Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) atau Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) merupakan sebuah sistem yang memberikan dukungan keputusan bagi pengambil keputusan melalui sebuah informasi, laporan khusus, maupun output dari model matematis.Telepon seluler (ponsel) sebagai salah satu alat komunikasi sekarang ini sudah seperti peralatan standart yang harus di miliki bagi semua orang. Kemudahan komunikasi tanpa jarak, merupakan alasan mengapa alat ini sangat diminati.Simulasi sistem ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu user dalam menunjang pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih telepon seluler sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan.Keyword : Decision Support System

Abstract

Research on pattern recognition in images has been developed. Objects can be recognized by color, texture, or shape. This study took four types of fruit as its object of apple, pear, bark, and orange. Feature extraction image taken based on the color characteristics of objects in the image of Hue Saturation Value. Characteristic images obtained were classified using k-means clustering. Abstract

Education is basically one step to improve and develop all aspects of human beings. Education is not only in the form of science, but also in the form of values, skills and attitudes, so that in education it is expected to be able to make a person intelligent, skilled and be able to behave according to the prevailing norms. Mathematics is one of the subjects taught since elementary school education. Geometry and measurement are aspects of basic competencies found in elementary school mathematics learning ranging from class I to class VI. To make a child have good geometry measurement skills, the teacher (parent, teacher or family) must have a means or media that can train children's geometry measurement skills in an interesting and fun way. The purpose of this study was to create a media to train geometry measurement capabilities, especially for class V through an Android-based application, the application created was packaged in the form of an educational game. The game was developed using SDLC with V-models and the game was tested through blackbox, installation tests and questionnaires.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to support the lecture with an alternative legal software, free lectures and support activities on campus, especially in the Laboratory of Information Engineering STMIK Sinar Nusantara. The analysis shows that the Sinar Nusantara STMIK Surakarta not fully utilize the software that supports open source and not many human resources that meet the IT business based in STMIK Sinar Nusantara opensource. In business it is intended for the implementation of cost savings this kind of technology, using open source software (Linux). To that end, the author makes a software supporting opensource based Laboratory Informatics legal and ready to use. Data collection methods include field studies and literature. This study uses a survey as a method of questionnaires distributed to respondents as a way to gather information about their experience in using open source software based. And for planning the use of software that runs on Linux, giving any alternative open source software that can be used and function is similar to the official software that is being used today. Author gives equal weight to 4 variables (free, userfriendly, stable and feature completeness) to conduct elections open source software that will be used.Keyword : STMIK Sinar Nusantara, software, open source, Linux

Abstract

One important instrument in regulating the traffic is a traffic light. the traffic lights that exist today help smooth and traffic controlBut sometimes the traffic lights into one of the causes accidents and the traffic congestion. This is can be occur because the the traffic lights, at work not to be adaptive and flexible so as to raises many accidents and traffic violations at traffic light.Research the purpose to design a smart traffic light control system. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi di dunia pendidikan tiga tahun terakhir sangatlah pesat, hal ini tidak terlepas dengan dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang berhubungan dengan kemudahan mengakses berbagai informasi melalui internet.Dimulai dari institusi pendidikan, instansi pemerintahan, perusahaan-perusahaa swasta, warnet, tempat di area publik yang dalam mengaksesnya baik berbayar maupun yang gratis akan diperlukan suatu manajemen agar dalam penggunaan internet dapat teratur. Mikrotik Router OS adalah salah satu alat (software/hardware) yang bisa kita fungsikan untuk memanajemen user dan sudah banyak para praktisi menggunakannya dengan pertimbangan selain murah harganya, juga mudah dalam instalasi serta setingnya.Area hotspot adalah bentuk layanan internet wireless yang biasa dipakai di area publik, untuk itu sangat diperlukan manajemen yang baik dalam pemakaiannya yang salah satunya harus login terlebih dahulu.

Abstract

According to Muhammad Arhami (2005), Expert systems are computer programs that are designated as providers of advice and aids in problem solving in various areas of particular specialization. The main purpose of the expert system is not to replace the position of an expert or experts, but only to popularize the knowledge and experience of experts are very rare. With the help of an expert system even laymen can eventually use this expert system to solve problems and take decisions usually by an expert While the definition of contraception by Prof.Dr. Sarwono Prawiroharjo are attempts to prevent pregnancy. Efforts could be temporary, can also be permanent. Permanent sterilization or contraception can be called stable.The purpose of this research is to develop a software model SEHATI to assist with selection of suitable contraceptives for married couples-based expert system. With this program are expected to society could be helped choose a contraceptive that is safe and appropriate without having met with the officer kesehatab. For health workers themselves increasingly assisted in this socialization of the use of contraceptives. The stages are done in this study systematically is starting with the stage of literature to find references supporters then gather data, identify and konseptualisiasi to determine the limits of the problem and experts involved, then formalize include manufacturing knowledge base that relate to the topic, determining inference method, followed by making the database design, new hereinafter do modeling software SEHATI to assist with selection of appropriate contraception for married couples-based expert system.In addition to producing the software modeling SEHATI to assist with selection of suitable contraceptives for married couples-based expert system that enriches the scientific work, outcomes obtained from this study is the enrichment materials teaching materials on expert systems and local scientific journals.Keywords: expert system, contraception, sterilization.

Abstract

Abstract

STMIK XYZ is one of the universities in Surakarta. From the business process, there are some potential problems that interfere  the asset inventory process as one of the asset management functions. To knowing  some of the assets, its condition, and its position needs long time and also its data entry is less optimal. Purpose business architecture design and be able to integrate the main business activities using the TOGAF ADM framework. The existence of assets is a problem in the business process that runs on STMIK XYZ. It taken an architecture for the development of Information Systems, as well as the analysis and modeling of business processes so that the performance of institutions can realize the achievement of the objectives and it the improvement of business processes. This study uses Business Modeling Notation (BPMN) and TOGAF ADM methods to identify the needs and Business Process Reenginerin (BPR) in the development of information systems in households. The proposed  this study was to make an asset management plan using the TOGAF ADM method.
