support decision-making advertising tariff. Abstract

Decision making must be accompanied by a strong foundation in which knows the net benefits felt by the system user. This study aims to determine the effect of variables on the D&M IS Success Model and WebQual 4.0 in Siakad Online STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta. This research used quantitative method with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The results show that the research indicators and combination models get significant results. The indicator of research has a significant effect on the combination model. D&M Model IS Success Model and WebQual 4.0 have significance value of 90% and R2 of 84%. It means information quality, system quality, service quality, and website qualityhave significance effects to Siakad Online intention to use and SiakadOnline’s user satisfaction. Then, intention to use and user satisfaction have significance effects to SiakadOnline’s user net benefits. Thus, this combination model is able to describe the relationship between indicators well. Suggestion that can be considered for future research is the addition of other external variables, such as gender.

Abstract

The problems are often found in the recruitment process is the difficulty of determining which candidate meet the criteria to be employees. Determining the prospective employees who meet the required criteria need appropriate recommendations. This research developed a system for selecting candidate that implements the C4.5 decision tree algorithm. The criteria used are the latest education, work experience who have ever lived, the age of the prospective employee, the value of a diploma transcript, the value written test, interview and test scores. In designing applications using context diagrams, and presentation applications using Code Gear RAD Studio Delphi 2009 and MySQL database. This research results is Decision Support System with C4.5 algorithm for selection and acceptance of the employees candidate.

Abstract

The role of SMEs in the economy of a country, including Indonesia, can not be underestimated. Although the role of SMEs is very strategic, but the tight competition, has put SMEs in unfavorable position. Most of the SMEs doing business with traditional ways, including in the accounting process conducted by the company. Accounting Information Systems, which materialized due to advances in information technology (IT), comes with new opportunities that SMEs can overcome some problems, but so far untapped AIS applications required of SMEs, it was found by analyzing the effect of variable ease of use and usefulness (Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)), as well as content, accurat, format, ease and timeliness (End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS)) against the acceptance of AIS by SMEs . Based on interactive analysis of linear regression statistical test hasi can be arranged SIA model for SMEs. Based on the analysis conducted in this study, it can be concluded that factors in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) affect the acceptance of accounting information system by SMEs in Cluster Laweyan Kampung Batik Surakarta, so the SIA penyususna for SMEs in Cluster Laweyan Kampung Batik Surakarta, need memperhatikanvariabel-existing variables in the model of acceptance of the Technology Acceptance Models (TAM) and End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS)Key words : SIA,TAM, EUCS
